Abstract

Monopoly is regulated in the regulation of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) as the right to regulate (bestuur) all state resources as mandated by the constitution of Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution and also the BUMN Law Number 19 of 2003 where one of them is a company that is an entity a government-owned business in the form of a limited liability company. The capital is divided into wholly or at least 51 percent of the shares owned by the Republic of Indonesia with the main objective of pursuing profit. In the case of SOEs, corporate actions are determined by the direction of state policies in their economy. Problem formulation based on the above background, is monopolistic and de-monopoly practices against SOEs, inconsistency of the government? This research used normative juridical with a quantitative analytical approach and examines literature studies that conclude. The study results showed that corporate action was not doubt or inconsistency in implementing a state monopoly. However, this holding was to increase the capacity and existence of SOEs as agents of development and the state in managing resources related to many people’s lives.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze various applications of green economy as an effort to achieve sustainable economic development. The study used qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques use literature studies. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results show that the implementation of green economy is an effort to achieve sustainable economic development. This is because the concept of green economy can achieve 5 (five) results simultaneously forming the Green Economic Growth Framework, namely sustainable economic growth; inclusive and equitable growth; social, economic, and environmental resilience; healthy and productive ecosystems provide environmental services; and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The green economy launched in Indonesia can be applied in various sectors divided into four groups, namely (1) energy and extractive industries, (2) manufacturing industries, (3) connectivity, and (4) renewable natural resources. In implementing the green economy, it requires the involvement of various parties, ranging from the government as policy makers, business actors, and the general public who have the most activities that cause environmental impacts. Education and action need to be carried out by various parties to care more about the environment in order to reduce the adverse effects of environmental damage that threaten the sustainability and welfare of the community and all living things and their ecosystems.

Abstract

In recent decades, the creative economy has emerged as one of the most dynamic and rapidly growing sectors globally, including in Indonesia. This sector encompasses various industries that focus on creating economic value through creativity, innovation, and the exploitation of intellectual property. Technology plays a crucial role in supporting the growth of the creative economy, from product development to distribution and marketing. This study aims to explore the implications of technology in the creative economy for community empowerment and sustainable development. The research method employed is a literature review with a qualitative approach. Research data was collected from Google Scholar for the period 2016-2024. The study's results show that technology plays a critical role in supporting and developing the creative economy sector, particularly in the context of community empowerment and sustainable development. Technology has enabled broader access to global markets, driven product and service innovation, and strengthened the preservation and promotion of local cultural heritage. Case studies from various regions in Indonesia, such as Bandung and Yogyakarta, demonstrate how technology can be used to empower local communities and support inclusive and environmentally friendly economic development.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang berkembang pesat, marketplace digital menjadi salah satu platform utama bagi konsumen dalam melakukan transaksi online. Pemanfaatan Big Data Analytics dalam menganalisis aktivitas konsumen dapat memberikan pengetahuan mendalam untuk pelaku usaha dalam meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dan layanan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan Big Data Analytics dalam memahami pola pembelian konsumen serta faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan di marketplace digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup pengumpulan data primer melalui survei terhadap 1.000 responden serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari web scraping dan teknik data mining. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis Big Data dan algoritma Machine Learning untuk mengidentifikasi tren perilaku konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor harga, kecepatan pengiriman, serta pengalaman pengguna memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Selain itu, penerapan analisis prediktif berbasis Machine Learning mampu meningkatkan akurasi prediksi perilaku konsumen hingga 85%. Pada temuan ini, dapat memberikan pengetahuan bagi pelaku bisnis dalam menentukan ploda dan strategi pemasaran lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dapat menjadikan peluang bagi penelitian berikutnya mengenai optimalisasi algoritma Machine Learning dalam segmentasi pelanggan untuk personalisasi pengalaman belanja.
