Abstract

Mop is a Papuan humorous story that satirizes and laughs at the habits of the Papuan people of various ethnicities, ages, professions, and economic status. If the Indonesian people are more familiar with the term stand-up comedy, the mop can be said to be similar to the comedy style. It's just that the mop uses a Papuan accent. The purpose of this research is to design an android-based application which can introduce Papuan mops to all Indonesian people in order to attract their attention that Papua has an entertaining hereditary culture. The development of technology in this era is so rapid that it spreads to various aspects of life. One of them is the world of entertainment. Where technology greatly facilitates access to entertainment at this time. This research is a form of applying the Papuan mop so that it can be used as an entertainment media that is more accessible and at any time. This application is built using kodular and uses a firebase database. The design is made using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and use case scenarios. The testing technique used is black box testing. The Papuan mop application that is designed consists of 2 types of users. User type admin and visitor. The menu options available are read cheats, add cheats, delete cheats, change passwords, give testimonials and read testimonials.

Abstract

VoIP is a technology that allows telephone calls to be made over computer networks like the Internet. VoIPconverts analog voice signals into digital data packets and supports real-time, two-way transmission ofconversations using Internet Protocol (IP). Abstract

The hymn of praise Seruling Emas and Suara Gembira is one of the hymns or songs used by Christians, specifically in the GKI Church throughout Papua, including the congregation of GKI Maranatha Biak, in the worship process. However, the system of using hymn books/papers is still ineffective and inefficient. Therefore, this research aims to develop a practical, effective, and efficient hymn application for the congregation, which helps facilitate information delivery and saves costs in creating or text of joyous sound songs. The methods of data collection include observation, interviews, and literature studies. The application development uses the waterfall method or model, through stages of analysis, design, implementation using the Flutter Framework, and testing. The result is an Android-based application "Kidung Pujian Seruling Emas dan Suara Gembira" successfully created using the Flutter Framework. This application has a menu featuring a list of songs with several features including text/lyrics and instrumental audio. The application testing is done using the BlackBox method, and the results of the testing show good results, meeting the specified specifications, and expected to help the congregation obtain accurate information.

Abstract

The development of technology in this world is very rapid and has spread to various aspects of life. Technology also makes it very easy for us to make our work easier, one of which is managing stock at a place of business. M Mart is a business place or place to shop for daily necessities, food and drinks, as well as equipment commonly used for household needs, which still uses manual methods for managing and storing stock, incoming goods, outgoing goods. This is felt to be less effective and inefficient, because in the process of processing and storing data on stock of goods, incoming goods, outgoing goods, this will result in ineffectiveness in data processing and storage. To overcome this problem, the company needs a form of information system, namely a web-based inventory application that can help in carrying out the work of work units in managing and storing data, especially regarding stock of goods, incoming goods, outgoing goods.

Abstract

Cindy Aprillia Atmaja. Informatics Engineering. Faculty of Engineering. Design a web-based Rezky Medika Pharmacy Reporting Information System (SIRARM) using Laravel 10. Mentored by Julius P.P. Naibaho and Lion F. Marini. Rezky Medika Pharmacy is one of the pharmacies located on Manokwari, West Papua. Apotek Rezky Medika still relies on a manual system in reporting, managing stock, and managing incoming and outgoing drug data. This manual process has the potential to cause various problems, such as errors in inputting data, and confusion in finding information. In this study, the author designed and built a Web-Based Rezky Medika Pharmacy Reporting Information System Using Laravel 10. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. As well as application development using Agile methods, through the stages of planning, implementation, software tests, documentation, deployment, and maintenance. By developing a web-based information system, it is expected that Apotek Rezky Medika can improve operational efficiency, increase data accuracy, facilitate access to information, and strengthen its position as a superior and leading pharmacy in service to customers.

Abstract

Introduction to the campus environment for new students in carrying outPKKMB. At the time of Covid-19, many new students at the University ofPapua did online PKKMB without being familiar with the environment andthe faculty building for new students, whereas after the Covid-19 outbreaksubsided there were still students who did not know the faculty building. Byusing virtual reality tour technology, which can be accessed via smartphone,new students can familiarize themselves with the campus environment whendoing PKKMB, where new students can get to know the new environment verywell and know the location of each faculty building where they will study.Therefore, the author wants to create an application that can help newstudents at the University of Papua in getting to know the campusenvironment. The author conducted research with the title "Creating a 360Virtual Tour Application as a Media for Introducing the Campus Environmentat the University of Papua Using Unity 3D Engine". This application displayspanoramic photos of the buildings and faculties of the University of Papua in360. Based on the research and testing that has been carried out, thisapplication can run well using black box testing. And we hope that thisapplication can help new students when doing PKKMB.

Abstract

Warmare Community Health Center is a public health service institution expected to provide optimal services to the community. One important aspect of delivering health services is drug stock management. Currently, the processing and storage of drug data at Warmare Community Health Center are done manually. Manual processing of drug data has several drawbacks: it is less effective and efficient in managing drugs, and the data is at risk of being damaged or lost. The author has taken the initiative to create a web-based application for managing the entry and exit of drugs at Warmare Community Health Center using the CodeIgniter framework. The implementation of this drug management application aims to address the issues faced by Warmare Community Health Center. The application for managing drug entries and exits is developed using the Waterfall method and the CodeIgniter framework. The result is a successful development of a drug data management application for incoming and outgoing drugs at Warmare Community Health Center, designed to manage drug data available at the health center. This application provides drug management services, including drug stock data, incoming drug data, outgoing drug data, and drug data report printing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the adoption of the PELNI Mobile application for ship ticket purchases using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) approach. The research employed a quantitative method with data collected through questionnaires distributed to users of the PELNI mobile application. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that Facilitating Conditions and Habit significantly influence the actual usage behavior of the PELNI mobile application. In contrast, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, and Price Value do not have a significant effect on usage intention. Furthermore, Behavioral Intention was also found to have no significant influence on actual usage behavior. These findings suggest that the adoption of the PELNI mobile application in the context of maritime transportation is more strongly influenced by the availability of supporting facilities and users’ habitual behavior than by perceived usefulness, ease of use, or social influence. This study is expected to contribute theoretically to the development of the UTAUT2 model and provide practical implications for the management of digital-based maritime transportation services.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of website quality in supporting digital-based public services within government institutions. The BPOM Manokwari website functions as a platform for delivering public information and services; however, its effectiveness needs to be evaluated based on user experience. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of the BPOM Manokwari website by applying the WebQual 4.0 framework, which assesses website quality through three main dimensions: usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. This study employs a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 112 active users of the BPOM Manokwari website. The collected data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method through the SmartPLS 4 software. This study tests hypotheses regarding the effects of usability, information quality, and service interaction quality on user satisfaction with the BPOM Manokwari website. The results indicate that only the service interaction quality dimension has a significant effect on user satisfaction, while usability and information quality do not show a significant impact. Therefore, it can be concluded that improving the quality of interactive services plays a crucial role in enhancing user satisfaction with the BPOM Manokwari website. The recommended improvements focus on navigation, content updates, and the strengthening of digital communication features. The practical implications of this study suggest that website administrators should prioritize enhancing digital communication features and service responsiveness, supported by continuous improvements in navigation and regular content updates.

Abstract

Deep learning has advanced intelligent systems for plant identification; however, distinguishing edible wild plants remains challenging due to limited datasets and the need for contextual information beyond visual classification. This study develops a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) framework that integrates metadata as a decision support system to enhance food safety and strengthen community-based food security. A dataset of 16,076 images across 34 classes of edible wild plants was collected and enriched with metadata containing plant descriptions, consumption status, and nutritional values. The dataset was split into 75% training, 20% validation, and 5% testing to ensure reliable evaluation. The proposed solution employs InceptionV3 with transfer learning as the primary model, chosen for its ability to capture complex visual features in limited datasets, while MobileNetV3-Large serves as a lightweight comparative architecture. Results show that InceptionV3 achieved superior performance with a test accuracy of 0.87 and F1-score of 0.88, whereas MobileNetV3-Large obtained only 0.03 accuracy, indicating poor generalization. This highlights the importance of selecting architectures with sufficient depth for domains characterized by high visual variability. Metadata integration enhanced the system’s role as a decision support tool, providing contextual information such as edibility status and nutritional content. The novelty of this research lies in combining CNN-based classification with metadata integration, transforming the system into a practical framework for safe consumption decisions. Limitations include the dataset containing only edible plants. Future work should incorporate non-edible classes, evaluate performance under real-world conditions, and explore advanced architectures and explainable AI techniques to improve robustness, transparency, and accessibility.
