Abstract

Penelitian dijalankan melalui tujuan guna mengetahui serta menguraikan adanya pengaruh likuiditas (QR), solvabilitas (DAR) & rentabilitas (ROE) secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap return saham pada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. Penelitian tersebut merupakan jenis penelitian Asosiatif. Cara menetapkan sampel mengaplikasikan teknik purposive sampling melalui populasi 34 tahun dan jumlah sampel selama 19 tahun dari tahun 2004-2022. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan analisa rasio atau kinerja keuangan yaitu likuiditas QR, solvabilitas DAR & rentabilitas ROE serta analisis statistik yaitu menggunakan analisis asumsi klasik termasuk uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji hetorekedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi berganda, uji determinasi dan uji hipotesis terdiri dari uji t dan uji f. Penelitian tersebut memiliki nilai uji normalitas senilai 0,200 > 0,05 yang memiliki arti statistik penelitian berdistribusi normal, dengan uji multikolinearitas yang menyatakan variabel QR, DAR & ROE tidak terjadi multikolinearitas, sama halnya dengan uji hetorekedatisitas dan uji autokorelasi yang menyatakan tidak terjadinya gejala heterokestisitas dan gejala autokorelasi sehingga penelitian ini dapat dilanjutkan pada uji hipotesis, dengan pemgambilan keputusan penelitian menggunakan analisis statistik secara parsial yang kemudian menarik kesimpulan yaitu: (1) Likuiditas QR berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham, (2) Solvabilitas DAR tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap return saham, (3) Rentabilitas ROE tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap return saham, (4) QR, DAR & ROE berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap return saham pada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of rewards and job descriptions on the performance of PT employees. Sharia Pawnshop Ginte Market Branch. The population in this study was 30 employees, consisting of 20 permanent employees and 10 contract employees at PT. Sharia Pawnshop Ginte Market Branch. The sample in this study was 30 employees of PT. Sharia Pegadaian Pasar Ginte Branch uses a saturated sampling technique so that the entire population is used as a sample in this research. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and literature study, data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The research results show that partially and simultaneously rewards and job descriptions have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Sharia Pawnshop Ginte Market Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job insecurity and workload on turnover intention of generation Z employees in Bima City. This research is quantitative research and the type of research is associative. The population in this study amounted to 100 generation Z employees and the sampling technique used incidental sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire, with reference to a 5-point Likert scale then distributed to 100 respondents on generation Z employees in Bima City. Data analysis was carried out through validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test, and F test with the help of SPSS version 25 for windows. The results of this study 1) There is no significant effect of job insecurity on turnover intention of generation Z employees of Bima City. 2) There is a significant influence of workload on the turnover intention of generation Z employees in Bima City. 3) There is a significant influence of job insecurity and workload on the turnover intention of generation Z employees in Bima City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of turnover intention and work environment on employee productivity at the Palibelo District Office. Turnover intention refers to employees’ desire to leave the organization, while the work environment includes both physical and non-physical conditions that affect employee comfort and performance. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 41 active employees at the Palibelo District Office. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results show that turnover intention has a negative and significant effect on work productivity, meaning that the higher the employee's intention to leave the job, the lower their productivity. Conversely, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on productivity. A good work environment can enhance employee morale, comfort, and work efficiency. Simultaneously, turnover intention and work environment significantly affect employee productivity. These findings highlight the importance of management's role in creating a conducive work environment and reducing turnover intention to maintain and enhance employee productivity. This research contributes to policy makers in regional government to better consider internal factors that influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job characteristics and emotional intelligence on employee work quality at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Bima City. Employee work quality is a crucial aspect in achieving organizational goals and is influenced by internal factors, including perceptions of job characteristics and individuals’ ability to manage emotions. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population of the study consists of all employees at BPKAD Bima City, with samples selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee work quality. Likewise, emotional intelligence also has a positive and significant effect. This implies that the better the perceived job characteristics and the higher the emotional intelligence of employees, the better their work quality. Therefore, management is advised to continuously improve job design and provide emotional intelligence training to enhance overall employee performance.
