Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya restrukturisasi buyback saham yang dikeluarkan oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) sebagai salah satu langkah perbaikan ekonomi khusunya dengan adanya gejolak harga saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Adanya upaya buyback saham yang dilakukan, berdampak pada beberapa variabel saham yang lain, diantaranya return, abnormal return, dan trading volume activity. Penelitian ini membahas Bank BUMN (Badan Usaha Milik Negara) yang memiliki keunggulan salah satunya dekat dengan masyarakat serta mendapatkan tingkat kepercayaan yang cukup tinggi di masyarakat, selain itu Bank BUMN juga dijadikan sebagai jembatan bagi pemerintah kepada masyarakat untuk menjaga kestabilan perekonomian disaat terjadi gejolak ekonomi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji perbedaan return saham, abnormal return, dan trading volume activity pada Bank BUMN sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannya restrukturisasi buyback saham. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji beda dua sampel bebas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pada variabel return saham dan abnormal return Bank BUMN tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah dikeluarkannya kebijakan restrukturisasi buyback saham, sedangkan pada variabel trading volume activity Bank BUMN terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah dikeluarkannya kebijakan restrukturisasi buyback saham.Kata Kunci: Restrukturisasi, Buyback Saham, Bank BUMN

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to examine the differences in the performance of Islamic mutual funds with mutual funds based on the Sharpe and Jensen method for the 2010-2020 period in the Indonesian Capital Market. Research Methodology: The study uses a quantitative approach to the type of comparative research. The data used is secondary data from OJK. The population used in this study is the capitalization of sharia mutual fund performance data with mutual funds, the period 2010-2020 (monthly data) in the Indonesian Capital Market. Data analysis was carried out using the Sharpe and Jensen method and the Manova test with the help of the SPSS statistical program. Results: The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference between the performance of Islamic mutual funds and mutual funds with the Sharpe and Jensen method. This shows that the return on the performance of Islamic mutual funds and mutual funds based on the Sharpe and Jensen method received will be relatively the same. Investment performance in Mutual Fund portfolio management is reflected in the net asset value (NAV). Limitations: This research has been attempted and carried out in accordance with scientific procedures. However, it still has limitations; this research is limited to 2010 – 2020 with monthly data. Contribution: This research implies that this research can better contribute to the general public, academics, and investors to understand the performance of capital market investment instruments before they invest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in the performance of Islamic stocks with stocks based on the Sharpe and Jensen method for the 2010-2020 period in the Indonesian Capital Market. The research method is using a quantitative approach with the type of comparative research. The data used is secondary data from OJK. The population used in this study is the capitalization of sharia stock performance data compared to stocks, for the 2010-2020 period (monthly data) in the Indonesian Capital Market. Data analysis was carried out using the Sharpe and Jensen method and the Manova test with the help of the SPSS statistical program. The results of this study indicate that the performance of Islamic stocks with stocks has a significant difference and the performance of Islamic stocks is better than stocks based on the Sharpe and Jensen method. This shows that the return on the performance of sharia shares with shares based on the Sharpe and Jensen method that will be received will be relatively different. The implication of this research is that this research can contribute to the general public, both academics, investment players and the general public so that they better understand the performance of capital market investment instruments before they invest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the comparison of bond performance with sharia bonds (sukuk) in 2010-2023. This study uses quantitative calculations with a comparative type of research. The data used are sourced from secondary data from OJK. This study uses a population, namely the capitalization of sharia bond performance data (sukuk) compared to the capitalization of bond performance data, using the Sharpe, Jensen method for the 2010-2022 period (monthly data) in the Indonesian Capital Market. Data analysis was carried out using the Sharpe and Jensen methods and using the MANOVA test with the help of the SPSS statistical application program. The results of this study indicate that the performance of sukuk with bonds using the Sharpe and Jensen methods is not significantly different. This shows that the sukuk return and the bonds based on the Sharpe and Jensen methods that will be received will be relatively the same.

Abstract

Simvastatin adalah obat yang bekerja dengan cara menghambat enzim HMG-CoA reduktase yang berperan penting dalam sintesis kolesterol di hati. Simvastatin tersedia dalam berbagai dosis dan dapat dikonsumsi bersama obat lain untuk menurunkan kolesterol. Analisis kadar simvastatin dalam suatu sediaan obat memerlukan metode analisis yang efektif dan tepat untuk memastikan kualitas dan keamanan dalam formulasi sediaan farmasi. Review ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kadar simvastatin pada sediaan obat dengan berbagai metode analisis secara kromatografi. Studi literatur dilakukan dengan mencari beberapa artikel jurnal penelitian internasional yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2015-2024, menggunakan kata kunci “validation methode simvastatin” “determination simvastatin” dan “determination and validation method of simvastatin”. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa metode analisis penetapan kadar simvastatin secara kromatografi dapat dilakukan dengan High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Reverse-Phase HPLC (RP-HPLC), Hydrophilic Interaction Chromatography (HILIC), dan Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLCHPLC dan RP-HPLC. Metode-metode tersebut memiliki keunggulan seperti sensitivitas, presisi, dan akurasi yang baik.

Abstract

Cosmetics are one of the products to improve appearance which are increasingly widely used in Indonesia. However, the large number of cosmetic uses is not in line with the quality. In recent years, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) has noticed an increase in the spread of illegal cosmetics in Indonesia. Educational videos are one practical medium that can be used to promote the dangers of illicit cosmetics. This community service program aims to increase public understanding of the dangers of illegal cosmetics circulating on the market. Community service activities are created by creating educational materials and videos that are disseminated to the public directly or via social media. So that through this educational video, the public can understand it well. The activities then looked at the public's initial level of understanding of the dangers of cosmetics by conducting a pre-test. After that, the videos and materials that had been prepared were shown, and then the public's knowledge increased through the post-test. From the results of the pre-test and post-test, it was found that public understanding of the dangers of cosmetics increased by 17.1%. So it can be concluded that this service activity successfully educated the community.

Abstract

Sampah plastik dan organik yang tidak terkelola di Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) menimbulkan pencemaran udara serta risiko kesehatan masyarakat. Tanaman Sansevieria trifasciata efektif menyerap polutan di lingkungan tercemar. Sementara itu, limbah dari kemasan kosmetik memperburuk masalah plastik. Pembuatan solid perfume berbahan minyak atsiri alami menjadi solusi ramah lingkungan yang aman dan minim limbah. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan dan perilaku hidup sehat masyarakat Dusun Jatirejo, Kelurahan Mojosongo, Kecamatan Jebres, Kota Surakarta melalui dua pendekatan utama, yaitu sosialisasi penanaman pohon Sansevieria sebagai solusi pengelolaan udara dan pelatihan pembuatan solid perfume berbahan dasar alami sebagai alternatif produk ramah lingkungan sekaligus peluang usaha. Metode yang digunakan mencakup edukasi interaktif, pelatihan pembuatan produk, serta penguatan kapasitas warga dalam memahami dampak lingkungan dari sampah dan penggunaan bahan kimia harian. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan lingkungan dan munculnya potensi ekonomi kreatif berbasis bahan alami. Dengan keterlibatan aktif warga, program ini berhasil menjadi langkah awal menuju pemberdayaan lingkungan dan penguatan perilaku hidup sehat dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Inflammation is a mechanism in the body's defense system that occurs through the release of pro-inflammatory mediators. However, inflammation needs to be controlled because it triggers excessive production of inflammatory mediators that cause tissue damage and disease progression. Various types of first-line anti-inflammatory therapy drugs have potential for adverse side effects such as anemia, hypertension, and immunosuppression, so alternative anti-inflammatory agents are needed that are considered safe and effective. The red betel plant (Piper crocatum Ruiz and Pav) is known to contain secondary metabolites such as sesquiterpenes, aldehydes, phytosterols, and sterols that are already known as anti-inflammatory agents. This study aims to determine the anti-inflammatory potential of the red betel plant based on pharmacological network analysis. The test compounds are secondary metabolites that were successfully detected in the red betel stem such as caryophyllene, octadecadienal, stigmasterol, and sitosterol. Proteins related to anti-inflammatory activity obtained from GeneCards, proteins interacting with test compounds predicted by SwissTargetPrediction, and the results of the intersection of both types of proteins were further analyzed using STRING with Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment methods. GO and KEGG enrichment analysis showed involvement in NF-?B, IL-17, PI3K/AKT, and TNF signaling pathways, with 16 key genes related to anti-inflammatory activity targets. The main target proteins of caryophyllene and stigmasterol being HSP90AA1 and STAT3, respectively, while octadecadienal and sitosterol showed NFKB1 as the same main target protein. The results provide a scientific data for the use of these secondary metabolites as anti-inflammatory agents.

Abstract

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) remains a significant global health challenge, responsible for more than 90% of all diagnosed diabetes cases worldwide. The progression of T2DM is primarily driven by insulin resistance and progressive pancreatic β-cell dysfunction, both of which contribute to various metabolic complications. Metformin is widely used as a first-line antidiabetic drug. However, its long-term use is associated with gastrointestinal disturbances, lactic acidosis, and vitamin B12 deficiency. These limitations highlight the need for safer and more effective therapeutic alternatives. β-caryophyllene, a sesquiterpene compound derived from the stem extract of Piper crocatum Ruiz & Pav., has demonstrated antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antilipidemic properties that may support its potential as an antidiabetic agent. This study evaluated the pharmacological potential of β-caryophyllene as an antidiabetic agent through an in silico approach. The analysis included drug-likeness assessment via Lipinski’s Rule of Five, ADMET profiles, network pharmacology, such as KEGG pathway and GO, inhibitory activity prediction using SVM regression in DataWarrior, and molecular docking through AutoDockTools and BIOVIA Discovery Studio, with metformin used as a reference standard. β-caryophyllene fully complies with Lipinski’s Rule of Five, indicating good drug-likeness and potential for oral bioavailability. The IC50 prediction results indicated that β-caryophyllene exhibited stronger inhibitory potential than metformin against several key T2DM-related proteins, including IL6, HSP90AA1, NOS3, TLR4, KRAS, and NFKB1. Consistently, molecular docking analysis demonstrated that β-caryophyllene also had stronger interactions with these targets, exhibiting higher binding affinities compared to metformin. These proteins are implicated in insulin resistance, inflammation, and vascular dysfunction. Additionally, pharmacokinetic data demonstrated high intestinal absorption (94.8%), extensive distribution (VDss ≈ 4.49 L/kg), minimal CYP450 inhibition, and limited toxicity risks. Collectively, β-caryophyllene exhibits good pharmacological properties and multitarget activity, supporting its candidacy for further in vitro and in vivo studies as a potential therapeutic agent for T2DM.
