Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence the influence of product quality, price, and sales promotion on the decision to buy Honda motorcycles on CV. Tolitoli Anugerah perdana. This study uses a quantitative research method with an associative type of research. The data collection techniques in this study are: observation, documentation and questionnaires. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis test, the product quality variable has a significant effect on the decision to buy Honda motorcycles on CV. Anugerah Perdana Tolitoli which is seen as a value of Sig. 0.000 0.05 and a calculated t-value of 3.652 a t-value of 1.979 table until the H1 hypothesis is accepted. The results of the hypothesis test of price variables have a significant effect on purchase decisions are evidenced by the value of Sig.0.000 0.05 and the t-value of 3.929 1.979 so that H2 is accepted. The results of the hypothesis test of the sales promotion variable had a significant effect on the purchase decision with a value of Sig.0.000 0.05 and a t-value of 7.685 1.979 so that H3 was accepted. And the results of the hypothesis test simultaneously, product quality variables, prices, and sales promotions have a significant effect on the decision to buy Honda motorcycles on CV. Tolitoli Anugerah perdana. This is proven by the results of the F test where the Sig. value is 0.000 0.05 and the F value is calculated 64.343 the F value of table 2.68.Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Sales Promotion, Purchase; Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aims to Influence Marketing Mix on Consumer Satisfaction in ANS Computer Embroidery Tolitoli. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The data source is in the form of primary data, namely data obtained directly through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation directly related to this research. The data analysis techniques used are Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and SPPS Software Determination Coefficient Test version 26. Based on the results of the T-test, a T-calculation value of 5.071 products with a significant number of 0.000 was obtained, and the T-test calculated the price variable was 7.934 with a significant value of 0.000, the promotion variable was -4.407 with a significant number of 0.000 and the place variable was -3.274 with a significant number of 0.002. Therefore, it can be concluded that the variables of product, price, promotion and place partially have a significant effect on the variables of consumer satisfaction. The results of the simultaneous test obtained an F-count value of 40.579 which means that the variables free of products, prices, promotions and places together simultaneously have a significant effect on the variables tied to consumer satisfaction of ANS Bordir Tolitoli. The results of the determination coefficient test obtained a value of 0.771 or 77.1%, which means that the magnitude of the influence of the marketing mix on consumer satisfaction is 77.1%, while the remaining 22.2% is influenced by factors outside this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the effects between halal brand awarness and halal logo on online purchasing decisions. Cross-sectional data samples were collected through surveys from consumers living in Indonesia, and this study adopted path analysis to test the hypothesised relationships between halal brand awareness, towards purchase decisions and halal logo towards purchase decisions. This study suggests that food businesses should brand-build and promote their brand awareness of the halal logo through sales promotion, advertising, and other marketing activities. When brand halal awareness on halal food is high, purchasing decisions through the halal logo and religious beliefs will also increase. Consumers will evaluate the quality of a product from the halal food purchase experience.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian adalah strategi promosi yang dapat diaplikasi oleh Panitia Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Mujahidin. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini data kualitatif. Dan informan penelitian ini yaitu seluruh kepala bagian dan unsur ketua pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Mujahdin Tolitoli. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini Sebagian besar dari Rangkuti. Karena membahas tentang Analisis SWOT. Di mana dalam menentukan strategi promosi penerimaan mahasiswa baru peneliti menggunakan pendekatan analisis SWOT. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Mujahidin Tolitoli harus agresif dalam menerapkan kebijakan pertumbuhan (Growt Oriented Strategy). Yaitu dengan menonjolkan fasilitas lengkap, biaya murah, penerapan Kurikulum Kampus Merdeka - Merdeka Belajar, kerjasama dengan pihak Pemerintah Daerah dan Swasta berupa beasiswa, lokasi kampus yang tentunya sangat strategis, Brand Image yang telah melekat pada masyarakat Kabupaten Tolitoli serta organisasi kemahasiswaan yang telah menghasilkan alumni yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Sistem Kerja Dan Pengupahan Terhadap Kesejahteraan Rumah Tangga Buruh Tenaga Kerja Bongkar Muat (TKBM) Baruna Di Kabupaten Tolitoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif. Sumber data berupah data primer yang di peroleh melalui, wawancara, kuesioner serta dokumentasi yang terkait penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik mengunakan aplikasi pengolah data SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat di simpulkan bahwa terdapat hipotesis pertama yaitu di duga terdapat pengaruh sistem kerja terhadap kesejahteraan buruh dan secara parsial terbukti dengan hasil uji t variabel sistem kerja yang mana menunjukkan nilai Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung 2.009 > nilai t tabel 2.007. dan hipotesis kedua yaitu di duga terdapat pengaruh pengupahan terhadap kesejahteraan buruh secara parsial terbukti dengan hasil uji t variabel pengupahan yang menunjukkan nilai Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung 5.570 > nilai t tabel 2.007. Serta hipotesis ketiga di duga terdapat pengaruh sistem kerja dan pengupahan terhadap kesejahteraan buruh tenaga kerja bongkar muat Baruna berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kesejahteraan buruh terbukti dengan hasil uji f yang mana menunjukkan nilai Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai f hitung 81.213 > nilai f tabel3.18.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komitmen kerja dan Kepuasan kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. BPR Modern Express Kantor Cabang Tolitoli. Merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di dapat disimpulkan bahwa Komitmen Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikam terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Variabel Komitmen Kerja memiliki t hitung 5.561 > ttabel 2.052 dan nilai sig 0.000 < 0.05 sehingga variabel Komitmen Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sedangkan untuk variabel Kepuasan Kerja diperoleh nilai t hitung 2.410 > ttabel 2.052 dan nilai sig 0.000 < 0.05 sehingga variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Adapun hasil koefisien determinasi R2 nilai R square sebesar 0.710 yang artinya kontribusi Pengaruh Komitmen Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. BPR Modern Express Kantor Cabang Tolitoli adalah sebesar 71%.
