Abstract

Abstrak Skripsi ini membahas tentang penanaman pola pikir anak dalam konteks akhlak di desa ujung batu III Kecamatan Hutaraja tinggi kabupaten Padang Lawas penelitian ini bertujuan : 1. Cara orang tua dalam menanamkan nilai akhlak di desa ujung batu III kecamatan Hutaraja tinggi kabupaten Padang Lawas 2. Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung pada penanaman nilai ahklak di desa ujung batu III Kecamatan Hutaraja tinggi kabupaten Padang Lawas 3. Gambaran umum pendidikan agama anak dalam desa ujung batu III Kecamatan Hutaraja tinggi kabupaten Padang Lawas. Dari hasil penelitian di ketahui bahwa : 1. Cara orang tua dalam menanamkan nilai akhlak di desa ujung batu III suda cukup baik dalam penerapan nilai agamanya dan memberikan contoh langsung dan berdiskusi dengan anak mengenai perilaku yang sesuai dengan ajaran agama. 2. Faktor pendukung penanaman nilai ahklak di desa ujung batu III kecamatan Hutaraja tinggi kabupaten Padang Lawas yaitu sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, tersedianya media pembelajaran yang baik, kondisi anak yang semangat antusias dan siap belajar. 3. Keadaan pendidikan agama pada keluarga muslim di wilayah desa ujung batu III secara keseluruhan lebih efektif dalam mengimplementasikan nilai - nilai agama. Kata Kunci: Penanaman Pola Pikir Anak Tentang Akhlak, Keluarga Muslim, Desa Ujung Batu III Abstract His thesis discusses instilling children's mindsets in the context of morals in Ujung Batu III village, Hutaraja Tinggi subdistrict, Padang Lawas district. This research aims: 1. How parents instill moral values ​​in Ujung Batu III village, Hutaraja Tinggi subdistrict, Padang Lawas district 2 ‎To find out the supporting factors in instilling moral values ​​in the village of Ujung Batu III, Hutaraja Tinggi District, Padang Lawas Regency 3. General description of children's religious education in Ujung Batu III Village, Hutaraja Tinggi District, Padang Lawas Regency. From the research results, it is known that: 1. The way parents instill moral values ​​in the village of Ujung Batu III is quite good in applying religious values ​​and providing direct examples and discussing with children about behavior that is in accordance with religious teachings. 2. Supporting factors for cultivating moral values ​​in Ujung Batu III village, Hutaraja Tinggi subdistrict, Padang Lawas district, namely adequate facilities and infrastructure, the availability of good learning media, the condition of children who are enthusiastic and ready to learn. 3. The condition of religious education in Muslim families in the Ujung Batu III village area as a whole is more effective in implementing religious values. Abstract

A house yard is an open area around a residence. Even the smallest home garden can be utilized if it is managed well and will produce high-value vegetables. The problem that occurs today is that people leave empty land without managing it to produce high value. Therefore, to produce high-value vegetables, use limited land by cultivating vegetables using empty land belonging to one of the residents of Kampung Baru Village, Dusun Pagar Sari, this cultivation activity is called organic. As well as land use in organic vegetable farming which is more environmentally friendly. The aim of this article is to help the community's economy and produce a healthy environment by utilizing home gardens. The method used by this service is the method of socialization and planting training using the polybag technique, which includes preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The results obtained are that rural communities, especially housewives, gain experience and knowledge about organic vegetable cultivation techniques.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership style of the principal in improving the quality of teacher work at MTs Swasta Al-Fauzan Labuhanbatu in the 2024-2025 academic year. The focus of the study includes the form of leadership style applied, supporting and inhibiting factors, and the impact of this leadership on teacher performance. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, relying on interviews, observations, and the examination of documentation for data collection purposes. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, which is carried out by reviewing the existing data, then reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the principal applies a transformational and participatory leadership style, which is characterized by the ability to motivate teachers, create a conducive work environment, and involve teachers in decision making. Supporting factors include a harmonious relationship between the principal and teachers, as well as support from education personnel. The inhibiting factors include limited facilities and lack of professional training for teachers at the MTs. So it was found that the right leadership style of the principal greatly influences the improvement of the quality of teacher work. Therefore, communicative, inspiring leadership is needed, and is able to empower all elements of the school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application of the exemplary method in shaping the morals and character of grade VII students at SMP IT Ar Rojaq. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that teachers at SMP IT Ar Rojaq actively apply the exemplary method in the educational process, both through attitudes, speech, and real actions in everyday life in the school environment. The exemplary behavior shown by teachers includes aspects of discipline, honesty, responsibility, politeness, and social concern. From the results of statements given to students as many as 50 respondents, it was found that exemplary behavior had a very good effect of up to 90%. The impact of implementing this method can be seen in changes in student behavior that are better in terms of morals and character. Supporting factors for the success of implementing this exemplary method include teacher commitment, a conducive school environment, and ongoing character development. Thus, the exemplary method has proven to be effective as a strategy in shaping students' morals and character, and can be used as the main approach in education based on Islamic values

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk melakukan analisis kegiatan keagamaan terhadap moralitas siswa. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa pada MTs PP Addinussyarifiah Tanjung Makmur sebanyak 280. Sampel penelitian ditentukan berdasarkan teknik Non-Probability Sampling: Purposive Sampling (Sampling Bertujuan). Teknik ini memastikan bahwa kedua kelompok terwakili secara proporsional dalam sampel yang diambil. Peneliti memilih sampel (dalam hal ini, kelas VIII-3) karena kelas tersebut memiliki karakteristik tertentu secara spesifik kelas dengan tingkat keaktifan yang rendah dalam kegiatan keagamaan disekolah berdasarkan laporkan guru pembina. Sampel berjumlah 31 orang terdiri dari 13 orang laki-laki dan 18 orang perempuan. Hasil penelitian pengohaan pada normalitas data dapat kita ketahui bahwa nilai signifikan untuk variabel penanganan kenakalan siswa menggunakan strategi guru terlihat harga statistic untuk Shapiro – Wilk sebesar 0.937 dan p-value = 0.092 > 0.05 yang berarti memberi simpulan sama yaitu data berdistribusi normal. Hal ini berarti bahwa kedua variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian telah berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian diperoleh besar pengaruh berdasarkan adanya perbedaan mean = 41.127 yang berarti selisih skor moralitas siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah di terapkan kegiatan kegamaan. Harga positif bermakna setelah diberi penerapam kegiatan keagaman dalam penanganan moralitas siswa berdampak positif. Selanjutnya hasil terpenting dari table Paired Samples Test ini harga statistic t = 21.832 dengan db 28 dan angka sig atau p-value = 0.000 < 0.05 atau Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Kegiatan Keagamaan Terhadap Moralitas Siswa MTs PP Addinussyarifiah Tanjung Makmur.
