Abstract

Pasar modal syariah merupakan salah satu terobosan baru dalam memajukan perekonomian umat. Pasar Modal Syariah adalah seluruh kegiatan di pasar modal yang tidak bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip islam. Pasar modal syariah Indonesia merupakan bagian dari industri keuangan syariah yang diatur oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), khususnya direktorat pasar modal syariah. Latar belakang kegiatan adalah untuk memperkenalkan pasar modal syariah di kalangan pesantren serta meningkatkan kinerja Galeri Investasi Bursa Efek Indonesia Unim (GI BEI UNIM). Setelah melalui kunjungan lansung diperoleh sambutan yang sangat luar biasa dari pihak Pondok Pesantren Sholawat Darut-Tubah dan berharap kegiatan ini dapat berlangsung secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada pengelola BUMDes di Desa Maguan, Kecamatan Ngajum, Kabupaten Malang terkait dengan pengelolaan BUMDes berdasarkan PP. No 11 Tahun 2021, pemetaan potensi Desa Maguan yang selaras dengan pengembangan PP. No 11 Tahun 2021, dan Permodelan BUMDes yang ideal dan sesuai dengan PP. No 11 Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Masalah yang ditemukan pada penelitian ini, yaitu: pengelola BUMDes belum sepenuhnya memahami terkait dengan impementasi PP. No 11 Tahun 2021 dan belum mengerti terkait dengan permodelan BUMDes yang baik sesuai PP. No 11 Tahun 2021. Adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu BUMDes dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang ada, sehingga dapat mewujudkan akselerasi pertumbuhan ekonomi dan bisnis yang berpedoman dengan PP. No 11 Tahun 2021.

Abstract

The Islamic capital market is one of the new breakthroughs in advancing the people's economy. The Sharia Capital Market is all activities in the capital market that do not conflict with the principles of Islamic teachings. The Indonesian Islamic capital market is part of the Islamic financial industry which is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and synergizes with the Indonesian Stock Exchange as the capital market regulator in Indonesia. The background of this activity is to introduce the Jariaah program as one of the programs carried out by the Indonesia Stock Exchange to introduce the Islamic capital market among Islamic boarding schools and improve the performance of the Investment Gallery at the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Islamic University of Majapahit (GI BEI UNIM). After going through a direct visit, a very extraordinary welcome was obtained from the Pondok Pesantren and hoped that this activity could continue.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic that has spread to Indonesia sice the beginning of 2020 has dramatically effected various sectors of human life. One of the sectors most effected is the economic sector. Difficult economic conditions increase public awareness of the importance of owning investments. One type investment widely looked at by the public is a stock investment in the Indonesian Capital Market. Verious supporting application servuces and educational content related to stock investment also continue to increase producyion. One rapidly growing service is fintech (financial technology) wich can be used as an investment medium. However, because so many options are available, people have difficukty choosing suitable media and tools. A few people are even ensnared by “profits anywhere” due to a lack understanding regarding investment that comply with OJK regulation. Therefore education abaout stock investment needs to be supported by understanding various safe options and can be option for investing. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out community service activites related to basic training on stock investment in the Indonesian Capital Market long with supporting fintech supervised by the OJK. The ouotput of this activity is training services to increase public knowledge about the importantce of investment and fintech options that can be used to invest safely.

Abstract

The results of opening the Capital Market Ambassador accounts for the students of SMAN 2 Jombang, as the only Investment Gallery for Education in Jombang Regency. This activity aims to improve capital market literacy and inclusion by ensuring that the community spreads information about the world of investment in the capital market. This research was conducted in Jombang Regency in collaboration with the East Java Representative of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on October 23, 2024, with the main focus being the students of SMAN 2 Jombang, as the sole owner of the Educational Investment Gallery in Jombang Regency.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan sektor penting dalam menggerakkan ekonomi masyarakat pedesaan. Namun, pelaku UMKM di Desa Sidomulyo, KecamatanBangsal Kabupaten Mojokerto menghadapi kendala dalam memasarkan produknya secara optimal, terutama dalam aspek branding, promosi, dan distribusi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam menerapkan strategi marketing mix, yaitu strategi Product, Price, Place dan Promotion. Metode kegiatan meliputi edukasi kepada 32 pelaku usaha bertempat di bale desa Sidomulyo. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan implementasi strategi pemasaran, ditandai dengan perubahan dalam pengemasan produk, peningkatan penggunaan media sosial, serta perbaikan proses layanan pelanggan. Program ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat daya saing UMKM Desa Sidomulyo di pasar lokal maupun digital.

Abstract

The Indonesian government is in the process of campaigning stock investment through as an alternative mode of investment for the people who usually invests in fixed assets and bank deposits. Stock investment has many advantages that are often on par with other investment options. Stock investment has many advantages that are often on par with other investment options. Stock investment is also easier to do, the wide availability of smartphones facilities stock investment. Even though is has many advantages, stock investment is not widely known by people, therefore there needs to be training with regards to buying stocks and controlling the investments. As a productive group that has close ties to society and acts as agents of change, teachers are the best partners to work with for this social service. The main partner in this social service are the SMAN teachers from SMAN 1 Kutorejo. The social service started with the filling of forms in order to create a stock investment account and followed by practical training on how to buy and sell stocks. The result of this social service is the increase of the teachers “knowledge about general financial literacy and also the creation of new stock investment accounts.
