Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Cabang Makassar (2) Pengaruh sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Cabang Makassar (3) Pengaruh kinerja karwayan pada PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Cabang Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Cabang Makassar berjumlah 94 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), sedangkan uji reabilitas menggunakan Cronbach Alpha. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan menggunakan alat bantu berupa sofware komputer program SPSS 16,00, SPSS adalah sebuah program komputer yang digunakan untuk menganalisis sebuah data dengan analisis statistik. Pada taraf signifikan hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) Kedisiplinan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Cabang Makassar. kontribusi kedisiplinan kinerja karwayan sebesar t hitung 8,979 dan nilai t tabel 1,989. (2) Sumber daya manusia tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Cabang Makassar. Kontribusi Sumber daya manusia sebesar t hitung 0,129 dan nilai t tabel 1,989. (3) Kedisiplinan dan Sumber daya manusia secara simultan memiiki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik dengan f hitung 40, 359 lebih besar dari f tabel yaitu 3,10.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) diselenggarakan di kantor Desa ma’rumpa, Kecamatan Marusu, Kabupaten Maros, dengan mitra pengabdian adalah kelompok ibu-ibu PKK yang berlangsung selama dua hari yaitu pada tanggal 16 dan 17 November 2022. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keterampilan dengan materi cara membuat tas tali kur dan cara pemasarannya.  Metode ceramah dan praktik langsung oleh peserta membuat efektif dari pelaksanaan pelatihan ini. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah peserta yang berjumlah 20 orang mampu membuat tas tali kur dengan motif dasar yang telah diajarkan oleh tim pengabdian. Di hari pertama peserta belajar tentang dasar menyimpul dilanjutkan dengan membuat tas, kemudian di hari kedua dilakukan finishing dengan menambah lapisan serta penutup tas, dan terakhir pemberian materi cara menjual secara online.The community service was held at the Ma'rumpa Village office, Marusu District, Maros Regency, with the dedication partner being a group of PKK mothers which lasted for two days, on 16 and 17 November 2022. This activity aims to provide skills with materials for making and marketing tali kur bags. The participants' lecture method and hands-on practice made implementing this training effective. The result of this dedication was that 20 participants could make tali kur bags with the basic motifs that the service team had taught. On the first day, participants learn about the basics of knotting, followed by making bags, then on the second day finishing by adding layers and bag covers and finally providing material on how to sell online.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of safety, occupational health on employee performance at PT.Raihan Cipta Abadi. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT.Raihan Cipta Abadi. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling where the entire population is a sample of 57 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The collected data is processed using SPSS. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the security variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) partially as evidenced by a sig value of 0.026 <0.05. And the variable health  (X2) is the variable that has the most significant effect on employee performance (Y) partially as evidenced by a significance value of 0.030 <0.05. Therefore, in this study hypotheses 1, 2 and 3 are accepted. It is recommended that companies provide encouragement to employees and pay attention to the safety and health of their employees.

Abstract

'The Effect of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Maros Regency Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service. '' Thon employee 40 people from the Maros Regency Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires, document studies, and observations. Testing the analysis prerequisites includes descriptive percentage, validity, reliability, classic assumptions test, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 21 For Windows Software. Based on the results of the study concluded that the influence of organizational culture on employee performance is t counted at 3.571 with sig 0,001. Effect of job satisfaction on employee performance t count of 6,484 with sig 0,000. The influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction together (simultaneous) on employee performance is F count of 64,936 with sign 0,000. Thus organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And from the calculation of the coefficient of determination of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance by 77.8%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identity and analyze the impact of motivation and good working environment on employee. The responden of study are employees of PT. Putriana Jaya Utama with a sample of 40 people.Methods of collecting observation data, questionnaires and documentation, and using data analysis methods, namely descriptive analysis of percentages, research instruments, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing using SPSS 21 software for Windows. The calculation results are optaining the impacts of motivation and employee working performance is t count of 3,623 to 0,001 sig. The impact of working environment on employee working performance t count of 3,038 to 0,004 sig. The impact of motivation and working environment on employee working performance F count of 42,819 to 0,000 sig. As such motivation and the working environment have positive and significant impact on employee working performance. And the calculation of Coefficient of determination (R2) both motivation and working environment have an impacts of the working performance of 69,8%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and growth and learning perspective on the performance of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah Branch Makassar. This research method is quantitative and qualitative. Population in the study were employees and customers of PT.BNI Syariah Makassar Branch. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data collected and processed using SPSS. Based on the results obtained financial perspective variables (X1) amounted to 2.241 with R persial 0.030, (X2) amounted to 3.879 with r persial 0.000 , Internal business (X3) amounted to 2.391 with r persial 0.021 with GIS 0.05, growth and learning (X4) amounted to -2.412 with r persial 0.020.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the pattern of long-distance communication between students of Pancasakti University Makassar and parents for students who come from Manggarai East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). The research method used is qualitative, with the selection of informants by sampling by taking 20 student informants. The background of the author took this title because in general, children and parents are in close contact and often communicate face-to-face because they live in one house. But it is different with parents and children who do not live in the same house or live far apart due to differences in distance and place. Communication is carried out using media such as gadgets (cellphones) not communicating face-to-face. This long-distance communication creates a problem, namely that the communication that is established becomes effective or no longer effective because the communication between parents and children becomes an emotional relationship that is no longer intertwined.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Discipline, Competence and Motivation on Employee Performance in Three District Offices in Maros Regency. The population in this study were employees at three district offices in Maros who were random, where the sample was 51 employees. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression.The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables consisting of discipline, competence, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in three sub-district offices in Pangkep Regency. Partially the independent variables of discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect, while the independent variable of competence has no positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Aims to determine the effect of financial literacy (X) on the financial management of millennial generation workers (Y) at the Makassar city Construction Services Office using descriptive quantitative methods. The source of the data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire with a population of respondents, namely millennial generation workers at the Makassar city Construction Services Office. While secondary data is from previous research journals. Data analysis used is hypothesis testing, correlation test and simple linear regression test using SPSS. The results of the study show that the financial literacy variable has no effect on the financial management of millennial generation workers.
