Abstract

Tracer Study merupakan suatu penelitian yang dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna untuk mengevaluasi hasil pendidikan tinggi dan selanjutnya dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan dan menjamin mutu pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Populasi penelitian adalah lulusan Jurusan Manajemen yang luluspada tahun 2019 dan 2020. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, dimana seluruh populasi merupakan anggota sampel. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan digali informasi tentang lulusan termasuk jumlah lulusan. Meliputi siapa saja lulusannya, status kepegawaian lulusan, waktu tunggu lulusan, cakupan tempat kerja lulusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lulusan Manajemen mampu bertahan sebagai karyawan swasta. Horizontal Alignment mencapai 90% yang berarti sebagian besar lulusan program studi manajemen telah bekerja pada bidang yang relevan dengan latar belakang studinya.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada para warga terutama di Kelurahan Rengasbekerja sama dengan para Dosen Universitas Pamulang. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan yaitu tim pelaksanakegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat mengunjungi kelurahan. Tahap berikutnya yaitu tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Tahap ini akan diberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada warga sekitar. Penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang diberikantentang bagaimana mengelola Pemasaran secara efektif dan efisien. Untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengeloaan dan efisiensi pemasaran. Hasil kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah bertambahnya keilmuan dan keterampilan masyarakatterutama di Benda Baru, khususnya bagaimana meningkatkan mutu pengelolaan Pemasaran yang efektif dan efisien

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and education levels on the competency of graduate participants at LPK Ananda Perkasa Mulia. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative approach. The population is 50 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study is 36 respondents. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant effect of the effect of training and education levels on the competency of graduate participants at LPK Ananda Perkasa Mulia. This is evidenced by the f-count value > f-table, which is 34.805 > 3.20, the probability value (significance) = 0.000.

Abstract

Tracer Study is research that can provide useful information for evaluating the results of higher education and can then be used to improve and guarantee the quality of higher education. This research uses a quantitative research approach with a survey research type. The research population is Management Department graduates who graduated in 2019 and 2020. The sample used is saturated sampling, where the entire population is sample members. The research results were analyzed using descriptive statistics and information about graduates was extracted including the number of graduates. Includes who the graduates are, employment status of graduates, waiting time for graduates, coverage of graduates' workplaces. The research results show that Management graduates are able to survive as private sector employees. Horizontal Alignment reaches 90%, which means that most management study program graduates have worked in fields relevant to their study background.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Pemberian Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Rizky Sejahtera Utama (Solusi Properti) Kantor Pusat Serang-Banten. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian metode kuantitatif data primer. Tempat penelitian ini beralamat di Jalan Ratu Rangga Ruko No. 3 Ciracas Lama Kelurahan Serang, Kecamatan Serang, Kota Serang Provinsi Banten. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 55 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan teknik solvin. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner, studi putaka dan observasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear, uji koefisien determinasi, uji T dan uji F dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 16,312+0,257 X1, nilai koefisien sebesar 0,716 artinya kedua variabel mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 0,513 atau 51,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (7,471 > 1,674). Dengan demikian H01 ditolak dan Hα1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel kompensasi diperoleh nilai persamaan regresi Y = 16,839 + 0,302 X2, nilai koefisien sebesar 0,706 artinya kedua variabel mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 0,498 atau 49,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 50,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (7,253 > 1,674). Dengan demikian H02 ditolak dan Hα2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara pemberian kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian uji f menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dan kompensasi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan diperoleh regresi Y = 16,334 + 0,170 (X1) + 0,108 (X2). Nilai koefisien korelasi atau tingkat hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat diperoleh sebesar 0,720 artinya memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruhnya secara simultan sebesar 0,519 atau sebesar 51,9% sedangkan sisanya 48,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Uji hipotesis f hitung > f tabel atau (28,031 > 3,18). Dengan demikian H03 ditolak dan Hα3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on the risk of work accidents among employees of PTPN III Kebun Cikasungka Pabrik Kelapa Sawit 2 Cigudeg Bogor. The research method used is associative quantitative with a survey technique through the distribution of questionnaires to 77 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 22. The results show that the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on the risk of work accidents (tcount 5.893 > ttable 1.993; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Occupational Safety and Health (K3) also has a positive and significant effect on the risk of work accidents (tcount 14.086 > ttable 1.993; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence the risk of work accidents (Fcount 98.213 > Ftable 3.120; sig. 0.001 < 0.05), with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.726. This indicates that 72.6% of the variation in the risk of work accidents can be explained by the physical work environment and Occupational Safety and Health (K3), while the remaining 27.4% is influenced by other factors outside this research. Thus, the better the physical work environment conditions—including lighting, air circulation, cleanliness, and equipment layout—and the more optimal the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) through the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), K3 training, and supervision of procedures, the lower the risk of work accidents will be. Therefore, the company is advised to improve the quality of the physical work environment and strengthen the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) standards to create a safe, productive, and sustainable work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Manorian Engineering Prakarsa, Tangerang Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive associative approach. The sampling technique applied is saturated sampling, where all 76 employees are used as research respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, and analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and determination coefficient (R²) with SPSS version 26. The results show that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a t-value > t-table (2.804 > 1.669) and significance value 0.006 < 0.05. Organizational culture also significantly influences employee performance with a t-value > t-table (2.961 > 1.669) and significance value 0.004 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect employee performance, as indicated by an F-value > F-table (8.579 > 3.12) and significance value 0.000 < 0.05. The determination coefficient (R²) of 0.197 indicates that work discipline and organizational culture contribute 19.7% to employee performance, while the remaining 80.3% is influenced by other factors beyond this study. Therefore, it can be concluded that work discipline and organising culture have a positive and significant influence on improving employee performance at PT Manorian Engineering Prakarsa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work motivation on employee performance at PT Acon Indonesia, Gunung Sindur, Bogor, both partially and simultaneously. The research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique applied is a saturated sample, involving 80 respondents. Data analysis techniques include instrument testing, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing is conducted using t-test and F-test. The analysis results show that workload has a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by the simple linear regression equation Y = 5.418 + 0.414X₁. The correlation coefficient is 0.742, indicating a strong relationship, and the coefficient of determination is 55.1%, meaning that performance is influenced by workload by 55.1%. This is supported by the t-test result where t-count > t-table (2.443 > 1.991) and the significance value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Work motivation also partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, shown by the regression equation Y = 4.679 + 0.652X₂. The correlation coefficient is 0.866, indicating a very strong relationship, and the coefficient of determination is 75%, meaning that performance is influenced by work motivation by 75%. This is confirmed by the t-test result where t-count > t-table (2.082 > 1.991) and significance value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The simultaneous test results show that workload and work motivation together have a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.164 + 0.147X₁ + 0.212X₂. The correlation coefficient is 0.871, showing a very strong relationship, and the coefficient of determination is 75%, meaning that performance is influenced by workload and motivation by 75%. This is supported by the F-test result where F-count > F-table (9.665 > 2.723) and significance value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Therefore, H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted, indicating that workload and work motivation significantly affect employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance of the security unit of PT Agung Rahardja Manunggal Yudha (ARMY) in the Capital Place Building, South Jakarta, partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The population in this study consisted of 150 employees. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula and a sample of 109 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 16.397 + 0.578X1, a correlation coefficient value of 0.655 (strong), a determination coefficient of 43.0% and a hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (8.978> 1.982). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 15.536 + 0.595X2, the correlation coefficient value is 0.644 (strong), the determination coefficient is 41.4% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (8.701> 1.982). Job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.822 + 0.403X1 + 0.402X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.761 (strong), the determination coefficient is 58.0% while the remaining 42.0% is influenced by other variables. The hypothesis test obtained the F count value> F table or (73.103> 2.690).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline on employee performance at PT. JAS Cengkareng Manifest Cargo Export Division Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method through an descriptive approach. The sampling technique in this study uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample with a total of 50 respondents taken from all company employees. Data analysis techniques used are: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple & multiple regression test, partial & simultaneous correlation coefficient tg yest, partial & simultaneous determination coefficient test, T test and F test. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, the equation Y = 9.186 + 0.314X1 + 0.472X2 is obtained, indicating that the variables of Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline have a positive coefficient on the Employee Performance variable. The coefficient of the Physical Work Environment variable gives a value of 0.314, indicating that if the Physical Work Environment variable increases with the assumption that other variables remain constant, the Employee Performance variable will increase. The coefficient for the Work Discipline variable is 0.472, indicating that an increase in Work Discipline will increase employee performance. The correlation value, or R-value, of 0.772 and the R-square value of 0.596, or 59.6%, indicate a strong relationship between the Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline and employee performance. The F-test also yielded a value of 45.679 > 2.750. This indicates that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline influence employee performance.
