Abstract

Performance is the employee's ability to complete work during the activity period according to the standards determined by the organization. Employee performance will be effective and efficient if interactions with co-workers and superiors are open, that is, giving freedom to express thoughts and ideas as a form of feeling supported by superiors who are always able to encourage and pay attention to seeing work challenges into opportunities. This research aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence, communication patterns and transformational leadership on the performance of Bima Housing and Settlement service employees. The population in this study were 63 employees at the Bima Housing and Settlement Department, especially the Bima City Housing, Settlement and Land Department, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling, namely 38 civil servant employees as respondents.Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 27. The results of this study partially show that the emotional intelligence variable has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, the communication pattern variable has an insignificant effect on employee performance, and the transformational leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. employee. Abstract

The study purpose was. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan antara pengawasan dan kerjasama tim terhadap produktivitas kerja pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Bima. Materials and methods. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 87 responden dengan sampel sebanyak 73 pegawai ASN. Instrumen penelitian dengan kuesioner skala likertTeknik pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS for Windows. Results. Hasil penelitiian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengawasan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dan variabel kerjasama tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Secara simultan pengawasan dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Bima Conclusions. Pengawasan dan kerjasama tim secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Bima. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work ethic and work environment on employee productivity at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Bima Regency. Work ethic and work environment are two crucial factors that can affect individual performance within an organization, especially in public institutions that demand professional and efficient public services. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents who are active employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Bima Regency. The data analysis techniques used include validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the independent variables (work ethic and work environment) on the dependent variable (work productivity). The results showed that work ethic has a positive and significant influence on employee productivity. The work environment also has a positive and significant impact on productivity. Simultaneously, work ethic and work environment significantly influence employee productivity. These findings indicate that improving work ethic and enhancing the work environment should be key considerations for management in their efforts to boost overall employee performance. Therefore, efforts to increase productivity can be achieved by fostering a positive work culture and providing a supportive work environment.
