Abstract

Moslems are supposed to use halal products including cosmetics. This paper aims to explore reasons of university students in choosing halal cosmetics. This study involved three Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) undertaken during May 2024. Each group consisted of seven to ten students who used cosmetic on a daily basis. The result of this study indicated that students were very concern with halal cosmetics. Four points had been highlighted by research participants during the FGDs as factors that they would consider when choosing cosmetics. The four factors have included (i) have the products certified as ‘halal’ by the body that owns authority to do so (ii) do the products have the National Agency of Drug and Food Control logo (i.e. BPOM) (iii) is the price affordable and (iv) is the product suitable with their skin. Research participants acknowledged that they are willing to have extra effort in getting halal cosmetics and will continue to use the halal cosmetics in the future.

Abstract

As the prices of all necessities increase, people are asked to be creative in meeting their daily needs. Apart from saving money and managing finances well, people can be empowered by providing their own basic needs. Therefore, community service is carried out in the Air Tawar Timur Village, namely making clothes washing soap and dish washing soap by providing samples, providing free samples and materials. It is hoped that this can minimize routine expenses and can be developed into a source of income by making this product independently and marketing it. Abstract

This study aims to analyze how affiliate marketing, price discounts, and live streaming shopping simultaneously andpartially affect the buying interest of Wardah products (Kahf Facial Wash) on the Shopee Marketplace. Based on theresults of the SPSS calculation from the t-test, the Affiliate Marketing variable is calculated > ttable or 6.284 > 1.653and the sig value is 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that AffiliateMarketing has a positive and significant effect on the Interest in Buying Wardah Products (Kahf Facial Wash) on theShopee Marketplace. In the Price Discount variable, the calculation > ttable or 7.151 > 1.653 and the sig value of0.000 < 0.05 means that H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that Price Discount has a positiveand significant effect on the Interest in Buying Wardah Products (Kahf Facial Wash) on the Shopee Marketplace. Inthe Live Streaming Shopping variable, the ttable < count or 1.355 < 1.653 and the sig value is 0.177 > 0.05, meaningthat H3 is rejected and H0 is accepted. So it can be concluded that Live Streaming Shopping does not have a significanteffect on the Interest in Buying Wardah Products (Kahf Facial Wash) on the Shopee Marketplace. The samplingtechnique uses a purposive sampling technique, using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 180 people was obtained.The F test is known to have a value of 152,777 > 2.666 with a significant value of (sig = 0.000 < 0.05). So in thisstudy, the independent variables together affect the dependent variables. The determination coefficient was obtainedwith a result of 0.723 which means that the percentage of influence of affiliate marketing, price discount and livestreaming shopping has an influence on the Interest in Buying Wardah Products (Kahf Facial Wash) on the ShopeeMarketplace in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Baiturrahmah University by 72.3%, while theremaining 27.7% is influenced by other variables that were not studied in the study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasional, dan religiusitas terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP IT Adzkia Padang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian asosiatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat Kota Padang yang berjumlah 38 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 38 orang. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan uji instrument, deskriptif statistic, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru SMP IT Adzkia. Hal ini terbukti dari thitung 2,153 ttabel 1,690 dengan df = 38 – 4 = 34 diperoleh ttabel 1,690  dan nilai (sig = 0,038 0,05). Komitmen Organisasional  berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru SMP IT Adzkia. Hal ini terbukti dari thitung 2,087 ttabel 1,690 dengan df = 38 -4 = 34  diperoleh ttabel 1,690 dan nilai (sig = 0,045 0,05). Religiusitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru SMP IT Adzkia. Hal ini terbukti dari thitung 2,258 ttabel 1,690 dengan df = 38 – 3 = 34  diperoleh ttabel 1,690 dan nilai (sig = 0,031 0,05). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi, komitmen organisisonal dan religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.Hasil uji F Probabilitas signifikan Fhitung Ftabel  0,000 (p0,005), sehingga penelitian ini variabel independen secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen. Koefisien determinasi diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,567.Artinya variabel budaya organisasi, komitmen organisisonal dan religiusitas dapat menjelaskan kinerja guru SMP IT Adzkia Padang  sebesar 56,7%. Sisanya dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisisonal,Religiusitas , Kinerja Guru

Abstract

Community service is organized by lecturers from the Faculty of Business and Economics, Baiturrahmah University. The purpose of this activity is to improve capital market literacy for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) owners in Nagari Koto Nan Duo, Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, on August 10, 2024, West Sumatra Province. Capital market literacy is part of the OJK and BEI initiatives that encourage increased understanding of the capital market among the community. We strive to support this program by delivering material on the capital market, capital market instruments, potential profits and risks. Our hope is that by delivering this material to SME owners, they will have a strong understanding of capital market literacy, be able to make wise investment decisions, and avoid fraudulent investments. The success of this activity will be seen from the participants' understanding of the concept of the capital market and their ability to make the right decisions related to investment issues. We hope that similar activities can be held in various regions so that more SME owners gain knowledge about the capital market.

Abstract

Community service is organized by lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Baiturrahmah University. The aim of this activity is to provide digital-based community empowerment outreach for tourism villages in Nagari Koto Nan Duo, Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, on August 10 2024, West Sumatra Province. Villages are the smallest government units that play an important role in sustainable development through village autonomy, as mandated in Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. With increasing digital penetration in Indonesia, including in rural areas, digital-based community empowerment has become relevant and potential. This empowerment includes building information technology infrastructure, increasing digital literacy, developing the creative economy, and digital marketing. Previous research has shown the success of digital-based empowerment programs in various villages, such as creative economy development, digital tourism, and website-based public services. This article aims to describe digital-based village community empowerment practices, providing guidance for policy makers, facilitators and academics in optimizing the potential of technology to improve the welfare of village communities. It is hoped that this program can be a sustainable solution to support rural development in the digital era. Keywords: Extension, Digital Based, Tourism Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to improve innovation-based entrepreneurial competency for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) owners in Nagari Koto Nan Duo, Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, on August 10, 2024, West Sumatra Province. The author seeks to support this program by delivering material on entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity. By delivering this material to SME owners, the author hopes that SME actors can apply the concept of innovation in the businesses they are currently running. The success of this activity will be seen from the participants' understanding of the concept of innovation in entrepreneurship. Abstract

Permasalahan penurunan kinerja perawat di RSUD Arosuka Solok membuat saya tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengawasan Kerja, Kepemimpinan Autentik, dan Komitmen Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat RSUD Arosuka Solok. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi 127 orang perawat dengan sampel sebanyak 96 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan aplikasi program SPSS dari uji t diperoleh variabel pengawasan kerja dengan thitung 3,172 dan nilai (sig = 0,0020,05), dengan df = 96 – 4 = 92 maka diperoleh ttabel sebesar 1,661. Dari hasil diatas dapat dilihat bahwa thitung ttabel atau 3,172 1,661 artinya Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya pengawasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat pada RSUD Arosuka Solok. Variabel kepemimpinan autentik dengan thitung 2,428 dan nilai (sig = 0,0170,05), dengan df = 96 – 4 = 92 maka diperoleh ttabel 1,661. Dari hasil diatas dapat dilihat bahwa thitung ttabel atau 2,428 1,661 artinya Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya kepemimpinan autentik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat pada RSUD Arosuka Solok. Variabel komitmen kerja dengan thitung 2,368 dan nilai (sig = 0,020), dengan df = 96 – 4 = 92 maka diperoleh ttabel sebesar 1,661. Dari hasil diatas dapat dilihat bahwa thitung ttabel atau 2,368 1,661 artinya Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya komitmen kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat pada RSUD Arosuka Solok. Hasil uji F probabilitas signifikan F diketahui bahwa nilai Fhitung Ftabel 14,089 2,704 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 (0,05) sehingga penelitian ini variabel independen secara bersama berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen. Koefisien determinasi diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,315. Artinya variabel pengawasan kerja, kepemimpinan autentik dan komitmen kerja mempengaruhi kinerja perawat RSUD Arosuka Solok adalah 31,5% sedangkan sisanya 68,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.Kata Kunci: Kinerja Perawat, Pengawasan Kerja, Kepemimpinan Autentik, Komitmen Kerja)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perceived  Value  (X1) dan Fasilitas (X2) terhadap Revisit Intention  (Y) pada pengunjung wisata lawang park di Kabupaten Agam dimediasi oleh Satisfaction (Z). Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 150 responden dengan menggunakan rumus role of thumbs. Pengumpulan data penelitian melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu non probality sampling dan accidental sampling. Analisa data menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, variabel Perceived  Value  (X1) terhadap Satisfaction (Z) diperoleh thitung 7.400 1.96 dengan tingkat signifikan dan sig. (0,000  0.05) artinya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Variabel Fasilitas (X2) terhadap Satisfaction (Z) thitung 3.062  1.96 dan sig. (0.002  0.05) artinya H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima. Perceived  Value (X1) terhadap Revisit Intention  (Y) thitung sebesar 3.604  1.96 dan sig. (0,000  0,05) artinya H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Fasilitas (X2) terhadap Revisit Intention  (Y) thitung sebesar 1.373  1.96 dan sig. (0,170  0,05) artinya H0 diterima dan H4 ditolak. Satisfaction (Z) terhadap Revisit Intention  (Y) thitung sebesar 5.463  1.96 dan sig. (0.000 0.05) artinya H5 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Pengaruh mediasi Perceived  Value  terhadap Revisit Intention  melalui Satisfaction memperoleh thitung 4.431  1.96 dan sig. 0.000  0.05 artinya H0 ditolak H6 diterima. Pengaruh mediasi Fasilitas terhadap Revisit Intention  melalui Satisfaction memperoleh thitung 2.368 1.96 dan sig. 0.018 0.05 artinya H0 ditolak dan H7 diterima.Nilai koefisien of determinan Perceived  Value  dan Fasilitas mampu menjelaskan Revisit Intention sebesar 74,4%  dan 25,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Perceived  Value dan Fasilitas mampu menjelaskan Satisfaction sebesar 66,0% dan 34% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
