Abstract

Abstrak: Perbedaan Arus Puncak Ekspirasi Pada Siswa Kelas 6 SDPerokok Aktif, Perokok Pasif, dan Bukan Perokok di KabupatenPringsewu. Data Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa70% perokok memulai kebiasaan tersebut sebelum berusia 19 tahun karenaterbiasa melihat anggota keluarganya merokok. Provinsi Lampung salah satuprovinsi di Indonesia dengan jumlah kasus perokok yang cukup tinggi. Arus puncakekspirasi merupakan salah satu pemeriksaan untuk mendeteksi adanya PenyakitParu Obstruksi Kronik (PPOK) yang diakibatkan karena terganggunya jalan napaspada paru. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan nilai aruspuncak ekspirasi (APE) pada siswa kelas 6 SD perokok aktif, perokok pasif danbukan perokok pada siswa kelas 6 SD di Kabupaten Pringsewu. Penelitian yangdilakukan ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitianobservasi analitik. Populasi penelitian ini siswa kelas 6 SD di Kabupaten Pringsewusejumlah 7.222 siswa. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 379 orang siswa. Alatpengumpulan data menggunakan metode pemeriksaan alat peak flow meter untukmengukur kadar arus puncak ekspirasi pada siswa SD. Analisis data menggunakan One-Way Anova. Distribusi frekuensi responden yang merupakan perokok aktif sebanyak 75 responden (19.8%), Rata-rata Arus puncak ekspirasi yaitu 97,39% dengan standar devisi 16,727%. Pada nilai rata-rata APE bukan perokok mempunyai nilai yang lebih baik dari yang terpapar rokok, sehingga pada perokok aktif mempunyai nilai lebih rendah dari bukan perokok dan perokok pasif yang menyebabkan penurunan fungsi paru. Kesimpulan ada perbedaan arus puncak ekspirasi pada perokok aktif, perokok pasif dan bukan perokok pada Siswa Kelas 6 SD di Kabupaten Pringsewu.

Abstract

This study examines two virtual restaurant brands—Ayam Bang Dava and Mang Katsu—as the research objects. This research offers a novel comparative analysis of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategies implemented by two brands operating under the same parent company within a shared cloud kitchen environment—a context that remains underexplored in existing academic literature. It aims to compare how each brand’s IMC strategies influence brand image across five dimensions (public relations, promotion, events, digital interaction, packaging). Employing a sequential exploratory mixed-methods design, qualitative data were gathered via interviews and observations, then quantitative data were collected through consumer questionnaires (purposive and accidental sampling). Qualitative findings were analyzed with the Miles and Huberman model; quantitative differences were tested using the Mann-Whitney U test. Results indicate significant inter-brand differences in promotional messages and media use (p < 0.05), digital personalization and dialogue quality (p < 0.05), and use of packaging for promotion (p < 0.05). In terms of brand image, credibility and visual recognition differed significantly (p < 0.05), as did personal, experiential, and economic benefits (p < 0.05). Practically, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of how differentiated IMC approaches within a unified operational structure can support brand development—particularly for emerging brands like Mang Katsu—while maintaining competitive parity in overall communication effectiveness (p = 0.774).

Abstract

The establishment of Taman Kehati Asri by PT Chandra Asri is a form of protection of biodiversity to improve the quality of biodiversity, including fauna. The existence of fauna is very important in ecosystem activities because fauna is a consumer in the food pyramid. If a population decreases, it will have a negative impact on the continuity of food webs and hinder the flow of energy cycle. This study aimed to identify the diversity of fauna in the Taman Kehati Asri area of PT. Chandra Asri Petrochemical, in Gunung Sugih Village, Ciwandan District, Cilegon City, Banten. The research was conducted in October 2022. The methods used were point count and cruise method. Based on the research results, it was found that there were 37 species of fauna belonging to 4 classes, namely birds, mammals, herpetofauna and insects. The result of total species diversity index was 2.98 which was categorized as in the medium category. Furthermore, the fauna dominance index was 0.075 which indicated that one or several species of fauna were not dominated in that area.
