Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis visualisasi VOSviewer untuk memahami dinamika penelitian dalam transformasi digital dan keberlanjutan. Melalui pendekatan multi-perspektif, studi ini mengidentifikasi klasterisasi tema, tren penelitian, kolaborasi penulis, dan peluang penelitian yang belum banyak digali. Klasterisasi tema menunjukkan hubungan erat antara digitalisasi, strategi bisnis, dan prinsip keberlanjutan. Analisis tren penelitian menyoroti evolusi fokus dari pendidikan dan logistik ke strategi transformasi digital yang matang dan praktek keberlanjutan dari 2019 hingga 2021. Kolaborasi penulis terpeta untuk menunjukkan jaringan kunci dan hubungan yang mempengaruhi penelitian di bidang ini. Selanjutnya, area penelitian yang belum banyak terjamah dianalisis untuk mengungkap potensi bidang seperti pendidikan, produksi industri, dan logistik dalam konteks ekonomi digital. Hasil dari studi ini memberikan panduan strategis untuk peneliti dan praktisi yang berkeinginan mengintegrasikan inovasi teknologi dan keberlanjutan dalam praktik bisnis dan akademis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh teknologi pembelajaran terhadap keterlibatan dan motivasi belajar siswa dari perspektif psikologi pendidikan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 300 siswa SMA di wilayah urban dan rural melalui kuesioner yang telah divalidasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa di wilayah urban memiliki keterlibatan dan motivasi belajar yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa di wilayah rural. Uji t menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok, sementara analisis regresi linear menunjukkan bahwa intensitas penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi belajar siswa. Temuan ini mendukung teori-teori pendidikan yang menekankan pentingnya kontrol dan otonomi dalam pembelajaran, serta menggarisbawahi perlunya peningkatan akses teknologi dan pelatihan bagi guru untuk memaksimalkan manfaat teknologi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan yang lebih inklusif dan strategi pengajaran yang lebih adaptif di era digital.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of diversity and inclusion (D&I) policies and anti-discrimination training on employee commitment and productivity in multinational companies located in Central Java. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 120 employees through a structured questionnaire, with responses measured on a 5-point Likert scale. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) was employed to analyze the relationships between the variables. The findings indicate that both D&I policies and anti-discrimination training have significant positive effects on employee commitment and productivity. The results suggest that fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace through effective policies and training programs enhances employee loyalty, motivation, and job performance, ultimately benefiting the organization. These insights offer practical recommendations for human resource management in multinational companies seeking to optimize their workforce management strategies.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of risk management, technological innovation, and human resource quality on the performance of government infrastructure construction projects in Jakarta. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 70 key personnel involved in these projects. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 26, with multiple regression and correlation analysis employed to test the relationships between the variables. The results indicate that all three factors – risk management, technological innovation, and human resource quality – significantly and positively influence project performance. Human resource quality had the strongest effect, followed by risk management and technological innovation. These findings suggest that improving these factors can enhance the success of large-scale government infrastructure projects in Jakarta, providing valuable insights for construction managers and policymakers.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of financial planning, sustainable investment, and risk management on business sustainability within the SME sector. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a sample of 80 SMEs and data collected through structured questionnaires. The responses were measured using a 5-point Likert scale, and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results indicate that financial planning, sustainable investment, and risk management all have a significant positive impact on business sustainability. The findings suggest that SMEs that adopt comprehensive financial planning, integrate ESG factors into their investment decisions, and implement robust risk management strategies are better positioned to achieve long-term sustainability. This research provides practical insights for SME owners, managers, and policymakers to enhance resilience and ensure business growth in a competitive environment.
