Abstract

Data mining is a process of obtaining useful information from a database warehouse in the form of knowledge. This research analyzes data using data mining and a priori algorithm methods. Data processing system for compliance in determining drug purchasing patterns using rapid miner in the Sumber Sejahtera pharmacy case study. This system was built based on user needs obtained through interview methods and field studies. The test results using the a priori algorithm and the system that was built show that the results have met the needs in determining drug purchasing patterns based on customers' drug purchasing tendencies. Compared with the current system, this performance is shown in the effectiveness of information from the system regarding determining drug purchasing patterns for drug availability and drug layout to make it easier to find out the whereabouts of drugs seen from the 2 drug itemsets.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 2 Wanukaka is one of the educational institutions in West Sumba Regency. The purpose of designing and implementing this web-based new student registration information system is due to the lack of information to prospective new students regarding information on the new student registration process such as registration flow, information on registration fees and so on. So by designing this information system prospective new students can access new student registration information online so that prospective new students do not have to go to school to get registration information. In designing this web-based new student registration information system using the PHP and MySQL programming languages as database servers which have been summarized in one XAMMP application, the system design uses the waterfall method which consists of analysis, system design, coding and testing. The aim of creating this system is to support the service process so that it can improve the quality of service in conveying information to the public and assist the school in processing data on prospective new students well. After implementing the system and user testing which was carried out using the interview method at the school, the results were obtained that the existence of this web-based new student registration information system can help prospective new students to receive and access online registration information, including information on registration requirements. , test schedule, registration fees, graduation announcements, as well as a test card feature that can be printed directly by prospective new students which will later be used as a requirement for taking the selection exam. It can also help the school in preparing new student reports online, so that the information provided is distributed more effectively and efficiently, and the processing of new student admissions data can be done more effectively.

Abstract

Every student in the information systems study program at Stella Maris University, Sumba can start writing a thesis if they have fulfilled the terms and conditions for writing a thesis. In completing the thesis, students will be accompanied by a supervisor. The supervisor has academic responsibility for the thesis produced by the students they supervise, in terms of scientific correctness and writing techniques during the implementation of the guidance process. The thesis guidance process cannot run smoothly and on time when lecturers and students have their own busy schedules which causes there to be no suitable time to meet. This obstacle can make existing problems in writing a thesis unable to be solved immediately. Apart from that, lecturers also find it difficult to monitor the students they supervise because the number of students they supervise is not small. To avoid this, in this research a web-based thesis guidance information system was designed and built at Stella Maris University, Sumba. Results of designing and building a web-based thesis guidance information system. This web- based information system consists of three users, namely administrators or study programs, lecturers and students, where each user has different access.

Abstract

SMA Santa Clara merupakan sebuah sekolah yang berada di salah satu kabupaten sumba barat daya. Sistem pengajuan cuti pegawai pada SMA Santa Clara dilakukan secara manual. Rancang Bangun Sistem Cuti Pegawai berbasis Web pada SMA Santa Clara diharapkan sebagai penyedia layanan informasi cuti kepada karyawan untuk memudahkan proses pengajuan cuti. penelitian ini merancang sistem informasi cuti pegawai berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Basis Data MySQL. Aplikasi tersebut diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ditemui dalam pengelolaan cuti pada SMA Santa Clara. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa E-Cuti Kepegawaian yang terkomputerisasi diasumsikan dapat memudahkan admin dan pegawai SMA Santa Clara memperoleh data pengajuan cuti yang lebih tepat, cepat dan akurat. Adanya E-Cuti ini resiko kehilangan data pengajuan cuti akan berkurang karena sudah tersimpan rapi didalam database dengan aman.

Abstract

Koperasi Simpan Pinjam CU Mera Ndi Ate merupakan badan usaha yang dibangun untuk pertumbuhan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun koperasi ini mempunyai sistem yang tidak efektif dalam proses pendaftaran anggota baru dan pengajuan pinjaman sehingga memakan waktu lebih lama. Dengan permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan sistem kooperatif berbasis Web untuk menganalisa permasalahan yang terjadi. Sistem kerjasama ini dirancang dengan Unified Modeling Language sebagai metode diimplementasikan ke dalam Database sesuai spesifikasi yang dibutuhkan sehingga sistem yang dibuat lebih mudah, tepat dan cepat bagi petugas administrasi dalam menginput registrasi. anggota baru dan melaporkannya kepada ketua koperasi.

Abstract

K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm Implementation in sentiment analysis towards Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Program. Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) is a program that supports students to improve their skills by having direct experience in the work environment to prepare for competition and a future career. MBKM program has been implemented by Indonesia's Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) since 2020. Every policy needs to be evaluated; a simple evaluation can be done through sentiment analysis to determine public responses to the MBKM program. The results are used as suggestions for program improvement. Sentiment analysis is done by applying the Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithm to process crawled data from Twitter, then classified using the K-NN Algorithm. Based on the results, the sentiment is neutral. This illustrates that people are only partially interested in the MBKM program policy. The accuracy of the classification model using the K-NN algorithm is 95%, and an F1-score value of 0.96 for the classification model with a ratio of 80% training data and 20% test data.

Abstract

Abstract This study analyzes product reviews in the market, focusing on the "Kaos Oversize" product, to classify them into positive and negative reviews. The research aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of using K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) and Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) algorithms with Natural Language Processing (NLP) approach in classifying product reviews. The study found that the NLP method achieved a higher accuracy, precision, and recall rate compared to not using NLP. The results suggest that analyzing keywords in reviews can represent the overall opinion of the buyers towards the product, which can be useful information for retailers to evaluate their products and services.

Abstract

Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya (BAPPEDA) merupakan badan yang menyelenggarakan kegiatan rencana pembangunan daerah yang ada di kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya. Dalam menjalankan tugas pembangunan daerah BAPPEDA memiliki program musyawarah rencana pembangunan daerah (MUSRENBANG) baik itu tingkat Kecamatan maupun tingkat Kabupaten. Kegiatan musyawarah rencana pembangunan yang berjalan saat ini masih menggunakan sistem yang masih konvensional dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama serta banyak anggaran yang harus dikeluarkan dalam kegiatan ini. Pihak Kecamatan harus menyerahkan cetak data usulan musyawarah rencana pembangunan tingkat kecamatan ke BAPPEDA sebagai pihak penyelenggara. Pihak BAPPEDA sebagai penyelenggara harus memisahkan data usulan berdasarkan Dinas dan Kecamatan. Proses tersebut membutuhkan waktu serta tenaga sehingga tidak efektif dan efisien. Sehingga penulis mencoba mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu pihak Kecamatan dalam melakukan pengajuan usulan dan dalam pembahasan usulan antara pihak Kecamatan, BAPPEDA dapat berjalan cepat dan tepat dengan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD).
