Abstract

Work performance is the work achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on skills, experience, sincerity, and time. A comfortable work environment, friendly and mutually supportive co-workers, and caring leaders will provide positive motivation at work. Employees will work for hand in hand with joy. Healthy competition in organizations or agencies. This study uses library research to examine the improvement of employee performance. The study results show that performance is what employees do, so it affects how much they contribute to the agency or organization, including the quality of services provided. Organizations in improving employee performance need the development of appropriate human resources with a supportive work environment. Factors used to enhance employee performance include individual abilities (knowledge, skills), the effort devoted, and organizational support. Employee performance is the result of the thought and energy of an employee on the work done, it can be tangible, seen, and counted in number, but in many cases, the results of thought and energy cannot be trusted and seen, such as ideas and innovations from employees to improve organizational progress.

Abstract

Abstract The issue of leadership quality is a complex and multifaceted topic. Leaders who lack a clear vision are less likely to direct their team or organization effectively. With specific goals, formulating strategies or inspiring others becomes easier. This study aimed to determine and analyze the impact of leadership quality on service in Central Mamuju Regency, focusing on career development and the motivation of public service employees. Employing a survey design and a quantitative approach, the research involved 124 employees as respondents. These respondents were selected using a simple random sampling technique, with the Slovin formula applied to refine the sample size. For data analysis, path analysis was utilized. The results indicated that in Central Mamuju Regency, the most effective way to enhance the quality of service is by focusing on employee career development. Employees who receive attention and appreciation from their leaders are more capable of delivering better service quality compared to the impacts of leadership quality and public service motivation. However, these variables also play a significant role in improving employee service quality. Career development motivates employees to be more creative, improve their abilities, and receive recognition, facilitating a better career path at work.

Abstract

This study examines the inherent duality in poverty policy, analyzing the discrepancy between the goals established by policies and the actual outcomes of their execution. The study employs an analytical methodology to examine diverse poverty programs implemented in various countries, emphasizing their accomplishments and shortcomings. The paper begins by providing an overview of the historical development of poverty policy and elucidating how economic and social perspectives have influenced strategies for poverty management. The study subsequently explores the implementation of these rules, encompassing the frequently encountered issues and obstacles. Emphasis is placed on examining case studies that demonstrate effective poverty reduction measures and cases when expectations were not fulfilled. Using data and case studies, the paper examines the crucial aspects that impact the efficacy of poverty initiatives, including the political framework, economic resources, and community participation. In addition, the topic encompasses the influence of technology and innovation on developing more flexible and receptive poverty policies. Ultimately, the study thoroughly examines the interplay between theory and practice in poverty policy. This indicates that a more all-encompassing and inclusive strategy may be required to tackle poverty concerns effectively. Hence, the article's objective is to offer valuable perspectives for policymakers, practitioners, and academics concerned with addressing poverty in a constantly evolving global environment.

Abstract

This paper examines the significant role of shipboard maritime correspondents in assisting officers with the communication and documentation processes essential to vessel operations. Maritime correspondents serve as key intermediaries, ensuring effective communication between ship officers, crew, shipping companies, port authorities, and regulatory bodies. Their duties go beyond routine administrative work; they manage critical documentation, including voyage reports, cargo manifests, and compliance records, while also maintaining efficient communication channels for safety and operational needs. The increasing complexity of global maritime operations, coupled with the rise of digital communication systems, has further highlighted the importance of this role. Shipboard maritime correspondents ensure that officers can concentrate on core responsibilities such as navigation, safety management, and ship handling without being overwhelmed by correspondence duties. This study underscores the essential skills required for the role, including knowledge of maritime law, technical terminology, and proficiency in modern communication tools. It also explores how correspondents contribute to reducing miscommunication risks and improving the overall operational efficiency and safety of maritime activities. By recognizing the value of these professionals, the maritime industry can better appreciate their impact on the seamless functioning of global shipping.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the current ratio and debt to equity ratio on stock returns at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data. Source of data used is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression method, coefficient of determination (R2), correlation coefficient test (R), t test and F test. The results show the regression equation "Y= -0,564 + 0,181 X, + 0,161 X,. " Partially the current ratio has no significant effect on stock returns at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk, and partially the debt to equity ratio has no significant effect on stock returns at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk. Simultaneously the current ratio and debt to equity ratio have no significant effect on stock returns at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja tutor pada Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat Kader (PKBM) Di Sulawesi Selatan sebanyak 125 orang dengan menggunakan metode analisis corelasi dan uji t. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari disiplin kejra dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja tutor. Corelasi yang paling terbesar terjadi antara kinerja tutor dengan imbalan  sebesar 0.711 dimana imbalan merupakan salah satu indikator dari kempuasan kerja. Secara keseluruahn semua indiaktor dari variable disiplin kerja  dan kepuasan  memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tutor, artinya bahwa disiplin kerja dan kepuasan dalam  organisasi  mempengaruhi  perilaku  hidup  karyawan,  bersikap, bertindak dan berfikir yang mengarah pada peningkatan kinerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Perilaku Keuangan Yang Bijak Dalam Meraih keuntungan Petani Terong Dan Lombok Di Desa Langaleso Kecamatan Dolo Kabupaten. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang bersifat kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa usahatani terong di Desa Langaleso rata rata total sarana produksi Rp.1.15.000 dan total biaya operasional dikeluarkan Rp.1.140.000, jumlah hasil panen yang di dapatkan 2x dalam sebulan Rp.4.000.000, jumlah keuntungan yang petani dapatkan adalah Rp.1.845.000. sedangkan usahatani lombok Di Desa Langaleso rata rata sarana produksi Rp.1.90.000 dan total biaya operasional dikeluarkan Rp.2.230.000, jumlah hasil panen yang di dapatkan 2x dalam sebulan Rp.4.000.000, jumlah keuntungan yang petani dapatkan adalah Rp.1.770.000. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa Sesuai dengan kriteria maka usahatani layak untuk di usahakan atau menguntungkan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan: Perilaku Keuangan Yang Bijak Dalam Meraih keuntungan Petani Terong Dan Lombok Di desa Langaleso Kecamatan Dolo Kabupaten Sigi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompensasi, stres kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap karyawan Perusahaan Umum Air Minum (PAM) Tirta Karajae Kota Parepare, untuk mengetahui kompensasi, stres kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap karyawan Perusahaan Umum Air Minum (PAM) Tirta Karajae Kota Parepare. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah: Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis Statistik Deskriptif, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan Uji t (Parsial), Uji F (Simultan). Uji-R2 (Koefisien determinasi). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1). Kompensasi, Stres Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh secara Simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai yaitu sebesar nilai f hitung 23,499 > f tabel 2,86 (2) Kompensasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja pegawai yaitu dengan nilai hitung sebesar 2,810 > t tabel 2,026 (3) Stres Kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yaitu dengan t hitung 4,223 > t tabel 2,026 (4) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yaitu sebesar 2,153 > t tabel 2.026.

Abstract

Mengatur segala aktivitas manusia. Ia mengatur hubungan para hamba Allah yang sering disebut dengan Mu'amara Ma'Allah, dan juga hubungan dengan orang lain yang biasa disebut dengan Mu'amara Ma'annas. Hubungan dengan umat lain ini memunculkan suatu bidang ilmu Islam yang disebut fiqh mu'amara. Aspek penelitiannya menyangkut Muamara dan hubungan antar masyarakat. Dimulai dengan penjualan, sewa, utang, piutang, dll. Jual beli adalah kegiatan yang dibolehkan oleh Allah SWT. Semua Muslim diperbolehkan untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan komersial. Sunathura ada selama beberapa generasi. Ada berbagai macam bentuk jual beli. Pembelian penjualan pada umumnya diakui melalui cara pembayaran, kontrak, penyerahan, dan penukaran barang. Islam sangat memperhatikan faktor-faktor tersebut dalam transaksi jual beli. Jual beli sudah menjadi kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan masyarakat setiap hari. Namun tidak semua jual beli berdasarkan syariat Islam. Misalnya, sebagian masyarakat mungkin belum mengetahui aturan hukum Islam mengenai penjualan barang tidak jelas yang mengandung unsur pemaksaan, penipuan, kerugian, atau kondisi lainnya. Ini menghentikan penjualan sesuai dengan prinsip dan ketentuan penjualan syariah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulawesi Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulawesi Selatan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang berjumlah 100 orang. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Korelasi terbesar terjadi antara kompensasi sebesar 0,853 terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan korelasi kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,510. Secara parsial, kepemimpinan memiliki nilai t sebesar 3,876, dan kompensasi memiliki nilai t sebesar 10,339, kedua nilai t lebih besar dari t-tabel, ini berarti bahwa kepemimpinan dan kompensasi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang efektif menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif, memotivasi tim, dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Sementara itu, kompensasi yang adil dan kompetitif merupakan faktor utama dalam menarik dan mempertahankan bakat, berkontribusi pada kepuasan kerja tertinggi. Keduanya saling terkait dan penting bagi keberhasilan organisasi, terutama dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan.
