Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning model Challenge Based Learning on the critical thinking ability of environmental materials. The research method used in this research is a quasi-experiment with Non-Equivalent Control Group Design research design. Sampling was used by using purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study class X.2 as the experiment amounted to 20 and class X.3 as the control class amounted to 21 students. The results of this study indicate that the average N-gain of the experimental class is 0.61 which is in the medium category and the average N-gain for the control class is 0.24 which belongs to the low category. Data analysis using t-test with significant level 0,05 obtained tcount = 5,674 while ttable = 1,685 seen that tcount ttabel. Therefore (Ha) accepted and (H0) rejected thus can be concluded that the learning model of Challenge Based Learning has an effect on critical thinking ability of class X SMA 4 Prabumulih.

Abstract

Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan Kependidikan II merupakan pengalaman mengajar bagi mahasiswa sebagai gambaran akan tugas-tugas guru secara praktis agar mahasiswa memperoleh bimbingan mengenai kependidikan. Guru yang profesional adalah guru yang memiliki seperangkat kompetensi (pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan perilaku) meliputi kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan kompetensi profesional. Oleh karena itu, PPLK merupakan pengalaman penting dalam menunjang pencapaian keterampilan mahasiswa sebagai seorang guru yang profesional. Permsalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana keterampian dasar mengajar mahasiwa PGMI dalam perspektif pamong, sedangkan tujuannya untuk mengetahui keterampilan dasar mengajar mahasiwa Prodi PGMI pada PPLK II dalam persepsi guru pamong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif karena penulis memaparkankan secara faktual dan objektif mengenai keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru (pamong), observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendapatkan data lebih mendalam, kredibel dan bermakna sehingga tujuan penelitian dapat dicapai. Lokasi penelitian adalah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah se-Kota Palembang. Kesimpulan keterampilan terkategori cukup baik, yaitu keterampilan membuka dan menutup pelajaran serta keterampilan menjelaskan, sedangkan tergolong baik, yaitu keterampilan bertanya, memberi penguatan, dan mengadakan variasi.

Abstract

Character education is an effort to instill religious, ethical and moral values ​​in students through science with the help of parents, teachers and the community, which is very important for the formation and development of student character. Every child is born with good potential, however, this potential still needs to be honed and socialized properly so that the character of each child is formed and develops optimally. In this all-digital era, children can easily use digital media. The digital era, which has not only positive but also negative impacts, is the duty of teachers, parents and the adult community to monitor and control their children's use of digital media so that children can make the most of their own activities.

Abstract

Many companies in Indonesia use natural resources, both ocean and land products, as raw materials for the company's production. Currently in Indonesia, disclosure of environmental accounting has not been specifically regulated in accounting standards, meaning that the reporting of environmental information in the company's annual report is still voluntary. If there are companies that have not reported environmental costs, there is no specific policy from the government, even though company waste can damage the surrounding environment if it is not managed properly.The purpose of this research is to know the environmental costs and financial performance in the perspective of Islamic economics. Quantitative methods are used in this study and use Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that there was an effect of environmental costs on the financial performance of ROA, ROE, and NPM. The universe that has been created by Allah SWT must be preserved for the sake of safety on earth. Humans as caliphs on earth are given the responsibility to preserve nature. PT X has carried out its responsibility towards the environment in accordance with the Sharia Enterprise Theory, namely Allah SWT as the highest stakeholder.

Abstract

Zakat is part of the pillars of Islam, namely the third pillar of Islam. Zakat is an obligatory and important act of worship. There are many verses in the Qur'an that explain zakat along with other obligatory acts of worship, namely the shahada, prayer, fasting and pilgrimage for those who are able. 109. This research aims to determine the zakat accounting standards at BAZNAS Tanggamus Regency and to understand their suitability for zakat accounting standards based on the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) No. 109 .This research method is a qualitative research method with a comparative descriptive approach. The data collection method used in this research uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. Meanwhile, data analysis uses comparative descriptive.The results of this research can be concluded that BAZNAS Tanggamus Regency has not implemented PSAK No. 109 Concerning Accounting for Zakat, Infaq/Shadaqah. This can be proven by the non-compliance of the 4 indicators listed in PSAK No. 109, namely recognition, measurement after recognition, presentation and disclosure. This is motivated by the recent educational background of employees and staff who work at BAZNAS Tanggamus Regency. The average educational background of employees and staff is a religious graduate, and the lack of finance staff is the reason why PSAK No. 1 has not been implemented. 109, as well as minimal government supervision and outreach regarding PSAK No. 109 Concerning Zakat, Infaq/Shadaqah Accounting for BAZNAS Tanggamus Regency

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and customer retention on customer preferences with digital banking as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative methods with a sampling technique, namely incidental sampling. The population in this research are BSI customers. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents. The data analysis methods used are regression analysis and path analysis. The data obtained in this research was then processed using SPSS. The results of this research show that the variables of service quality and customer retention partially have a positive and significant effect on BSI customer preferences. In the variables of service quality and customer retention, service quality does not have a positive and significant effect on digital banking, while customer retention, service quality has a positive and significant effect on digital banking. However, digital banking variables cannot mediate between service quality variables and customer preference variables. Meanwhile, digital banking variables can mediate between customer retention variables and customer preference variables.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, we are faced with erratic changes, like fishermen on the "high seas" who can mislead if they do not have a "compass" as a guide and act to sail it. This has resulted in a non-linear relationship between education and employment. Canva learning, at this stage, observations or observations will be carried out in the field regarding the obstacles experienced by the teacher when carrying out learning in class, especially when teaching the topic of procedure text material. Because what happens in the workforce is difficult for the world of education to follow, this activity method is carried out in community service activities for the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program (PGMI). They are namely conducting workshops on making learning media to support teaching and learning activities using the Canva application, which is carried out online. Offline at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, the results of the activities can be concluded, and the teacher understands the development of using the Canva application. The results show that using digital-based media has never been done with several contributing factors—learning trends in the 21st-century demand learning resources that are unlimited in number. As the initial foundation for students to understand knowledge and technology, elementary schools need to instill the importance of using media in both the 2013 curriculum and the Merdeka Learning curriculum, whose aim is to increase interest and results. Learning of students at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level.
