Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kualitas layanan aplikasi My Republik menggunakan metode TAM. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan persen kesalahan dalam penarikan sampel 10% yaitu 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara langsung yaitu dengan cara survei langsung menggunakan google form (online) dengan pengukuran variabel skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regreasi berganda variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kondisi nyata pengguna informasi adalah variabel perceived usefulness, (X1), Perceived Ease of Use (X2) Attitude Toward Using (X4) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kondisi nyata Actual Technology Usage (Y) sedangkan yang tidak memiliki pengaruh adalah Behavioral Intention To Use (X4). Berdasarkan analisa hubungan koefisiensi korelasi menggunakan SPSS adalah 63.812. Berdasarkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,836, hal ini menggandung arti bahwa pengaruh variabel X1, X2, X3, dan X4 secara bersama-sama terhadap Y adalah sebesar 72,9% sedangkan sisanya 27,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model.

Abstract

Effective management of archival documents is vital in the educational sector as it plays a crucial role in decision-making and preserving historical records. Archives are a valuable resource that contains a wealth of information for any organization. However, the traditional method of physical document management at Sekayu 2 Negeri Vocational School has led to a significant accumulation of documents, making the process both ineffective and inefficient. This situation has created an urgent need for faster access to information. To address this issue, the school has developed an Electronic Archive for Academic Data that aims to streamline the archiving process, making it more efficient and effective. The primary objectives of this initiative are to facilitate faster retrieval of information and to reduce the physical storage space required for documents. The E-Archive for Academic Data at Sekayu 2 Negeri Vocational School was developed using the PHP programming language and the MySQL database. The introduction of this digital filing system is expected to significantly reduce the time needed to access archives and decrease the physical storage space required, thereby enhancing efficiency and effectiveness at SMK Negeri 2 Sekayu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Islamic Work Ethics in Improving the Quality of Work of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Main Branch Office (Case Study of Human Resources). The method of analysis used in this research is qualitative research methods. The subject of research is the application of Islamic work ethics in improving the quality of work of employees, especially frontliners based on indicators of improving the quality of employee work with Muamalat IDEAL (Modern Professional Islamic). The results showed that Islamic work ethics plays a role as a basis in improving the quality of work of employees, especially frontliners. Keywords: Islamic Work Ethics, Work Quality, Human Resources

Abstract

Daerah Irigasi (D.I.) Masam Balau terletak pada Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Sengklat Kabupaten Lahat. Pada daerah irigasi ini sering terjadi permasalahan kekurangan air dan tak jarang masyarakat suka berdebat untuk memperebutkan air untuk mengairi sawah mereka sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keseimbangan air (Water Balance) antara jumlah ketersediaan air dengan kebutuhan air pada Daerah Irigasi Masam Balau dan untuk mengetahui rencana tata tanam berdasarkan pola pembagian air irigasi guna mendukung peningkatan produktifitas padi/palawija. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif yang merupakan penelitian kasus dan penelitian lapangan. Data primer merupakan hasil pengamatan dan wawancara, sedangkan data sekunder adalah data klimatologi, debit, curah hujan, dan data tentang irigasi tersebut. Dari hasil evaluasi debit andalan dan kebutuhan air irigasi dengan pola tata tanam Padi-Palawija-Palawija, maka diketahui perhitungan ketersediaan air untuk debit andalan 80% pada Sub D.I. Masam Balau berkisar antara 0,00 – 0,12 m3/detik, dengan maksimum terjadi pada akhir bulan Februari sebesar 0,12 m3/detik, dan minimum 0,00 m3/detik pada awal bulan Oktober. Sedangkan kebutuhan air irigasi pada D.I. Masam Balau seluas 4,84 Ha, dengan awal tanam pada bulan November adalah berkisar antara 0,00 – 1,13 m3/detik. Berdasarkan perhitungan neraca air didapat bahwa air yang tersedia masih dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air irigasi pada D.I. Masam Balau.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly influenced various aspects of life, especially in the delivery of healthcare services. Websites now play a pivotal role in providing healthcare services and information to patients, acting as a vital medium of communication. Puskesmas OPI Palembang is a healthcare institution serving the community, consisting of several departments (polyclinics), including the Maternal and Child Health Room, the Elderly Room, Special Room 1 for Respiratory Diseases, Special Room 2, General Examination Room, Dental and Oral Room, Laboratory Room, Pediatric Room, and Immunization Room. At Puskesmas OPI Palembang, a blog is currently the primary medium for disseminating health service information, alongside brochures, e-flyers, and promotional materials distributed to the local community through free health education initiatives. For outpatient health services, patient registration is still managed using paper-based records. To improve services, a website has been developed to serve as an effective platform for patients to access information about the health center, doctor schedules, polyclinics, and outpatient services, including patient registration. The website provides essential details such as the health center's location, contact information, and doctor schedules, including names, working hours, and practice days. Patients can register online by completing personal information, complaints, preferred polyclinic, and doctor details. The website was developed following the Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing phases of the Extreme Programming methodology.

Abstract

Companies are trying to prepare their organizations to face the challenges in the VUCA era. The influence of VUCA also influences the field of human resources. Talented employees become superior and change changers. To deal with situations full of uncertainty requires learning agility, namely individuals who can survive, where they can adapt and are able to learn quickly from existing experiences and opportunities and are able to apply what they have learned to gain success in new situations. This study aims to analyse the level of learning agility of human resources at state-owned banks in the city of Makassar. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis method using the three box method analysis tool. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents who are employees of state-owned banks in the city of Makassar. The results of this study indicate that the learning agility level of human resources at State-owned banks in Makassar city is in the medium learning agility level category.

Abstract

An efficient and accurate Cost Budget Plan (RAB) plays an important role in the construction industry because it is directly related to project cost management. PT PLN (Persero) UID S2JB UP3 Lahat still uses manual methods to manage RAB, which causes the process of searching for documents and information to be slow and inefficient. To overcome this challenge, a website-based Construction RAB application was designed using the Design Thinking approach, which aims to improve the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) in the RAB management process. This design process involves five stages of Design Thinking, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Using Figma, a UI/UX design prototype was developed as a visual and functional representation of the new design. The results of this development show a significant increase in the efficiency and effectiveness of RAB management at PT PLN (Persero) UID S2JB UP3 Lahat, including reducing the time needed to search for and access information related to RAB. The implementation of this application is expected to help companies manage RAB more effectively, increase productivity, and minimize errors in recording and managing costs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Sehat Indonesiaku (ASIK) yang diterapkan di Puskesmas 1 Ulu Palembang dengan menggunakan metode Usability Testing. Metode ini mengevaluasi tiga aspek utama: effectiveness, efficiency, dan satisfaction. Data diperoleh melalui pengujian langsung terhadap pengguna aplikasi, disertai kuesioner dan wawancara untuk menggali pengalaman pengguna. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ASIK secara keseluruhan memiliki tingkat efektivitas yang tinggi dalam membantu pengguna mengakses layanan kesehatan. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala pada aspek efisiensi, khususnya terkait waktu respon dan navigasi antarmuka. Tingkat kepuasan pengguna berada pada kategori baik, meskipun masih diperlukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan dan kemudahan penggunaan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi ASIK, sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih optimal kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

PT. Bakti Nugraha Yuda Energy (PLTU Baturaja 2 x 10 MW) adalah perusahaan pembangkit listrik tenaga uap yang menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan inventaris gudang, yang masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel dengan berbagai keterbatasan terkait efisiensi, akurasi, dan keamanan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi inventaris berbasis website menggunakan metode Design Thinking, yang melibatkan tahapan empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode Single Ease Question (SEQ) untuk mengevaluasi kemudahan penggunaan. Hasilnya rata-rata nilai SEQ mencapai 6,35, jauh di atas standar nilai kemudahan 5,5, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem baru ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan keamanan dalam pengelolaan inventaris, sehingga mendukung operasional perusahaan secara keseluruhan.
