Abstract

Hypertension is blood pressure above normal caused by strong blood flow to the walls of the arteries, resulting in certain complications that are at risk of triggering heart disease, stroke, kidney failure and even death. Many people do not know about the symptoms and types of hypertension, so a system is built to make it easier for the medical team and system users to find out the types of hypertension along with the cure rate with pharmacological and lifestyle therapies. The purpose of this study was to determine the cure rate of pharmacological therapy and a healthy lifestyle for hypertensive patients based on data collected from experts. The data that were processed were 25 symptoms, 2 therapy data, and 8 types of hypertension based on blood pressure classification. The symptoms and types of disease are entered into the expert system using the Forward Chaining method and rules. To see the accuracy of the cure rate for pharmacological therapy and a healthy lifestyle for hypertensive patients, a Forward Chaining method is needed, namely: Prepare data input, define decision tables, define rules, perform processes that create decision trees. The results of the study with 25 symptom data obtained as many as 8 decision rules, namely which type of hypertension the patient has and which cure should be done. Based on the analysis carried out, it can be seen that the cure rate of pharmacological therapy and a healthy lifestyle can be used as a reference for making decisions to analyze the healing of hypertensive patients with pharmacological therapy and a healthy lifestyle. This expert system calculation shows the percentage of success from the expert.

Abstract

The role of science and technology in all sectors, including education, is now well established. STIKes Syedza Saintika has a comprehensive library and various visiting activities, however at present moment, student visits are still manually documented in the library's visitor book, which takes time to fill out and is still reviewed on a regular basis while performing a summary of the visit. Of course, a manual method is prone to mistakes, but a technology-based library guest book system employing a QR Code is not. Based on the aforementioned issues, a library visitor book system utilizing a QR Code is required, which is projected to reduce mistakes and give ease to students and librarians in processing library visit data. A System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) design is used in this investigation. This study develops a QR Code-based guest book information system for library visits, which aids students and librarians in handling guest book data.

Abstract

Randang Padang is a typical food of the Minang people which is very well known, even abroad. Currently Randang Padang Elok does not yet have an online system, because there is no effective marketing media to explain in detail the products available at Randang Padang Elok, and sales transactions are still carried out manually where sales data and product data are recorded manually, into a ledger , so that to make a report the company officer has to manually recapitulate data files. The purpose of this research is to build an e-commerce-based website to make it easier for this home industry to carry out a sales system and product monitoring. This system was created using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall method. Making this system using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study can make it easier for Randang Padang Elok to carry out an online sales system, find out order conditions, and expand the marketing area and increase the number of consumers so that product sales information media will be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Efforts made in preparing quality students, especially in developing technological science, understand in advance the challenges faced in the use of technology used today. Knowledge of the real challenges for educators in choosing the best technological tools, so that educators do not lose their teaching goals, and do not misunderstand students. This activity is proof of the seriousness of the Jabal Nur SPN Padang Besi Teenagers in realizing their commitment to quality Youth. Therefore this PkM teaches students to understand the challenges of using technology in the 4.0 era. This activity needs a modules related to the challenges of using technology in the 4.0 era, and enrichment from quizzes online adapted to the PkM material. The activity phase that has been carried out in this community service activity is to provide integrated training so that teenagers at the Jabal Nur SPN Padang Besi Mosque can understand, understand and prepare and improve quality in the challenges of using technology in Era 4.0. The results of this service students take tests and find out the results of tests carried out through quizzes online. The next plan is to assign tasks and evaluate the tasks that have been given by the implementing team

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengamati pentingnya strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif bagi pelaku bisnis di era digital yang kompetitif. Meningkatnya bisnis online, pemahaman mendalam tentang perilaku dan preferensi konsumen menjadi krusial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas digital marketing dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan brand awareness menggunakan metode marketing funnel. Data diambil sebanyak 200 sampel customer dari 10 sampel toko yang akan dianalisis dengan SPSS untuk mendapatkan wawasan mendalam. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif dan eksploratif melalui survei, wawancara, dan analisis statistik. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menghasilkan artikel ilmiah untuk jurnal bereputasi, serta model teoretis dan praktis yang membantu pelaku bisnis merancang dan mengevaluasi strategi pemasaran digital secara efektif. Model ini akan memberikan panduan komprehensif bagi akademisi dan praktisi di bidang digital marketing

Abstract

Abstract: Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in supporting the national economy; however, they continue to face challenges in management and digital marketing. Keripik Balado Uni Yen, a local MSME engaged in the traditional Minangkabau snack industry, experiences obstacles in expanding its market due to limited product innovation and reliance on conventional methods of promotion and sales. This condition has led to stagnant sales performance and low managerial efficiency, indicating the need for strategic efforts to enhance business capacity. This community service program aims to strengthen the competitiveness of the MSME through the development of product packaging integrated with a QR code and a point of sale system based on a website and digital cashier machine, while also promoting digital marketing adoption. The program was implemented using a participatory approach involving training, technical assistance, and continuous monitoring and evaluation of technology implementation. Digital marketing through social media proved effective in expanding market reach and increasing sales by up to 40%. Overall, the program demonstrates that integrating innovative packaging, digital systems, and online marketing serves as an effective strategy to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of local MSMEs. Keywords: digital marketing; innovation QR code packaging; point of sales; MSMEs Abstrak: UMKM memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung perekonomian nasional, namun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam aspek manajemen dan pemasaran digital. UMKM Keripik Balado Uni Yen merupakan UMKM lokal yang bergerak di industri makanan olahan khas Minang, menghadapi tantangan dalam memperluas pasar akibat keterbatasan inovasi produk serta masih mengandalkan metode konvensional dalam promosi dan penjualan. Kondisi ini berdampak pada stagnasi penjualan dan rendahnya efisiensi manajerial, sehingga diperlukan upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kapasitas usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM melalui pengembangan kemasan produk yang dilengkapi kode QR dan terintegrasi dengan sistem point of sale berbasis website dan mesin kasir digital, serta mendorong digitalisasi pemasaran. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui pelatihan, pendampingan teknis, serta monitoring dan evaluasi implementasi teknologi. Pemasaran digital melalui media sosial juga terbukti efektif memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan penjualan hingga 40%. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi inovasi kemasan, sistem digital, dan pemasaran daring merupakan strategi efektif untuk memperkuat daya saing dan kemandirian UMKM lokal secara berkelanjutan. Abstract

Abstrak Permasalahan yang terjadi di Kampung Akrilik adalah belum adanya teknologi pemasaran untuk mempromosikan produk kerajinannya dan minimnya pengetahuan pengrajin tentang teknologi pemasaran untuk produk Kampung Akrilik. Solusi dari permasalahan yang didapat yaitu dengan memberdayakan anggota pengrajin dengan penerapan teknologi dan memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan secara teknis kepada semua anggota dalam menggunakan digital marketing dengan aplikasi e-commerce sebagai strategi pemasaran produk., serta strategi dalam manajemen pemasaran produk untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pemasaran produk ini adalah metode e-WOM dengan aplikasi e-commerce. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi lima tahap, yaitu : identifikasi kebutuhan, pendampingan operasional, sosialisasi dan pelatihan teknologi kepada mitra, pengujian sistem dan tahap implementasi teknologi kepada mitra. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah berupa pemasaran produk secara digital dengan aplikasi e-commerce dalam bentuk website yang nantinya dapat memudahkan pkerajinan dalam pemasaran produk. Berdasarkan hasil kusioner yang diisi oleh para responden, didapat bahwa 89% para anggota pengrajin tidak mengetahui tentang digital marketing, 86% responden menyatakan aplikasi e-commerce sangat menarik dan dan 85% responden menyatakan bermanfaat untuk pemasaran produk dan menambah wawasan. Dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan dan penerapan aplikasi ini dapat menambah wawasan dan peningkatan pengetahuan bagi para anggota pengrajin di kampung akrilik tentang teknologi yang berhubungan dengan digital marketing.

Abstract

Abstrak – Prosedur peminjaman kendaraan dinas di Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Balitbang) Provinsi Sumatera Barat hingga saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, melalui pengajuan lisan atau tertulis serta pencatatan data dalam buku atau formulir fisik. Proses ini menimbulkan sejumlah permasalahan, seperti ketidakefisienan dalam administrasi, tingginya risiko kesalahan pencatatan, kesulitan dalam pelacakan data, serta kurangnya transparansi dan koordinasi antarbagian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah sistem peminjaman kendaraan dinas berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan antarmuka dan alur sistem yang menggunakan metode waterfall, serta implementasi berbasis bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mengotomatisasi proses pengajuan, pengecekan ketersediaan, dan pencatatan transaksi kendaraan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pengelolaan kendaraan dinas di Balitbang menjadi lebih terstruktur, efisien, serta memungkinkan integrasi data dan transparasi yang lebih baik antarbagian.Kata kunci: sistem informasi; peminjaman kendaraan; balitbang; waterfall; Abstract − The vehicle loan procedure at the Research and Development Agency (Balitbang) of West Sumatra Province is still carried out manually, through verbal or written requests and recording data in physical books or forms. This process presents several issues, such as administrative inefficiency, a high risk of data entry errors, difficulty in tracking records, and a lack of transparency and coordination among departments. This study aims to design and develop a web-based system for managing official vehicle loans to improve efficiency and data accuracy. The research method includes system requirements analysis, interface and flow design using the waterfall model, and implementation using PHP and MySQL. The results show that the system can automate the submission process, vehicle availability checking, and transaction recording. With this system, official vehicle management at Balitbang becomes more structured and efficient, and supports better data integration and transparency across departments.Keywords: information system; vechile loan; balitbang; waterfall;
