Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Produce Wondershare Filmora-based learning media in Culinary Arts Subject; (2) Test the feasibility of Wondershare Filmora-based learning media in Culinary Arts Subject according to material experts and media experts. The research location was conducted at the Culinary Education Study Program at Medan State University. The research time was November 2022 - January 2023. This research uses the ADDIE development model which is limited to 3 steps, namely (1) Analysis (needs analysis); (2) Design (making storyboards and making learning media); (3) Development (validation by material experts and media experts). The research subjects consisted of one material expert, one media expert, and 30 students of the Cosmetology Education Study Program. The data collection technique used a questionnaire to capture material quality data and media quality data. The data analysis technique was descriptive. Based on the results of this study, the results of the analysis of the needs of lecturers and students that all lecturers and students need Wondershare Filmora learning media, each score ≥ 50 percent. This media can be disseminated and implemented in the Culinary Arts course. The results of the material expert validation obtained a feasibility of 95.38 percent with the criteria "Very Feasible", and the results of the media expert validation obtained a feasibility of 94.12 percent with the criteria "Very Feasible" so that Wondershare Filmora media learning in the Culinary Arts course Food Photography material is included in the "Very Feasible" category with an average value of 94.75 percent. The results of student assessment of student response trials of Wondershare FIlmora learning in Culinary Arts courses Food Photography material are very high with a score of 4.63.

Abstract

The development of science and technology, various conditions in society are changing. The noble values that became the legacy slowly faded away. This change has underpinned the pattern of Community life not only in adults but also the order of life of students. The condition of character is eroded into mutual concern, good manners, honesty, noble morals, replaced by conditions of violence, behavior that violates and is contrary to religious values, norms and customs that apply in society. Strengthening character education is one solution to strengthen school culture. This research emphasizes the implementation of strengthening school culture-based character education at SMAN 2 Sukabumi. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that to carry out school culture-based character education at SMAN 2 Sukabumi there are strategic policies, superior culture and superior school programs.

Abstract

Air bersih merupakan kebutuhan pokok bagi kehidupan masyarakat. Kecamatan Medan Maimun menghadapi permasalahan terkait distribusi air bersih, kualitas air yang terancam pencemaran, dan infrastruktur yang belum optimal. Studi ini memproyeksikan kebutuhan air bersih 10, 30, dan 50 tahun mendatang dengan menggunakan metode geometri, dengan prediksi jumlah penduduk meningkat dari 52.631 jiwa (2023) menjadi 119.417 jiwa (2075). Kebutuhan air domestik dan non-domestik diperkirakan akan meningkat seiring dengan pertumbuhan penduduk dan pembangunan sarana prasarana. Rekapitulasi kebutuhan air bersih menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan seiring dengan pertumbuhan penduduk dan pembangunan sarana prasarana. Analisis ketersediaan air membandingkan kebutuhan air bersih tahun 2075 sebesar 98,5 L/dtk dengan kapasitas sumber air eksisting Mata Air Tirtanadi sebesar 12.672,8 L/dtk. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan air bersih saat ini masih lebih dari cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan warga Medan Maimun 50 tahun mendatang.

Abstract

Air bersih merupakan sumber daya yang sangat penting bagi kelangsungan hidup manusia dan kesejahteraan makhluk hidup lainnya. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis kebutuhan dan ketersediaan air bersih di Kecamatan Medan Amplas, yang saat ini mengalami pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk yang signifikan. Peningkatan populasi ini menimbulkan kekhawatiran mengenai keberlanjutan sumber daya air bersih di masa depan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini menggunakan berbagai metode proyeksi, termasuk metode aritmatika, geometri, regresi linier, logaritmik, dan eksponensial, untuk meramalkan kebutuhan air bersih selama 10, 30, dan 50 tahun ke depan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan permintaan air bersih yang terus berlanjut seiring dengan pertambahan jumlah penduduk. Sebagai contoh, pada tahun 2024, jumlah penduduk diperkirakan mencapai 132.403 jiwa, dengan kebutuhan air domestik yang diperkirakan sebesar 151,71 liter per detik dan kebutuhan air non-domestik sebesar 30,34 liter per detik.. Dengan memberikan analisis komprehensif mengenai kebutuhan air bersih di masa depan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendukung perencanaan yang efisien untuk produksi dan distribusi air bersih di Kecamatan Medan Amplas.

Abstract

This article describes and analyzes the implementation of the Pancasila Student ProfileStrengthening Project (P5) at SMA Negeri 1 Sukabumi. The research is qualitative-descriptive design. The research was conducted by analyzing the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of projects implemented at school. The research begins with a documentation study, distributing questionnaires to 32 teachers as respondents, interviews, and observations. The results are planning, which includes team formation, making technical guidebooks, and determining project themes. Meanwhile, project organization consists of the formation of a project group guidance team, determining the object of research, and determining student groups. The implementation of the project starts with determining the formulation of the research object, formulating the problems, making instruments, implementing observations, making reports, and creating blogs to upload project reports. Whilst project supervision and evaluation are conducted in the supervision internally and externally. The theme of the first project is local wisdom, the second project is engineering technology. The project is implemented through a block system within 3-4 weeks. The end of the project is carried out through the harvest of works, namely publication in the form of presentations of students’ work, which is attended by students, teachers, and parents either in offline or online meetings. The finding of the research problem comes from the lack of coordination of school management internally and externally with a percentage of 46% of teacher respondents are not involved in the planning of the project and the lack of school supervisors and school committees’ roles. Another finding comes from the lack of student activity with a percentage of only 59% who actively participated in making the project activity. The assessment and project objectives do not reflect the achievement of the Pancasila student profile.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Fenomena iklim ekstrim yang semakin meningkat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir telah memicu berbagai permasalahan lingkungan di wilayah perkotaan, salah satunya meningkatnya frekuensi kejadian banjir. Penyebab lain ditemukan kondisi lingkungan perkotaan, serta rendahnya kapasitas pengelolaan lingkungan berbasis masyarakat. Program Kampung Iklim (Proklim) dengan pendekatan Smart Village menjadi salah satu strategi untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam mengatasi permasalahan lingkungan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis Smart Village guna mendukung penguatan Kampung Iklim di Kota Medan. Mitra kegiatan adalah komunitas sekolah SDIT Amrullah Akbar. Solusi yang ditawarkan dengan melakukan (1) Desain Taman edukasi lingkungan, (2) Edukasi Siswa dan Peran orang tua dalam penguatan kampung iklim, (3) Pemanfaatan pekarangan sekolah dengan Vertikal farming, Budikdamber dan (4) Fasilitasi pengakuan komunitas kampung iklim. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktik lapangan, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan. Target luaran mencakup peningkatan jumlah kampung iklim, meningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat, terbentuknya sistem bank sampah digital, serta pengakuan komunitas SDIT Amrullah Akbar sebagai salah satu kampung iklim. Program ini telah mendukung mitigasi dan adaptasi perubahan iklim berbasis teknologi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat menuju lingkungan tangguh dan berkelanjutan. Masyarakat yang tergabung dalam komunitas SDIT Amrullah Akbar mulai mengimplementasikan teknologi sederhana seperti komposter, vertikultur, dan lampu LED hemat energi sebagai bagian dari upaya mitigasi perubahan iklim. Penerapan teknologi tepat guna tersebut terbukti membantu mengurangi timbulan sampah, menambah ruang hijau, dan menekan emisi karbon di lingkungan sekitar. Kata Kunci: Edukasi, Komunitas, Kampung Iklim, Smart Village. ABSTRACT The increasing frequency of extreme climate events in recent years has contributed to various environmental challenges in urban areas, particularly the rising incidence of flooding. Contributing factors include suboptimal urban environmental conditions and limited community capacity in environmental management. The Climate Village Program, implemented through a Smart Village approach, represents a strategic framework for community empowerment in addressing these environmental issues. This community service initiative aimed to develop a Smart Village–based community empowerment model to strengthen the Climate Village Program in Medan City. The project partner was the SDIT Amrullah Akbar school community. The proposed interventions included: (1) the development of an environmental education park; (2) student education and parental engagement in strengthening the Climate Village initiative; (3) optimization of schoolyard utilization through vertical farming and Budikdamber (fish cultivation in buckets); and (4) facilitation of formal recognition as a Climate Village community. The program was implemented using an educational and participatory approach through socialization sessions, training, field practice, and continuous mentoring. The targeted outcomes included an increase in the number of Climate Villages, enhanced community participation, the establishment of a digital waste bank system, and official recognition of the SDIT Amrullah Akbar community as a Climate Village. The program contributed to technology-based climate change mitigation and adaptation efforts while promoting community empowerment toward a resilient and sustainable environment. The community has begun adopting simple technologies, such as composting, vertical gardening, and energy-efficient LED lighting, as part of climate mitigation strategies. The implementation of these appropriate technologies has demonstrably reduced waste generation, expanded green spaces, and lowered carbon emissions in the surrounding environment. Keywords: Education, Community Empowerment, Climate Village, Smart Village.
