Abstract

Stress is an individual response to a stressor or trigger. Almost every individual has experienced a stressful condition or a certain pressure; the only difference is the trigger or stressor that causes it and the severity of the stress condition. In this study, seven grade X students experienced stress at one of the SMK N Batang; the causes of stress experienced by the students were different; some were caused by parental problems, demands from the family, inability to participate in learning, or being a victim of parental problems. The assessment conducted on these seven students used observation, interview, and psychological testing approaches. Based on the assessment results show that seven students experienced stress with different levels of severity using the DASS or Depression Anxiety Stress Scale test as a form of pretest before being given the intervention. The intervention in this study is to use mindfulness techniques to reduce the level of stress experienced by students. After the intervention process is given, the participants are seen again for their stress scores by giving a post-test. The post-test results showed a p-value of 0.018, and if the p-coefficient value is less than 0.05 or (p < 0.05), then it shows that the stress experienced by the participants is reduced with the provision of Mindfulness therapy.

Abstract

Di era modern ini, Digital marketing berkembang pesat dengan fitur-fitur menarik yang ada disetiap aplikasinya. Hal ini seimbang dengan berkembangnya smartphone yang kian menjangkau semua kalangan, dari remaja hingga orang tua. Akan tetapi ditengah berkembangnya smartphone, tidak diimbangi dengan pemanfaatan yang baik. Hal ini terjadi pada masyarakat desa Mojotengah,Kecamatan Reban, Kabupaten Batang. Mayoritas masyarakat desa memiliki smartphone yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media untuk penjualan jika mereka bisa memanfaatkannya. Penghasilan sehari-hari menggantungkan pada penjualan kopi dan teh yang mereka olah sendiri Tempat berjualan dilakukan di pasar tradisional dengan harga bersaing dengan satu sama lainnya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan secara langsung untuk memanfaatkan digital marketing sebagai media untuk memasarkan produk the dan kopi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini masyarakat dapat memahami pentingnya digital marketing dalam pemasaran produk dan masyarakat bisa memanfaatkan digital marketing sebagai media pemasaran produk mereka

Abstract

Adjustment disorder is a reaction in the form of excessive emotions or behavior to an event or change in life that causes stress. There are many triggers for adjustment disorders, and each individual has their own vulnerability factors such as the death of someone important in life, loss of a job, and many other factors. In this study, adjustment disorders were caused by many events in the subject's life that came together, including the loss of several family members due to exposure to the Covid-19 virus, requests from the school to transfer children to another school, and getting pressure to complete doctoral education from the campus. Several events experienced by the subject caused stress but the subject was unable to manage the emotions and stress he experienced properly. Based on the results of the assessment using observation, interviews, and psychological tests, it was found that the subject had an adjustment disorder. The intervention chosen in this study was adjusted to the conditions and symptoms experienced by the subject. The intervention given was empty chair therapy. In this intervention method, the subject is facilitated to express emotions that have been suppressed, because so far the subject has not been able to manage his emotions properly. Empty chair therapy also provides a dialogue space for the subject to talk to themselves, express what they feel, express what is their burden in the hope that the subject can find themselves again as before. The results of the intervention carried out stated that the results were very significant and had a good impact, the subject expressed that he felt more relieved and could get out of the introjection process.

Abstract

The excessive use of digital devices among children has triggered various psychosocial problems, ranging from digital addiction to behavioral deviations such as exposure to inappropriate content. The lack of digital literacy among parents and teachers exacerbates this situation, thereby requiring a contextualized innovation to address these challenges. This study aims to develop Batang Cerdas Digital, a digital literacy companion platform designed for parents and teachers to monitor and guide children's use of gadgets. The research applies a modified Research and Development (R&D) approach based on Borg and Gall’s model, focusing on five stages: needs analysis, initial product design, expert validation, product revision, and early dissemination. Data were collected through field observations, informal interviews, and community service activities involving parents and teachers in Batang Regency. The result of this study is a web-based application prototype featuring eight core functions, including screen time monitoring, content filtering, break reminders, digital agreement tools, and online consultations with professionals. This innovation is considered theoretically and practically effective, as it is developed based on real community needs, user participation, and supported by recent scholarly literature on digital literacy and child development. The application is expected to serve as a model for digital intervention to prevent behavioral disorders among children due to uncontrolled technology use. Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengevaluasi Qur’anic-Based Cognitive Therapy (QCT) sebagai pendekatan konseling Islami kontemporer yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai wahyu ke dalam teknik restrukturisasi kognitif. Berbeda dari pendekatan kuantitatif sebelumnya, artikel ini menggunakan metode literature review reflektif-kritis dengan fokus pada relevansi kultural QCT dalam konteks masyarakat Jawa modern. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun QCT memiliki kekuatan teoretis dan spiritual yang berbasis ayat Al-Qur’an, penerapannya masih minim mempertimbangkan sistem makna lokal. Budaya Jawa yang menjunjung nilai-nilai seperti nrimo, eling, dan harmoni batin memerlukan pendekatan terapi yang tidak hanya Islami dalam kontennya, tetapi juga kontekstual dalam penyampaiannya. Artikel ini merekomendasikan pengembangan model QCT yang adaptif budaya dan menyatukan aspek spiritual, kognitif, dan simbolik masyarakat lokal, serta menyerukan pentingnya kolaborasi lintas disiplin dalam pengembangan konseling Islami berbasis budaya.
