Abstract

Qualitative research with the aim of seeing the role of Tofu and Tempe Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Mumkm). The results of the research show that the existence of Ibuk Iis tofu and tempe micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) has a very big role for Bangun Seranten Village, especially in increasing employee income in these Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). The results of the interview show that this MSME not only provides permanent employment for the local community, but also provides a stable income for them or even greater than their income before working for this MSME. And also Ibuk Iis's tofu and tempe Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) also face a number of challenges. One of the main problems is the difficulty of getting quality and affordable raw materials, coupled with tight competition for similar products. Complicated business licensing, complex financial administration, and so on.

Abstract

Performance measurement is very important to assess how well organizations and managers are in providing more public services, and not just the ability to show that public money has been spent but includes the ability to show that the money has been used fairly, for the welfare of society. Then, from the background above, this study aims to analyze how the Bakeuda Financial Performance of the Tebo Regency Government in 2017-2021 is seen from: (1) Independence Ratio, (2) Efficiency Ratio (3) Harmony Ratio (operational expenditure and capital expenditure). This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method, which is a scientific and systematic study of the parts and phenomena and their relationships. Quantitative analysis is used to solve problems that are measuring quality in the form of (amount and number). The results of the performance analysis show that the Tebo Regency Government's Bakeuda finances are seen from (1) the Regional Financial Independence Ratio, the relationship pattern is still classified as an instructive relationship pattern because the average size of this ratio is 9.78% (2) The Regional Financial Efficiency Ratio can be said to be quite efficient because the average regional financial efficiency of Blora Regency is 88.26% (3) The compatibility ratio is known that the average regional operational expenditure is still very high, namely 56.35% compared to the average capital expenditure of 39.92%, so it can be said Regional Government still pays little attention to regional development.

Abstract

. Penelitian ini membahas permasalahan mengenai peran keuangan desa serta kinerja pembangunan yang berada di Desa Sungai Landak, ternyata masih perlu di perbaiki, misalnya pada perencanaan pengelolaaan keuangan dan juga pada perencanaan pembangunan desa. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang terjadi mengenai pengelolaan keuangan desa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder, Tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi secara langsung di lapangan. Sedangkan untuk tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti ada 3 yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Analisis Peran Keuangan Desa yang ada di Desa Sungai Landak menerapkan perencanaan pada saat akan bermusyawarah, pihak desa melibatkan masyarakat pada saat akan melakukan kegiatan, pihak desa selalu bekerja sama dengan masyarakat dan pihak desa mempertanggung jawabkan hasil laporan kegiatannya kepada masyarakat. (2) Peningkatan kinerja pembangunan yang ada di desa Sungai Landak dilakukan dengan bermusyawarah dan juga gotong royong sehingga pembangunan dapat berjalan dengan baik.
