Abstract

In March 2024, Indonesia's Islamic banking market accounted for just 7% of the country's total banking assets. Given that the majority of Indonesians are Muslims, this scenario demonstrates a discrepancy between the market potential and market share of Islamic banking. The younger generation is one market area with a lot of potential. Generation Z, the millennial generation's offspring, is the youthful generation of today. Critical thinking, creativity, and computer literacy are traits of this generation. This study intends to check how Generation Z's interest in Islamic banking is influenced by perception, literacy, and religion. Quantitative research using a survey approach is the methodology employed. The University of Jember's Generation Z students serve as the research sample, and they were chosen using a rigorous. The study's findings indicate that Generation Z's interest in Islamic banking is significantly influenced by literacy and religiosity. These results highlight how crucial it is to raise Generation Z's awareness of Islamic finance and legislation to pique their interest in Islamic banking. Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of MSMEs in business management, marketing, and digital technology in Bangsring Village. This activity was carried out through an MSME bazaar to increase community involvement through participatory programs, forming working groups or bazaar committees consisting of local residents and providing incentives for active community participation. The results of the community service activity show that the MSME bazaar program plays a strategic role in strengthening the local economy and building village independence. Through this bazaar, MSMEs are given the opportunity to market their products more widely, increase income, and establish sustainable partnerships..

Abstract

Warung Madura characterized by a simple business model and strong work ethic, have become an integral part of Indonesia’s microeconomy. The rapid development of technology and digitalization, however, presents challenges for shop owners to remain relevant and competitive in an increasingly digital market. This study aims to examine the work ethic and survival strategies of Warung Madura in the context of digital transformation. A qualitative approach was employed through in-depth interviews and participant observation with four shop owners in Jember who have operated their businesses for at least one year. The findings reveal that perseverance, discipline, and quality service constitute essential capital for sustaining business operations. Although limited technological access and digital literacy remain constraints, some owners have begun utilizing social media and simple digital platforms such as WhatsApp. The study concludes that work ethic, adaptability, creativity, and digital literacy are key to ensuring the sustainability of Warung Madura

Abstract

Transformasi digital pada industri perbankan syariah global menciptakan paradoks unik antara inovasi teknologi dan kepatuhan syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan digital Bank Syariah Indonesia terhadap loyalitas dan kepatuhan syariah nasabah dari perspektif akuntansi syariah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 50 nasabah aktif BSI di Kabupaten Jember. Instrumen penelitian mengadaptasi model SERVQUAL yang dimodifikasi dengan dimensi Syariah Compliance. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan IBM SPSS 21. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan syariah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 58,2%, sementara loyalitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan hanya menyumbang 5,76%. Secara simultan, kedua variabel menjelaskan 64% variasi kualitas layanan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pada konteks perbankan syariah digital, dimensi kepatuhan syariah merupakan faktor kritis yang lebih penting daripada loyalitas dalam membentuk persepsi kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar BSI memprioritaskan penguatan transparansi syariah pada platform digital, edukasi nasabah berbasis aplikasi, dan penyempurnaan audit syariah digital untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan secara keseluruhan.
