The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust, transparency and accountability on muzakki's interests and decisions. Subjects in this study were muzakki in Banyuwangi district which were channeled through LAZISNU with a total of 110 respondents. This type of research uses quantitative methods with the type of experiment in the form of explanatory research. The results showed that there was a significant influence between trust in muzakki interest with tcount Ëƒttable (4.390> 1.659) and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. There is a significant influence between transparency on muzakki interest with tcount Ëƒttabel (2.763> 1.659) and a significance value of 0.007 <0.05 and there is a significant effect between accountability on muzakki interest with tcount Ëƒttabel (3.674> 1.659) and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, and there is a significant influence between accountability on muzakki decisions with tcount Ëƒttable (2.481> 1.659) and a significance value of 0.015 <0.05 and there is a significant influence between muzakki interest on muzakki decisions with tcount Ëƒ t table (3.905> 1.659) and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, but the insignificant effect between trust in muzakki decisions with t count <t table (1.615 <1.659) and a significance value of 0.109> 0.05 and transparency towards decisions muzakki with tcount <ttable (1.208 <1.659) and a significance value of 0.230> 0.05.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R&D yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif di mana peneliti ingin mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh pelatihan trauma healing berbasis 5 Cs Model of Possitive Youth Development terhadap peningkatan kapasitas relawan SERNU Jawa Timur. Penentuan jumlah responden menggunkan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 17 relawan dari berbagai kabupaten/kota. Olah data menggunakan analisis statistika inferensial-deskriptif dan menggunkana bantuan aplikasi Microsoft Excel dan SPSS 20 for windows. Untuk mengukur kualitas instrument menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Dan pembuktian hipotesis menggunakan uji Beda T-Test. Dari hasil uji t didapatkan hasil: terdapat peningkatan kapasitas relawan SERNU Jawa Timur setelah mengikuti pelatihan trauma healing berbasis 5Cs Model of Possitive Youth Development.

This study departs from the problem of handling the Covid-19 (coronavirus disease) pandemic in Indonesia. In its history, during the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. There was a pandemic tha’un and found various ways of handling the Prophet Muhammad in dealing with tha’un in the hadith literature. The subject of this research is the Hadith of the Prophet written in the book of hadith and the object of this research is the hadith which explains about tha’un. The purpose of this study is to find the contextualization of the hadith about tha’un as a reference for dealing with Covid-19 in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative research with a type of library research. The findings of this study are the result of contextualization of the hadith about tha’un with the state of the Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia which states that the handling of Covid-19 must be done by doing a combination of strict restrictions on the rules of entry and exit of areas affected by Covid-19 and conducting physical distancing by taking into account the stabilization of important sectors in Indonesia.

Bisnis model kanvas (BMK) adalah sebuah metode alternatif yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan perencanaan bisnis strategis dan pengambilan keputusan strategis yang perlu dilaksanakan agar suatu usaha dapat terus berkembang. Sayangnya, pelaku UMKM di Desa Grajagan dan Bangsring belum mengenal bisnis model kanvas untuk usaha mereka. hal ini disebabkan mereka hanya mengandalkan pengetahuan umum maupun pengetahuan turun-temurun dari orang tua dan sanak kerabat dalam menjalankan usahanya padahal persaingan dalam bisnis umkm saat ini semakin ketat sehingga diperlukan perencanaan bisnis yang baik. Mitra kegiatan penyuluhan dan mentoring rencana bisnis BMK ini adalah 30 pelaku UMKM di Desa Grajagan dan Bangsir dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi dan kemampuan pelaku UMKM mengenai rencana bisnis BMK. Kegiatan ini juga membantu ke 30 pelaku UMKM tersebut untuk mengenali potensi dan tantangan bisnis yang mereka hadapi. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan dan mentoring. Berdasarkan hasil pre tes dan post tes saat penyuluhan 90% peserta mampu memahami rencana bisnis BMK. Perbandingan tingkat pemahaman peserta sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan meningkat dari rerata nilai 33,16 menjadi 90. Selain itu, selama mentoring 80% peserta puas dengan kegiatan mentoring. Dengan hasil ini para pelaku umkm direkomendasikan untuk mengimplementasikan rencana bisnis BMK untuk pengembangan usahanya yang berkelanjutan. Counseling and Mentoring on Rencana bisnis BMK for UMKM in Grajagan and Bangsring Villages The Bisnis Model Kanvas (BMK) is an alternative method used to obtain strategic rencana bisnisning and make strategic decisions that need to be implemented so that a business can continue to grow. Unfortunately, MSMEs in Grajagan and Bangsring Villages are not yet familiar with the canvas business model for their businesses. This is because they only rely on general knowledge and knowledge passed down from parents and relatives to run their business, even though competition in the MSME business is currently getting tougher, so good rencana bisnisning is needed. The partners for this BMK rencana bisnis outreach and mentoring activity are 30 MSME players in Grajagan and Bangsir Villages with the aim of increasing the literacy and ability of MSME players regarding BMK rencana bisniss. This activity also helped the 30 MSMEs to recognize the business potential and challenges they faced. The methods used are counseling and mentoring. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test during the counseling, 90% of participants were able to understand BMK's rencana bisnis. The comparison of participants' level of understanding before and after the activity increased from a mean value of 33.16 to 90. In addition, during mentoring 80% of participants were satisfied with the mentoring activity. With these results, MSME players are recommended to implement the BMK rencana bisnis for sustainable business development.

This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of MSMEs in business management, marketing, and digital technology in Bangsring Village. This activity was carried out through an MSME bazaar to increase community involvement through participatory programs, forming working groups or bazaar committees consisting of local residents and providing incentives for active community participation. The results of the community service activity show that the MSME bazaar program plays a strategic role in strengthening the local economy and building village independence. Through this bazaar, MSMEs are given the opportunity to market their products more widely, increase income, and establish sustainable partnerships..

Abstract Pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) as traditional educational institutions have undergone a transformation in their role of providing entrepreneurial education to their students. However, many pesantren still view entrepreneurship education as less important compared to religious education. This study focuses on the implementation of Santri (student) Entrepreneurship Education through a Waste Bank at Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The findings of this study show that the implementation of Santri entrepreneurship education through the Waste Bank at Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi is a non-formal education based on community empowerment. The approach used in implementing the program is experiential learning, which emphasizes environmental awareness and creativity to foster an entrepreneurial mindset. Additionally, the implementation also incorporates leadership management and financial management theories. This research also observes positive changes in the Santri, encompassing five aspects: capability, self-confidence, connections, character, and care. Keywords: Education, Entrepreneurship, Santri.

Abstrak Dakwah menjadi media komunikasi dalam memperbaiki prilaku umat manusia untuk kembali kepada Al Quran dan Hadits. Melalui dakwah literasi yang disampaikan melalui media sosial diharapkan dapat mengkampanyekan kesadaran akan literasi dalam bermedia sosial. Semakin maraknya hoax dan informasi palsu yang berbedar menandakan kesadaran akan literasi masih cukup rendah di masyarakat. Maka diperlukan konten-konten berkonsep dakwah guna dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut yang secara tidak langsung dapat menjadi ajakan kepada masyarakat untuk sadar akan pentingnya literasi Kata kunci: Dakwah, Media Sosial, Hoaks, Literasi.
