Abstract

Student Work Class (KKM) is a form of community service carried out by students in an interdisciplinary, institutional, and partnership manner as one of the manifestations of STIE PASIM SUKABUMI. The community service program is seen as a program that must be implemented, both by lecturers and by students, based on the principles of academic, entrepreneurial, and professional competence, so as to produce quality, relevant, and synergistic community service programs in increase community empowerment. This study aims to analyze the role of priority community service abd the influence of the spirit of motivation and the spirit of community awareness on UMKM through seminars in the Cisarua sub-district, Sukabumi city.

Abstract

Masyarakat tidak produktif menjadi salah satu masalah sosial yang dapat mempengaruhi perekonomian masyarakat. Dalam hal ini seharusnya ada penanganan lebih serius. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apa program, proses dan hasil dari pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui Industri Rumahan Batik di Komunitas Chanting Pradana Kampung Pancur Desa Bojongleles Kecamatan Cibadak Kabupaten Lebak, Banten. Paradigma yang digunakan adalah paradigma konstruktivisme dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, peneliti mengambil kesimpulan bahwa Program dalam pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat ialah dengan pemberian pelatihan dan modal. Sedangkan, proses pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui Industri Rumahan Batik Lebak pada Komunitas Chanting Pradana secara umum meliputi dua kegiatan yaitu pembinaan berkelanjutan dan juga pemberian bantuan modal. Secara rinci kegiatan pemberdayaan berawal dari penerimaan anggota baru, proses pembekalan dan pengarahan, kemudian pemberian bantuan modal, proses pembinaan yang meliputi tahap pelatihan, dan yang terakhir ialah proses monitoring dan evaluasi. Adapun hasil dari pemberdayaan ekonomi ini ialah meningkatnya pendapatan masyarakat desa Pancur.

Abstract

In his theory of idealism, Plato emphasized that to achieve perfection, every student must take a tiered education from childhood to tertiary level. For this reason, through this research, the researcher aims to reveal Plato’s idealistic theory regarding the concept of education. Researchers use a qualitative descriptive approach and content analysis methods to find meaning, measure and correspond to each word and concept in the text. Researchers also attempt to describe and analyze Plato’s ideas of idealism in education. The results of this research then gave rise to the concept of position, process, goals/achievements, and stages of learning based on Plato’s ideological perspective. Henceforth, it is hoped that it will be able to contribute significantly to the world of education.

Abstract

Self-confidence in early childhood is important to develop, because at this stage children are still in the process of building self-concept and independence. Lack of self-confidence can hinder their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This Market Day activity was carried out as an effort to improve the quality of learning practices related to self-confidence aspects in order to support optimal child development outcomes by being packaged through interesting and fun activities. The method used is Participant Action Research (PAR) which emphasizes the active involvement of participants in each stage of implementation in order to produce real changes in the community. The subjects in this community service activity were 21 children from students of SPS Melati II, Margasari Village. The results of this community service journal are that Market Day is an effective method in increasing self-confidence for early childhood at SPS Melati II, Margasari Village, as evidenced by changes in behavior, namely children becoming more open in interacting with peers, not feeling embarrassed when meeting new people and, daring to speak in public.

Abstract

In essence, parenting is the interaction of parents and children, parents encourage children by changing behavior, knowledge, and values ​​that are considered most appropriate for children. The learning process is an active process because knowledge is formed from learning objects. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of parenting styles, children's learning processes and to analyze whether there is a significant relationship between parenting styles and children's learning processes in KB Az-Zahra. This study uses a quantitative descriptive correlation approach, which is a research method that looks at the form of the relationship between variables. The sample in this study amounted to 28. The types of data taken were grouped into two categories, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using respondent questionnaires, observation sheets, and documentation. The results of the research from the data that have been analyzed can be concluded that the average parenting pattern of 58.40% is categorized as quite good, while the results of the average learning process are 75.27% categorized as good. The relationship between parenting patterns and the learning process of this child has a correlation value of 0.618 with a correlation percentage of 38.2% and is categorized as a relationship between parenting styles and the learning process. So that parenting patterns have a real relationship to the learning process of children aged 5-6 years.

Abstract

The relationship between teachers and students is felt to be less harmonious and even cold, especially when in the learning process the teacher uses an unpleasant method. The storytelling method is one way to increase interaction between teachers and students because its use is very easy and flexible, then interesting with delivery according to the theme. In addition, it can preserve a culture that is almost extinct. The purpose of this study is to describe the increase in teacher and student interaction through storytelling models or methods in Purwakarta Regency. The method that the researcher uses is a qualitative ethnographic method. Using Interactive data analysis. Data obtained through observations, observations, interviews, and documentation. From this research, it is known that the increase in interaction between teachers and students can be better established so that every learning carried out will be easier, warmer and more enjoyable, especially using interactive storytelling methods.

Abstract

This research attempts to describe the extent of the influence of using Plato's recollection/anamnesis model in the learning process so as to produce students who have high memory and are able to understand eidos (the realm of ideas/knowledge) well. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach which describes the implementation of Plato's recollection model in the learning process. Data from this research were obtained through interviews with the principal and educators at RA/KB Al-FathurRochman who were the main sources of this research, then interviews with students (early childhood at the school) and also the parents of the students concerned, observations in the form of passive participant observation and documentation as supporting data from the interview results. The percentage of children who understand eidos reaches 80.95% of 40 students, where children experience improved memory and are more creative and productive, and the remaining 19.05% of students, even if they can adapt to the recollection model, still have not experienced the improvement as expected. The research results prove that every student can utilize noesis in the thinking or reasoning process so that they are able to remember every learning process that has been carried out which in the end is able to produce reliable students, especially in achieving eidos (the realm of ideas/knowledge).

Abstract

Learning the rules of nahwu science with the pegon Arabic formula method is still rarely found in educational institutions that study Arabic literature in Indonesia. This community service program at majlis ta'lim nurul ilmi aims to improve the skills and understanding of students in teaching the rules of nahwu science. This education-based community development service was carried out at Majlis Ta'lim Nurul Ilmi Ciracas Village with the involvement of 13 students as partner subjects. Through a series of introductions, learning, training and mentoring sessions, this program introduces the pegon Arabic formula method in understanding the rules of nahwu science. The results showed a significant increase in the level of understanding of students towards understanding the rules of nahwu science. The positive impact is also seen in the creativity and activeness of the students in the lessons of nahwu science rules. The program is innovative in its scholarly integration and collaborative approach between academics and practitioners. Based on the results, it is recommended to implement similar programs in other Educational Institutions with variations in context. This program highlights the importance of training students in developing the pegon Arabic formula method and preparing students for a competitive future
