Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Television Advertisement Version “Semeja Bersaudara” And Instagram Advertisement Version “Serunya Jalan Terus” On Teh Botol Sosro Brand Image. The study method used is quantitative methods. Data collection techniques used in the questionnaire form and literature. The population of this study from STIAMI Institute student. The sampling technique in this research is nonprobability sampling with the accidental sampling method. A sample of 100 samples has been obtained. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM Statistic version 22. The results showed that the Television Advertisement Version “Semeja Bersaudara” has an influence on Brand Image Teh Botol Sosro of 44,3%. Instagram Advertisement Version “Serunya Jalan Terus” has an influence on Brand Image Teh Botol Sosro of 40,1%. Television Advertisement Version “Semeja Bersaudara” and Instagram Advertisement Version “Serunya Jalan Terus” significantly influence on Teh Botol Sosro Brand Image. Television Advertisement Version “Semeja Bersaudara” and Instagram Advertisement Version “Serunya Jalan Terus” affect the variants of Teh Botol Sosro Brand Image simultaneously with value 0f 0,471 or 47,1% and there are 52,9% other unexplained factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the quality of public transportation mode services on the Interest of tourist visits in DKI Jakarta. The mode of transportation in question is the Jakarta Explorer Tour Bus service in DKI Jakarta. This study used quantitative methods with a sample of 100 users of public transportation modes. The results showed service quality's influence on tourist visits' Interest with a regression equation of Y = 16.747 + 0.577X. Based on the hypothesis test, the calculated t value of 7,781 > t table is 1.984 and the value (Sig) of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the service quality variable (X) has a significant effect on the tourist attraction variable (Y) with a coefficient of determination value (R2) of 0.382, it shows that the Quality of Service (X) of Tourism Visiting Interest (Y) is 38.2%.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia from 2019 to 2022 gave birth to a new organizational culture in the form of work-from-home (WFH) activities to reduce public mobility and reduce the risk of transmission of the COVID-19 virus. After the COVID-19 pandemic, the WFH work culture is still applied in several institutions. This research aims to describe cross-generational views, namely those of the Baby Boomer Generation, Generation X, and Generations Y and Z, regarding the implementation of WFH work culture in the post-pandemic COVID-19 era associated with organizational culture transformation. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach through data collection methods such as interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results illustrate that generations have different views on the implementation of work-from-home culture in the post-pandemic COVID-19 era as seen from organizational communication through informative, regulative, persuasive, and integrative functions. The Baby Boomer Generation views the implementation of WFH in the post-pandemic era as an obstacle to organizational communication. Meanwhile, Generation X sees the implementation of WFH as a necessity that cannot be avoided. Although, in some ways, Generation X also still sees the need for face-to-face meetings, Generations Y and Z are the antithesis of the Baby Boomer Generation. Generations Y and Z see the implementation of WFH as not an obstacle to organizational communication.

Abstract

Apart from implementing appropriate strategies to increase understanding of the risks of COVID-19 and how to reduce the risks, COVID-19 communication risk requires various efforts to foster public interest and willingness to carry out COVID-19 risk reduction behaviors by implementing health protocols and vaccination.By using the Extended Parallel Process Model (EPPM) and Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), this research explores and analyzes the risk communication strategy of the PKMM-CBA LPBI NU program in increasing public understanding and awareness of the risks of COVID-19 and efforts to reduce them in Metatu & Punduttrate Village, Benjeng District, Gresik Regency, East Java Province, accompanied by disclosure of factors that encourage people to take actions to reduce risks.The research results show that in addition to appropriate risk communication strategies, there is a need to provide facilities and support to foster public interest and willingness to comply with health protocols aswell as community social awareness to remind each other about compliance with COVID-19 health protocols and also vaccination.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the decline in employee performance which is influenced by several factors that will be tested in this research. This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Secretariat of the State Financial Auditor of the Republic of Indonesia Financial Audit Agency. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to 227 employees within the Secretariat of the State Financial Auditor. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the research show that the variables job satisfaction (X1), motivation (X2), and work discipline (X3) are able to explain the employee performance variable (Y) by 94.1% while the remaining 5.9% is explained by other variables not included in the model. Job satisfaction has a strong positive influence, showing that employees who are satisfied with their work tend to have better performance. Motivation also has a significant effect, where motivated employees have high work enthusiasm and productivity. Work discipline was found to be an important factor that supports optimal performance, with employees who have high discipline tending to be more efficient and effective in carrying out their duties. The implications of this research indicate that to improve employee performance, management needs to focus on increasing job satisfaction, providing the right motivation, and enforcing consistent work discipline. The recommendation for the Supreme Audit Agency is to implement programs that can increase job satisfaction, such as rewards and recognition, as well as providing training and development that can increase employee motivation and work discipline.

Abstract

This research is based on this background. The performance of employees in the legal products and conference section of the DKI Jakarta Provincial DPRD Secretariat is a crucial factor in ensuring an effective legislative and supervisory process. However, challenges such as lack of coordination, low work ethics, and inconsistent discipline often hinder the achievement of optimal performance. This research aims to identify the extent to which coordination, work ethics and discipline influence employee performance in this environment. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to employees in the legal products and welfare section of the DKI Jakarta Provincial DPRD Secretariat. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, including multiple linear regression, to examine the relationship between the variables of coordination, work ethics and discipline on employee performance. The research results show that coordination, work ethics and discipline have a significant influence on employee performance by 78.1%. Employees who have good coordination are able to complete tasks more effectively and efficiently. Discipline has a strong influence on performance, maintaining consistency and limiting employee time in carrying out tasks. This research concludes that to improve employee performance, improvements are needed in terms of coordination, work ethics and employee discipline. Efforts are needed to improve coordination, work ethics and employee discipline. Recommendations that can be given based on the results of this research are the importance of implementing training programs and development that focuses on improving coordination, work ethics and employee discipline to achieve better performance.

Abstract

The STIAMI Institute Library plays an important role in providing relevant information to its users. However, challenges such as ineffective communication, limited information technology implementation, and suboptimal service remain. This study aims to understand the communication strategies used by the STIAMI Institute Library to improve visitor services. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that internal communication, such as regular meetings and staff collaboration, as well as external communication through social media and online services, increase visitor satisfaction. Additionally, improvements in facilities and technology-based access to information significantly enhance visitor satisfaction. In conclusion, an effective communication strategy is key to improving library services and strengthening its role as an information and education center.

Abstract

The background of this study is situation The 2024 General Election began several years previously with the previous period coalition party bearer candidate president and vice presidential candidate, period after coalition party bearer candidate president and vice presidential candidate formed until approaching announcement candidate presidential and vice presidential candidates by party bearer. In the context that, Joko Widodo Still took office as President and communicated to the public with a diverse style of communication; the study aims to explain and analyze the Communication Style of Joko Widodo's Politics in the Election of President and Vice President in the 2024 General Election. Approach qualitative with paradigm constructivist used through method analysis Roland Barthes' Semiotics. The unit of analysis used is a Kompas TV YouTube video. The result shows Communication Style Joko Widodo's Politics in the Election President and Vice President in the 2024 General Election shows dynamics from before _ nomination President and Vice President, the future is approaching nomination President and Vice President to Commission General Election until the campaign period. In the early days of the General Election, Jokowi showed a Communication Style Controlling Style; in the future, Jokowi's public communication style Structuring Style during the campaign period in a way open, Jokowi pointed out style public communication Dynamic Style.

Abstract

AbstrakRumah Sakit Medirossa Cikarang merupakan tempat pengobatan dan penyembuhan pada pasien atau masyarakat yang membutuhkan tindakan secara medis. Namun, beberapa permasalahan seperti kurangnya strategi corporate communication seperti tidak ada koordinasi yang baik antar staff yang tidak menjalankan progam rumah sakit, sehingga perlu di adanya meeting bersama dengan unit terkait tentang pelayanan yang belum bisa menjaga reputasi dalam pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengelaborasi Strategi Corporate Communication Meningkatkan Reputasi Rumah Sakit Medirossa Cikarang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, obervasi, dan dokumentasi. Yaitu menggambarkan dan menjelaskan permasalahan yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi corporate communication berperan penting dalam meningkatkan reputasi rumah sakit. Selain itu, peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan dan kegiatan-kegiatan internal maupun eksternal dalam membantu kepuasan pasien. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa strategi corporate communication sangat berperan penting untuk menjaga meningkatkan reputasi rumah sakit. Adapun implementasi permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu perlu adanya metodelogi penelitian yang sesuai yaitu kualitatif yang dimana data yang di ambil di dapatkan dari hasil wawancara kepada narasumber informan. Penelitian ini menyarankan untuk membuka kegiatan yang rutin di setiap bulannya, dan memperkuat promosi pelayanan kesehatan di internal maupun eksternal rumah sakit.Kata Kunci: Strategi Corporate Communication, Pelayanan Kesehatan, Reputasi

Abstract

Education is the main foundation in building an advanced and developed nation. Effective communication between teachers and parents is considered important to support students' development and learning motivation. This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. The results show that the existence of a school committee makes open, empathetic and collaborative communication between teachers and parents have a positive impact on increasing students' enthusiasm for learning. Factors such as openness of information, trust and active participation from both parties are key to success in supporting students' enthusiasm for learning in a flexible and student-centered curriculum.
