Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to determine the analysis of the impact of sand mining on the welfare of the community in Pronojiwo sub-district, Lumajang district according to Islamic perspectives. Sand mining in Pronojiwo District is very productive in stabilizing the economy of the Pronojiwo community, however it has not been studied regarding the level of sensitivity of entrepreneurs and miners to the halal level of the way it is obtained or the mining process is considered haram in Islam so the income obtained is automatically haram. So with this we will review Islamic law and more specifically the sharia view of how sharia economic law views mining businesses in Pronojiwo District. The method used in this research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The type of data in this research is qualitative data. Meanwhile, data sources consist of primary and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documents. The results of this research are that the impact of sand mining in Pronojiwo District has many benefits, especially for the mining community, including increasing people's income, opening up employment opportunities, and increasing community creativity. In addition, to overcome the impacts that arise, mining managers must act proactively and be responsible for their activities. However, when compared, the negative impacts of mining often outweigh the positive impacts on surrounding communities. Therefore, the village government needs to emphasize sanctions against these activities for the good and welfare of the local community. Keywords: Sand mining, public welfare

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Shopee PayLater, price discounts, free shipping, and online customer reviews on purchase decisions on the Shopee e-commerce platform among Generation Z consumers in the Lowokwaru District, Malang City. This research is quantitative with an explanatory research approach. The sample used in this study consisted of 95 respondents, determined using the Maholtra formula based on the number of variable indicators. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, Shopee PayLater, price discounts, free shipping, and online customer reviews significantly affect purchase decisions. Partially, Shopee PayLater, price discounts, and online customer reviews have a significant impact on purchase decisions, while free shipping does not have a significant influence. Keywords: Shopee PayLater, Price Discounts, Free Shipping, Online Customer Reviews, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived food quality, consumer trust, consumer satisfaction, and product innovation on repurchase intention in consumers of Mie Horor Kepanjen. The sampling technique using purposive sampling obtained a sample of 90 respondents. Data collection method using questionnaires. The data analysis technique carried out in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously perceived food quality, consumer trust, consumer satisfaction, and product innovation towards repurchase intention in consumers of Mie Horor Kepanjen. In addition, this study shows that partially perceived food quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention in consumers of Mie Horor Kepanjen. However, partially consumer confidence, consumer satisfaction, and product innovation have a positive but not significant effect on the repurchase intention of Mie Horor Kepanjen consumers. Keywords: Perceived Food Quality, Consumer Trust, Consumer Satisfaction, And Product Innovation, Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the influence of brand image, word of mouth, promotion, and price on purchasing decisions on Social Commerce Scarlett Whitening at Shopee (Case Study on Female Students in Lowokwaru District, Malang City). The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling techniques. In this study, the population size is unknown, therefore this study uses the Malhotra formula to determine the number of samples by getting results as many as 80 respondents. Data collection method using online questionnaire (Google Form) For data analysis using SPSS Version 25 software to analyze instrument tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, multiple linear regression tests, and determination coefficient tests. The results of this study show that brand image, word of mouth, promotion, and price have a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the influence of brand image, word of mouth, promotion, and price on purchasing decisions showed a determination value of 61.6%. Keywords: Brand Image, Word of Mouth, Promotion, Price, and Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Product Quality, Lifestyle, and Product Innovation on the Purchase Decision of iPhone smartphones. The research uses a quantitative approach, with a population of active students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang during the 2020-2023 period, with a sample of 110 respondents. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire method. The research results show that Brand Image, Product Quality, Lifestyle, and Product Innovation simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, Brand Image, Product Quality, and Lifestyle have a significant effect, while Product Innovation has an insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords : Brand Image, Product Quality, Lifestyle, Product Innovation, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of job training, Kaizen culture, and leadership style on employee performance at PT. Plazza Pangestu Nusantara. This research employs a quantitative method with an explanatory approach. The sample consists of 83 employees from PT. Plazza Pangestu Nusantara. Primary and secondary data were used to support the research.The findings indicate that job training, Kaizen culture, and leadership style simultaneously affect employee performance. Partially, job training does not significantly influence employee performance. In contrast, Kaizen culture and leadership style have a significant impact on employee performance at PT. Plazza Pangestu Nusantara. Based on data analysis results using an Adjusted R Square of 0.298, it was found that job training, Kaizen culture, and leadership style contribute 29.8% to employee performance, while the remaining influence is from other variables outside the research model.  Keywords: Job Training, Kaizen Culture, Leadership Style and Employee Performance

Abstract

This research that aims to answer questions about community-based tourism development strategies and the role of leadership in community-based tourism village development in North Lombok Region, Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara. The method used in this study is a phenomenological-qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data is by means of interviews, documentation and direct observation to the Village Head as a leader, village government, tourism employees, and the Sekapuk village community to explore information and experiences in leadership roles. The results obtained indicate that the tourism business development strategy is in accordance with the Sambik Bangkol Village Regulation Number 06 of 2018 concerning the Sambik Bangkol Village Tourism Development Plan and uses the concept of community based tourism to involve the community's role in tourism management and development. Meanwhile, the leadership role in Sambik Bangkol has been carried out in accordance with Covey's leadership theory, namely: 1) pathfinding by setting and carrying out the vision, mission and tourism development goals, 2) aligning, namely by forming organizations and support groups to implement tourism development strategies, 3) Empowering namely by giving a role to the community as a form of community-based tourism concept as an effort to empower the community. Suggestions from this research are giving a role to the community in contributing to tourism so that it is improved and given fairly and equitably so that the community can also feel the benefits of Setigi tourism so that people can be productive and empowered.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine and test the partial and simultaneous influence of celebrities, digital marketing, and cafe atmosphere on intention to purchase coffee, Mojok Kopi in Malang City. Customers of coffee shops at Begawan Plaza, Malang City are the population of this study; the exact amount varies every day. with the help of the SPSS (Statistical package for social science) computer program. Purchasing interest is simultaneously influenced by digital marketing research findings, Instagram celebrities, and the cafe atmosphere. Purchase interest is not affected at all by digital marketing. Meanwhile, buying interest is somewhat influenced by the cafe atmosphere and Instagram celebrities. Keywords: Digital marketing, Celebrities, Cafe Atmosphere, and Purchase Interest.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted on permanent employees of PT Awana Sawit Lestari. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of Job Stress, Digital Leadership, and Knowledge Sharing on Innovative Work Behavior, with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study employs a quantitative approach using a saturated sampling method with 114 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with SmartPLS version 4. The analysis includes the outer model (Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity and Composite Reliability), inner model (R2 and Q2) and Hypothesis Testing. The results show that Job Stress does not affect Job Satisfaction, while Digital Leadership and Knowledge Sharing have a significant impact on Job Satisfaction. Additionally, Job Stress and Knowledge Sharing do not directly influence Innovative Work Behavior, whereas Digital Leadership has a positive impact on Innovative Work Behavior. Furthermore, Job Satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between Job Stress, Digital Leadership, and Knowledge Sharing on Innovative Work Behavior. Keywords: Work Stress, Digital Leadership, Knowledge Sharing, Innovative Work Behavior, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine whether the influence of green product knowledge, lifestyle, hedonic shopping motivation and environmental awareness on brand loyalty in users of The Body Shop in Malang City. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were users of The Body Shop in Malang City who had purchased The Body Shop products. The sample used was 95 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data analysis using validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous), t test (partial), and the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2), through SPSS 25 tools. The results showed that the green product knowledge variable partially influenced brand loyalty. Lifestyle variables partially affect brand loyalty. Hedonic shopping motivation variable partially affects brand loyalty. The enviromental awareness variable partially affects brand loyalty. Green product knowledge, lifestyle, hedonic shopping motivation and enviromental awareness variables simultaneously affect brand loyalty.  Keywords: Green Product Knowledge, Lifestyle, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Environmental Awareness, Brand Loyalty
