Abstract

PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) is an electricity company with many employees responsible for providing services to the community. This scientific work will focus on the Dinoyo Customer Service Unit (ULP) to examine the effect of workload as variable X1 and job satisfaction as variable X2 on employee performance as variable Y PT PLN (Persero) ULP Dinoyo. PLN employees with effective workloads can help MSMEs by providing reliable electricity services and assisting MSMEs in adopting technology and innovation. PLN employees who are satisfied with their work can help MSMEs by providing better services and being more proactive in helping MSMEs. PLN employees with good performance can help MSMEs by increasing the efficiency and productivity of MSMEs and opening new market opportunities for MSMEs. This scientific work aims to research the impact of workload and job satisfaction felt by employees at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Dinoyo and its correlation with performance. The population in this study amounted to 80 people while the sample collected was 44 people. Data analysis techniques are performed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study simultaneously showed that variable workload and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Dinoyo.

Abstract

New cafes have the challenge of keeping visitors coming back. The return of visitors is a form of the cafe's acceptance of visitors. By using the S-O-R Stimulus, Organism, Response framework in the form of an experiencescape measured by hospitality components, social components, sensory components, and functional components to influence revisit intention. The sample for this research was 251 visitors who came at least once to 4 new cafes (less than 3 months) in 2 cities in East Java. Using multiple linear regression analysis shows that the hospitality component, social component, sensory component and functional component have a significant effect on revisit intention. These results show that new cafes must emphasize an impressive experiencescape for visitors so that it will generate revisit intention.

Abstract

Employee is an asset to the company. Employees have a very important role for companies to achieve corporate goals. To keep employee performance to remain productive then it is necessary. Job satisfaction of an employee within the organization can’t be separated from career development, and work life balance. This research was conducted to determine the effect of Work-life Balance and Career Development on Job Satisfaction. This type of research uses a causal quantitative method. The data used for the research is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents employees of PT. Telkomsel, Tbk Branch Malang. The sampling technique used was the census. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of research indicate that Work-Life Balance and Career Development affect simultaneously to Employee Satisfaction. Partially, work life balance significantly to employee job satisfaction. Career development has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, will be falling again. The most dominant effect on employee job satisfaction is the work balance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent to which entrepreneurial characteristics influence business success through innovation. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The population in focus is the MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) actors in Malang City. A total of 97 MSME actors were selected as samples using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires distributed via Google Forms, and the results were analyzed using path analysis. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial characteristics influence business success through innovation.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan unggul merupakan elemen krusial dalam keberhasilan organisasi, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan era globalisasi. Di tengah tuntutan hadirnya pemimpin yang adaptif dan visioner, nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang telah lama menjadi pedoman hidup masyarakat Indonesia, memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai dasar pembentukan kepemimpinan unggul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh nilai-nilai kearifan lokal terhadap kepemimpinan unggul dalam konteks organisasi di Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 250 pemimpin dari berbagai sektor publik dan swasta di Wilayah Malang Raya. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner untuk mengukur persepsi penerapan nilai-nilai lokal dan atribut-atribut kepemimpinan unggul, seperti kemampuan menciptakan visi strategis, ketahanan dalam menghadapi perubahan, dan integritas pribadi. Data dianalisis menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung variabel bebas kearifan lokal terhadap kepemimpinan unggul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga nilai kearifan lokal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepemimpinan unggul. Temuan ini memberikan bukti bahwa nilai budaya lokal tidak hanya sebagai warisan sosial, tetapi juga aset strategis dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan tata kelola organisasi.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a new design of employee recruitment for the position of store head or pharmacist and the financial management calculation design in recruitment at the XYZ branch in Surabaya. The object of research is a profitable business venture in the pharmaceutical field and establishes the procurement and sale of pharmaceutical needs to the general public with national standards in Indonesia. The research tests used the employee selection system as well as the company's financial budget design for recruitment with qualitative research methods. The research was analyzed using the spider diagram method as well as B.E.S.S.T, Basory's - Economic - Suggestions for Solutions to the Trouble – method as well as simple financial statements of employee recruitment. Based on this research, the spider diagram method can be an alternative for evaluating potential new employees to get the best candidates. This research produces a scientific novelty regarding six indicators of new employee recruitment, namely salary, social network, experience, education, communication, and capital, as well as generating efficiency and effectiveness in simple financial statements related to employee recruitment.
