Abstract

PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) is an electricity company with many employees responsible for providing services to the community. This scientific work will focus on the Dinoyo Customer Service Unit (ULP) to examine the effect of workload as variable X1 and job satisfaction as variable X2 on employee performance as variable Y PT PLN (Persero) ULP Dinoyo. PLN employees with effective workloads can help MSMEs by providing reliable electricity services and assisting MSMEs in adopting technology and innovation. PLN employees who are satisfied with their work can help MSMEs by providing better services and being more proactive in helping MSMEs. PLN employees with good performance can help MSMEs by increasing the efficiency and productivity of MSMEs and opening new market opportunities for MSMEs. This scientific work aims to research the impact of workload and job satisfaction felt by employees at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Dinoyo and its correlation with performance. The population in this study amounted to 80 people while the sample collected was 44 people. Data analysis techniques are performed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study simultaneously showed that variable workload and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Dinoyo.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh reward terhadap kinerja karyawan di objek studi, yaitu CV Multi Kurnia Kasih (MKK) Motor. Studi ini menggunakan metode studi literatur yaitu pendekatan studi yang melibatkan pengumpulan, analisis, dan sintesis informasi dari berbagai sumber tertulis yang relevan dengan topik studi dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data yang relevan, dan didukung juga dengan Studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi yang berfokus pada pemahaman fenomena sosial dan budaya dari perspektif partisipan. Metode ini mengumpulkan data non-numerik seperti wawancara, observasi, dan analisis teks untuk menggali makna, pengalaman, dan pandangan individu atau kelompok. Studi kualitatif bertujuan untuk menghasilkan wawasan mendalam dan kompleks tentang topik yang diteliti, sering kali melalui analisis tematik atau naratif. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada objek studi ialah penerapan reward yang kurang optimal dan kinerja karyawan yang kurang maksimal. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem reward yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan signifikan. Namun, reward harus diimbangi dengan pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang komprehensif, meliputi pelatihan, lingkungan kerja yang baik, dan gaya kepemimpinan yang inspiratif. Temuan ini sejalan dengan pandangan beberapa ahli yang menyatakan bahwa reward dan manajemen SDM yang baik dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan secara keseluruhan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan reward yang tepat, didukung oleh manajemen SDM yang efektif, merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di MKK Motor.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di CV Buah Manunggal, sebuah perusahaan terkemuka di Bali. Studi ini menggunakan metode studi literatur yaitu pendekatan studi yang melibatkan pengumpulan, analisis, dan sintesis informasi dari berbagai sumber tertulis yang relevan dengan topik studi dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data yang relevan didukung dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif wawancara dengan beberapa pegawai di beberapa divisi, studi ini menemukan bahwa karyawan Perusahaan umumnya memiliki tingkat kepuasan kerja yang relatif tinggi. Metode ini mengumpulkan data non-numerik seperti wawancara, observasi, dan analisis teks untuk menggali makna, pengalaman, dan pandangan individu atau kelompok. Studi kualitatif bertujuan untuk menghasilkan wawasan mendalam dan kompleks tentang topik yang diteliti, sering kali melalui analisis tematik atau naratif. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada objek studi ialah Work-Life Balance yang kurang optimal dan kinerja karyawan yang kurang maksimal keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi ditemukan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Karyawan yang memiliki keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi lebih mampu menjaga keseimbangan keterlibatan di tempat kerja dan bersama keluarga, sehingga mempengaruhi kinerja dengan hasil signifikan. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa CV Buah Manunggal perlu meningkatkan konsistensi dalam memberikan kebijakan dan regulasi yang membuat persepsi mengenai hasil kerja yang diberikan karyawan lebih jelas. Kesimpulan penilitian ini bahwa perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The influence of attraction and social media presents several problems and benefits that will be discussed in this study. Social media is considered as one of the best ways for entrepreneurs to promote their products to attract potential customers. The increasing number of social media users makes entrepreneurs use social media influencers as one of the supporting elements in marketing their products. This study aims to analyze the effect of social network appeal on the sales level of Hanania Milk Pie products. This research methodology uses document reviews, interviews, and Instagram social media data insights that can be taken into consideration by food industry entrepreneurs. This research results in that food souvenir products can optimize digital marketing to achieve promotion in several major cities within the country and outside with promotional costs that are much cheaper than promotional models using print media or electronic media so as to increase public trust and increase purchases. The current trend for millennials is entering globalization, changes in consumer behavior, mobility, and accessibility of information. The growth of digitalization has impacted both the consumer and producer sides of the transaction market. One of them is the ability to now buy, sell, market, order, and pay for products online. This research applies the literature study method. In this journal, a series of interrelated activities are carried out by collecting library data, reading, storing data, and managing data materials for research. Based on the results and discussion, it can be said that, in the face of rivalry in business development, business actors, both micro, small and medium enterprises, MSMEs, must take into account digital marketing as one of the strategies. To support this, the majority of MSMEs agreed on three metrics for digital marketing, namely: providing clear information to consumers, assisting MSMEs in expanding market reach, and making it easier to communicate with consumers to better fulfill customer demands.

Abstract

Human resources quality can be measured through employee performance, which includes work results in terms of quality and quantity. To achieve high performance, companies need to pay attention to various influencing factors, work motivation as background research. The study purpose was to determine how work motivation affects employee performance in this company. The research object is PT Bukit Indah Permai (BIP) Malang City, a company in the housing midwife. The method used is quantitative method and SPSS. The study objective found that there was a positive and significant effect of work motivation variables on employee performance in the object of this research. This result is supported by the existence of a t count value of 4.472, which is higher than the t table value of 2.00856. In addition, this result is also supported by the findings of the ANOVA test which shows a p-value of 0.00 which is lower than the 0.05 level. The conclusion is that there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation variables on employee performance in this company.

Abstract

Media sosial memudahkan semua orang untuk dengan mudah mengakses informasi yang menarik. Aktivitas pemasaran melalui media sosial dapat dilakukan menggunakan smartphone sehingga relative mudah untuk digunakan berbagai kalangan bahkan pelaku usaha UMKM. Pemilihan Instagram untuk UMKM baik karena minimnya biaya yang digunakan dan pengaplikasiannya sederhana. Depot Berkat merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak dibidang makanan dan minuman. Depot ini telah beroperasional selama kurang lebih 10 tahun dengan Rujak Cingur sebagai menu andalannya. Melalui penggalian permasalahan diketahui bahwa Depot Berkat belum begitu dikenal oleh Masyarakat Malang (Brand Awareness masih lemah) dan literasi pemilik pada Digital Marketing masih terbatas. Salah satu cara meningkatkan kesadaran merek melalui media sosial dapat dilakukan melalui penggunaan kata kunci dan hastag yang sesuai, konsep gambar dan video yang menarik, isi konten bermanfaat, mampu berinteraksi dengan audiens, menggunakan influencer marketing, dan iklan berbayar pada media sosial. Penulis melalui pengabdian ini melakukan pendampingan dan membantu umkm Depot Berkat untuk melakukan aktivitas pemasaran digital melalui Instagram dan membuat link Web yang terhubung dengan nomer pemilik serta media sosial Instagram Depot Berkat. Pencapaian KPI pada kegiatan ini mencapai 100% dan berhasil mencapai engagement rate yang ditargetkan juga ke dalam KPI. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan konten yang baik akan mampu menjangkau audiens sesuai dengan target pasar yang telah ditetapkan. Selanjutnya Depot Berkat perlu melakukan pengunggahan konten secara teratur dengan pembuatan kalender konten yang rutin, serta penggunaan IG Ads dan Influencer (Food Blogger) dapat dipertimbangkan di kemudian hari karena mampu membawa dampak yang cukup besar pada penguatan kesadaran mereknya.

Abstract

This research uses qualitative analysis method techniques and data collection using observation, depth interviews, questionnaires, and comparative analysis techniques. This research analyzes the trends in human resources management systems, and HRMS in the digital economy implemented by the Russian company, Elcom+ LLC. The problem and subject matter of this research are how to study the trends of HRMS in the digital economy in improving company performance, and whether the analysis of suitable international experience and Russian HRM practices has an impact on improving company performance. The result is an effective modern HRM supported by the disciplines of digital management, site development technology, HRM knowledge, and innovation management and offers a favorable system for the application of new methods of recruiting and selecting employees, to attract talent, motivate, stimulate employees, and also timeliness is a virtue. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to study the trends of HRMS in the digital economy through the analysis of international experience and find the analysis of international experience and HRM practices of enterprises in Russia. The results of this study have an impact on HRM and corporate financial management. Furthermore, the conclusion of this research is the potential role of HR designed to meet the challenges of automation and digital transformation in organizations and agile work culture. Moreover, the results outline that HRM systems can be compared, developed, and additionally applied to the digital economy system with the support of site development technology and cloud systems.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a new design of employee recruitment for the position of store head or pharmacist and the financial management calculation design in recruitment at the XYZ branch in Surabaya. The object of research is a profitable business venture in the pharmaceutical field and establishes the procurement and sale of pharmaceutical needs to the general public with national standards in Indonesia. The research tests used the employee selection system as well as the company's financial budget design for recruitment with qualitative research methods. The research was analyzed using the spider diagram method as well as B.E.S.S.T, Basory's - Economic - Suggestions for Solutions to the Trouble – method as well as simple financial statements of employee recruitment. Based on this research, the spider diagram method can be an alternative for evaluating potential new employees to get the best candidates. This research produces a scientific novelty regarding six indicators of new employee recruitment, namely salary, social network, experience, education, communication, and capital, as well as generating efficiency and effectiveness in simple financial statements related to employee recruitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Korean wave, and taglines on purchasing decisions for Korean spicy lemonilo noodles. The Korean wave triggers public interest in buying these products, which has an impact on purchasing decisions. The Korean Spicy Lemonilo Noodle product also uses a Tagline strategy in its product advertisements which has the hastag #PedasnyaDaebak. This study aims to analyze the influence of Korean wave and tagline on purchasing decisions for Lemonilo Spicy Korean Taste Spicy Daebak in Malang and its surroundings. The research was conducted on respondents who had bought and consumed Korean spicy lemonilo noodles as many as 272 respondents. This study uses primary data and data collection is done by survey via Google Form. The type of research used is quantitative and explanatory research methods. The results of this study indicate that Korean Wave and Tagline have a simultaneous positive influence on purchasing decisions for Korean Spicy Lemonilo in Malang and surrounding areas.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Queuing system management (QSM) can help improve operational efficiency, reduce customer waiting time, a node from human resource management (HRM) based on the effectiveness of HR performance, and optimize employees as HR in improving customer service. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the mplementing queuing results of system management in one of the Supermarkets in Lampung Province and knowing the optimal number of cashier lines in the QSM. Research conducted on the research object, namely XYZ Supermarket, is recorded every one-hour interval. This research was conducted for 14 days, working hours from 09.00-21.00 Western Indonesian Time zone. The population in this study is all consumers whose population is unlimited. The sample used is consumers who enter the XYZ Supermarket QSM. The study purpose was to optimize the QSM with Ws less than 3 minutes and Ls less than 4 people in accordance with the SOP. This research method uses the multi-channel single-phase model with system time and systems number. The analysis results in this study can be concluded that the performance of the queuing system implemented with the number of cashiers (M) of 2 cashiers at 09.00-09.59, 12.00-12.59, and 19.00-19.59. It makes optimal QSM with Ws less than 3 minutes, and Ls less than 4 people.
