Abstract

Various types of learning systems are implemented in schools depending on their respective policies. SMA Cendana Pekanbaru is one of the schools that uses a moving class learning system in the teaching and learning process. With this system, it is expected to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process, to increase student motivation and also to achieve student learning outcomes. The moving class system is a teaching and learning system characterized by students visiting the teacher in class. The purpose of this study was to find out how the moving class system was applied at Cendana High School Pekanbaru and how it affected students' learning motivation in Japanese subjects. This research is a descriptive research with the research subject is class XII students who take Japanese language specialization hours as many as 9 people. Data were taken by means of interviews, observations, documentation and questionnaires and then analyzed and drawn conclusions. The results of the analysis show that the teaching and learning process using the moving class system at SMA Cendana Pekanbaru has been going well and the moving class has a positive effect on students' learning motivation

Abstract

Abstract The development of digital technology has driven the growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, with Shopee as one of the leading platforms. One of the cosmetic Brands that has expanded through e-commerce is PinkFlash. This research seeks to examine the impact the influence of Live Streaming, online customer reviews, cashback promotions, and flash sales discounts on consumer purchasing decisions purchase intention for the  PinkFlash Brand on the Shopee application. This research employs a quantitative method with an explanatory research approach. The sample consists of students from Universitas Islam Malang who have purchased PinkFlash products on Shopee, with a total of 90 respondents. The sampling technique used is proportional sampling, and data is collected through questionnaires analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that, simultaneously, Live Streaming, online customer Reviews, cashback promotions, and discount flash sales significantly influence purchase intention. Partially, the features of Live Streaming and online customer reviews have a noteworthy and positive impact on purchase intention, while cashback promotions and discount flash sales also contribute to increasing consumer attraction to PinkFlash products. These findings highlight the crucial role of digital marketing strategies in shaping consumer purchasing decisions in e-commerce. Keywords: Purchase Intention, Live Broadcast, Online Customer Feedback, Cashback Offers, Flash Discounts,  Shopee, PinkFlash.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh asal sekolah dari calon siswa Pondok Pesantren Haji Abdul Karim Syu’aib Guguk Randah Kabupaten Agam yang beragam tidak hanya dari madrasah, namun kebanyakkan dari Sekolah Dasar. Sehingga siswa mengalami proses penyesuaian yang lama tentang proses pembelajaran yang ada di pondok, seperti halnya pada kegiatan berdzikir yang memiliki manfaat agar santri menjadi lebih kuat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dzikir terhadap kesehatan mental santri yang mampu membuat diri santri menjadi lebih rileks dalam berbagai hal. Jenis penelitian adalah  kuantitatif yang bersifat regresi dengan dengan populasi yang diambil kelas VIII PA/ PI dengan jumlah 52 orang santri. Sampel yang diambil adalah kelas VIII PA/ PI dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen angket dengan jenis skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kuantitatif regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil Fhitung adalah 11,127 berada dalam skala yang kuat dan perhitungan koefisien determinasi yang memberikan kontribusi besar pengaruh dzikir terhadap kesehatan mental santri sebesar 182 dengan skala hubungan lemah. Kemudian hasil dari pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh dzikir terhadap kesehatan mental dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (11,127>4,03) dengan demikian Ho ditolak Ha diterima, artinya dzikir terhadap kesehatan mental santri berpengaruh signifikan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa sebesar 18% dan 82% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti faktor biologis, faktor kehamilan, faktor psikis, faktor kebutuhan, faktor lingkungan sosial, faktor interaksi manusia dengan lingkungannya. This research is motivated by the school origins of prospective students at the Haji Abdul Karim Syu'aib Guguk Randah Islamic Boarding School, Agam Regency, which are diverse, not only from madrasas, but mostly from elementary schools. So students experience a long adjustment process regarding the learning process at the boarding school, such as the dhikr activity which has the benefit of making students stronger. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence dhikr has on the mental health of students, which is able to make students become more relaxed in various ways. The type of research is quantitative, regression in nature, with a population taken from class VIII PA/PI with a total of 52 students. The sample taken was class VIII PA/PI using total sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale type. The data analysis technique uses simple quantitative linear regression. The results of this research show that the Fcount result is 11.127 which is on a strong scale and the calculation of the coefficient of determination which makes a big contribution to the influence of dhikr on the mental health of students is 182 with a weak relationship scale. Then the results of hypothesis testing show the magnitude of the influence of dhikr on mental health with a value of Fhitung > Ftabel (11.127>4.03), thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that dhikr has a significant effect on the mental health of students. The conclusion of this research is that 18% and 82% are influenced by other factors such as biological factors, pregnancy factors, psychological factors, needs factors, social environmental factors, human interaction factors with their environment.

Abstract

Penelitian eksperimen ini dilaksanakan pada siswa di SMA Muhammadyah Bangkinang Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh penggunaan teknik pemetaan cerita terhadap pemahaman membaca siswa terhadap narasi teks di sma muhammadyah bangkinang. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain pre-test dan post test kuasi-eksperimental Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 42 siswa dari total dua kelas. Sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan purposive sampling yang menghasilkan dua kelas dengan jumlah 23 dan 19 siswa di tiap kelas Kedua kelas tersebut kemudian ditempatkan secara acak ke dalam kelas eksperimental dan kontrol Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melaksanakan prosedur pemberian pre-test dan post-test. Pre test diberikan untuk melihat kemampuan dasar siswa dalam membaca sebelum penerapan metode Diskusi pemetaan cerita dilakukan. Posttest akan mengukur efektivitas penerapan metode Diskusi pemetaan cerita terhadap prestasi membaca siswa. Data dikumpulkan darı 30 item tes yang diuji kepada siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan metode Diskusi pemetaan cerita. Data dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS 22.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, rata-rata tulas mahasiswa pada Pretest adalah 52.91 dan 58.84 pada Posttest Data analisis menunjukkan signifikansi (2-tailed) 0.004 <0.05 itu berarti Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan teknik pemetaan cerita terhadap pemahaman membaca siswa terhadap narasi teks di sma muhammadyah bangkinang.
