This research is motivated by the performance of the teachers at SD Metta Maitreya which are still not professional, there are still scores of students under the KKM, and a lack of organizational commitment to school teachers, and there are still teachers who lack teacher responsibility at work. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational culture with the performance of teachers at SD Metta Maitreya Pekanbaru. The research method used is a survey method with correlational techniques. The study population was 24 teachers of SD Metta Maitreya Pekanbaru, so the sample was 24 people. The data collection instrument was in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire on performance, organizational commitment, and organizational culture have been tested. The data normality test was carried out by the Kolmogorov Smirnov test. The data analysis used was multiple correlation analysis using a level of α = 0.05. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant relationship between Organizational Commitment (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) and Teacher Performance (Y) together with the regression equation Y = 81.388 + 0.295X1 + 0.466X2, the correlation coefficient is 0.570. The results of this study are expected to be useful for improving the performance, organizational commitment and organizational culture of SD Metta Maitreya Pekanbaru. The conclusion of this study shows that performance can be increased through increasing organizational commitment and organizational culture simultaneously.

This research focused on the humanistic character education of college students in STAB Maitreyawira. It is to analyze the character education implementation and college students’ humanist behavior. By using a case study in qualitative research design, the sample is a purposive sample of college students in STAB Maitreyawira. Data collection by questionnaire in google form, a document study, interview, and triangulation. Data analysis with an interactive model. This research revealed that: 1) The document study indicates that the academy has regulated and implemented the culture such as trustworthy, well-mannered, responsive, creative, and three-harmony (harmonious joy, harmonious getting-along, and harmonious togetherness). The character education implementation is considered as good and well-improved with the indicator created by the lecturers and students with supportive theory. 2) Some improvements in students’ behavior and attitude in terms of the three-harmony (harmonious joy, harmonious getting-along, and harmonious togetherness) from the aspects of knowledge, behavior, and experience. 3) The most dominant aspect from the three-harmony is regarding harmonious joy while the other two are described with Mentimeter. In conclusion, the college students of STAB Maitreyawira are, conceptually, able to explain in terms of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor with a test score above 85%. They also uphold, respect, and glorify life in the three-harmony aspects so that it can create a positive atmosphere full of optimist, non-violence, and friendliness among the school residents. The academy’s culture prioritizes humanistic moral value with the spirit of the Universal Family as the outcome of the graduates of STAB Maitreyawira.

Based on the initial observations that the author made to the first semester students of the 2020/2021 Academic Year on August 12, 2020, it was found that the results of interviews conducted by students still had to be improved. The method in this research is Classroom Action Research. Then the subjects in this study were 30 students of STAB Maitreyawira T.A. 2020/2021 Semester I who take Indonesian language courses. The place of this research is at STAB Maitreyawira. The time of this research is from September to November 2020. The instrument in this study is the Research Instrument in the Form of Student Interview Tasks. The results of this study are the results of preliminary observations before the application of the assignment method is that there is no number of students who get an interview score of 65 (0.00%). Then in the first cycle the number of students who obtained an interview score of 65 was as many as 26 students (86.67%). In the second cycle, the number of students who obtained a daily test score of 65 was 30 students (100%). The conclusion of this study is that the interview is an oral question and answer process between two or more people to find out a person's responses and opinions on an object. Implementation of the Assignment Method can Improve the Ability to Conduct Interviews for STAB Maitreyawira Students in Indonesian Language Courses. The research was motivated by the low level of interest of students in farming activities because the students' perceptions of farming were identical to land, dirty, requiring a lot of energy, heating under the hot sun and other things that made students reluctant to participate in farming activities. planting. The aim of the study was to determine the increase in interest in planting the participants in the Kindergarten Metta Maitreya using hydroponic technology. The research method used is qualitative and using descriptive analysis. The focus of this research is on the interest in cultivating students through hydroponic farming. The data were collected by several methods, including: observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study obtained data that the participants' interest in farming at Metta Maitreya Kindergarten increased after the treatment, seen from the questionnaire value which increased by 6.03% from 79.17 to 85.2 in the very good category. The increasing interest in cultivating students was also supported by the results of observational research of 12.4 with good categories, interviews and documentation which obtained the same results. There are still some achievements of STAB Maitreyawira students that still need to be improved. The method in this educational research is a descriptive method. The place in this research is STAB Maitreyawira. The research time is September 2021. Then the population in this study is 38 students of STAB Maitreyawira Class of 2019. Because only 30 students filled out the questionnaire in this study, in this study only data from 30 students were used as subjects in this study. From the results of the calculations, it is found that the average value of student interest in learning for the 2019 batch of S1 Buddhist Religious Education Study Programs STAB Maitreyawira is 76.54. This provides an explanation of student interest in learning, namely the learning interest of STAB Maitreyawira students for the class of 2019 is relatively high (from the calculation (3100 4050) x 100% = 76.54%). The conclusion of this study is that the learning interest of students of the 2019 batch of S1 Buddhist Religious Education Study Program STAB Maitreyawira is relatively high, namely 76.54. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship simultaneously and partially between online learning on interest, motivation and learning achievement of students in Buddhist subjects at SMP Maitreyawira Palembang. This study used a quantitative method. The samples taken in the study were 48 people using purposive sampling technique. This study used a questionnaire which was distributed to 48 students. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis of research data showed that the regression value of 0.914 indicated that there was a significant relationship between online learning and interest, motivation and learning achievement. Fvaluecalculated (74.543) was greater than Ftable(2.82), this meansthat there was a joint significant influence between online learning on interest, motivation and learning achievement. The value of the coefficient of determination showed that the percentage of the influence of online learning on interest, motivation andlearning achievement is 83.6% while the remaining 16.4% was influenced by other variables. And obtained the value of the ttest, the tvalueof (3.963), motivation was (3.022), and learning achievement was (2.893) with a ttableof (1.679). This shows that online learning partially has a significant relationship to students' interest, motivation and learning achievement.

This study aims to describe the understanding of Hita Sukhaya (Maitreyani) family for young couples by guidance and development strategies using SWOT analysis. The case study qualitative research design, based on purposive sampling of 5 Buddhist couples. Data analysis with interactive model (Miles and Huberman, 1994), data validity with triangulation validation and member check. The results showed that young Buddhist couples in Pekanbaru fully understood how to implement the blessing at Maitreya Monastery to formalize the Hita Sukhaya (Maitreyani) family, so there would be spiritual bond to obtain the Buddha's blessing to build a harmonious family, realizing Universal Family. The strategic role of the Monastery in providing services to formalize the Maitreyani Family as the main goal and function which is also an opportunity from available human resources to turn potential programs into effective programs in service.

The purpose of this action research is to determine the implementation of learning and the application of interactive media in improving the learning outcomes of Buddhist education for third grade students of SD Maitreyawira Dumai. The results ofthe research with the procedures for planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. It has been implemented well, as indicated by the increase in learning outcomes, the average score of students shows an increase in learning outcomes from 44 in the pre-cycle increasing to 73 in the first cycle, increasing to 87 in the second cycle until all students complete (≥73 KKM) in the first cycle. received Buddhist Education lessons with the application of interactive learning media, in the percentage there was an increase in learning outcomes by 52% in the first cycle and 48% in the second cycle to 100%. This shows that the application of interactive learning media is successfully understood by students, Buddhist teachers are more involved in student activity inthe learning process by applying interactive learning media based on interactive PPT which is fun and interesting.
