Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhdapa kinerja dan pengaruh dari fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karywan PT. Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero) Makassar. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 173 orang, dengan penarikan sampel sebanyak 63 orang. Model analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel adalah model regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja bepengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kjnerja, sedangkan fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karywan PT. Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero) Makassar. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa semakin banyak pengalaman kerja dan semakin memadainya fasilitas kerja yang dimiliki oleh karyawan maka kinerja karyawan juga akan semakin baik. Oleh karena itu, sangat diharapkan adanya kelengkapan sarana yang memadai dalam lingkungan kerja agar karyawan dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaannya dengan efektif dan efisien sehingga menghasilkan kinerja yang baik dan berkualitas

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengkaji karakteristik seleksi karyawan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan efektivitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan hotel di Makassar, jumlah sampel , responden sebanyak 75orang karyawan hotel. Metode analisis yang digunakan aStatistik Deskriptif dan Analisis Regresi Linear. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel seleksi tenaga kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan efektivitas. Hasil Pengujian koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai adjusted R square adalah 0,440. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 44% seleksi karwayan dipengaruhi oleh variasi kedua variabel, yaitu produktivitas karyawan (Y1), dan Efektivitas (Y2).Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 56% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti. Hasil perhitungan uji-t diketahui bahwa dari variabel produktivitas diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,887, dimana t-tabel sebesar 1,666 berarti t-hitung > dari t-tabel sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara produktivitas karyawan sebagai veriabel yang berpengaruh terhadap seleksi tenaga kerja, hasil uji-t varibel efektivitas diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,870, dimana t-tabelsebesar 1,666 berarti t-hitung > dari t-tabel sehingga disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara efektivitas sebagai veriabel yang berpengaruh terhadap seleksi tenaga kerja. Hasil perhitunganmenggunakan program SPSS Ver 22.00 diperoleh F-hitung sebesar 2,232. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa F-hitung > F-tabel yang berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan secara serempak antara variabel penelitian Seleksi karyawan terhadap Produktivitas dan Efektivitas pada karyawan hotel Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human relations on work ethic inmanufacturing companies in the city of Makassar both partially and simultaneously. This research is an explanatory research using quantitative approaches and data collection techniques through questionnaires and observations. The total population in this study was 135 people with a sampling technique using simple random sampling where the number of populations was sampled regardless of the criteria of the entire population with a total sample of 135 people. Hypothesis testing using SPSS tools. The results showed that the relationship between people had a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of employees at the Manufacturing Company in Makassar City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of work life balance and self-efficacy on the performance of health workers in the city of South Sulawesi province, both partially and simultaneously. This research is an explanatory research using a quantitative approach and data collection techniques through questionnaires and observation. The population in this study was 120 puskesmas health workers in the province with a sampling technique using simple random sampling where the population was sampled regardless of criteria from the entire population with a total sample of 120 health workers. Hypothesis testing using SPSS tools. The findings of this study are positive significant variable measurements where direct testing shows work life balance and good self-efficacy towards performance have a positive and significant influence.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the impact of the application of information technology (IT) systems on the quality of asset reporting performance in local government. Through a qualitative and quantitative approach, the study gathers data from various local governments that have implemented IT systems in their asset reporting process. Methods used include document analysis, surveys of government officials, as well as in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders. The main objective of this study is to identify factors that influence the effectiveness of the application of IT systems in asset reporting, as well as to measure their impact on the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of the reporting process. The results of the research show that the implementation of the IT system significantly improves the quality of asset reporting performance in the regional government. Key findings include improvements in data accuracy, time efficiency, and improved accessibility of asset information. However, the study also identifies several challenges, including resistance to change, resource constraints, and the need for technical training for staff.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service management and work environment on employee performance in the Makassar City Government District Office. The research sample consisted of 125 employees in 15 sub-districts who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Smart PLS, while qualitative data was obtained through in-depth interviews with key informants and analyzed thematically using NVivo.The results show that service management has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with indicators of clarity of procedures and training as the main contributors. The work environment also has a significant and more dominant influence, highlighting the importance of physical facilities, harmonious working relationships, and managerial support in improving employee performance. These two variables have been proven to contribute synergistically to increasing work effectiveness in the public sector. This research makes an academic contribution by supporting literature on the importance of service management and the work environment in improving employee performance. Practically, this study recommends local governments to strengthen the managerial system and create a conducive work environment to improve the quality of public services. The results of this research are expected to be a strategic reference for human resource management policies in the government sector.
