Abstract

Kelompok Ibu PKK di Desa Wisata Pulau Pahawang Lampung, mendapatkan manfaat dari kegiatan PKM pendampingan dan pelatihan literasi digital untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan SDM yang mereka miliki. Kurangnya pemahaman Ibu PKK dalam memanfaatkan digital sebagai alat atau media dalam mengembangkan dan mengelola SDMnya menjadi pendorong utama dalam kegiatan PKM tersebut. Tujuan dari PKM ini antara lain sebagai berikut: a) mendorong Ibu PKK lebih mahir dalam menggunakan Literasi digital; b) memberikan edukasi terutamaa bagi ibu-ibu PKK khususnya dan masyarakat desa wisata pulau pahawang pada umumnya, tentang bagaimana menggunakan literasi digital untuk mengembangkan dan mengelola SDMnya; c) Memberikan Pemahaman cara menggunakan Literasi Digital. Penyuluhan dan pelatihan merupakan sarana untuk mencapai tujuan PKM ini. Ceramah dan diskusi kelompok dimanfaatkan untuk menyajikan materi terkait pelatihan secara menyeluruh. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini sangat baik dan memuaskan. Salah satu unsur keberhasilan dilaksanakan secara efektif dalam kegiatan ini adalah tercapainya tujuan kegiatan, dan unsur lainnya adalah tercapainya tujuan materi yang dimaksud.

Abstract

Masalah yang terdapat dalam penelitian adalah kedai kopi kenangan masih kalah bersaing dengan kedai kopi yang lainnya serta kedai kopi kenangan masih kurang dalam mengamati perilaku konsumen paska pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data observasi, membagikan kuesioner, dan melakukan dokumentasi dalam mencari data. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh pemasaran relasional dan citra merk terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemasaran relasional (X1) terhadap loyalitas konsumen (Y) menunjukkan nilai thitung = 16,594 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (1,986) dengan tingkat sig. = 0,05. Hal ini berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada kedai kopi kenangan secara parsial pemasaran relasional berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Variabel citra merk (X2) terhadap loyalitas konsumen (Y) menunjukkan nilai thitung = 14,844 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel = (1.986) dengan tingkat sig. = 0,05. Hal ini berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial citra merk berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada kedai kopi kenangan. Berdasarkan hasil uji nilai Fhitung yang diperoleh adalah 145,696 > Ftabel = 3,859 dan tingkat kemaknaan secara serentak sig F adalah 0,000. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama (simultan) variabel bebas penelitian (pemasaran relasional dan citra merk) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (loyalitas konsumen)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peningkatan kompetensi SDM UMKM dalam inovasi produk batik studi pada UMKM batik Siger Kecamatan Kemiling Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, sedangkan jumlah responden yang di ambil adalah 47 Orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peningkatan kompetensi SDM UMKM batik Siger telah berdampak positif terhadap inovasi produk batik Siger. Hal ini terlihat dari meningkatnya jumlah motif batik Siger, meningkatnya penggunaan bahan-bahan baru dalam pembuatan batik Siger, dan meningkatnya penggunaan teknologi baru dalam proses produksi batik Siger. Inovasi produk batik Siger ini telah meningkatkan daya saing batik Siger di pasar global. Hal ini terlihat dari meningkatnya permintaan batik Siger dari berbagai negara. Selain itu, pelaku UMKM batik juga perlu meningkatkan motivasi dan kreativitas mereka dalam menghasilkan produk batik yang inovatif.

Abstract

For a long time, many nations have struggled with the intricate issue of income disparity. Income inequality is a problem in a number of Indonesian provinces. Disparities in the economic well-being of a community are the root cause of income inequality. Income inequality in Lampung Province from 2019 to 2023 is the target of this research, which tries to pin down the relationship between GRDP per capita, HDI, and TPAK. The study makes use of panel data and quantitative approaches. Fifteen districts and cities in Lampung Province provide 75 samples for the panel data, which includes time series data from 2019 to 2023 as well as cross-sectional data. The following statistical methods are used in data analysis: F-test, t-test, coefficient of determination assessment, multiple linear regression, and classical assumption testing. The results show that from 2023 to 2029, the following variables have a significant impact on Income Distribution Inequality in Lampung Province: Gross Regional Domestic Product per capita, Human Development Index, and Labor Force Participation Rate. Income Inequality in Lampung Province 2019–2023, to a lesser extent, is affected by GRDP Percapita. Income Inequality in Lampung Province 2019–2023, to a lesser extent but still significantly, is affected by the Human Development Index. From 2019 to 2023, the income inequality in Lampung Province is affected, to a lesser but considerable extent, by the labor force participation rate.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to examine whether professionalism, work culture, and competence, both partially and simultaneously, significantly influenced the quality of service at the Lampung Province Personnel and Training Agency. Methodology: This study employed a survey method using questionnaires as the main research instrument. The population consisted of 13,906 Civil Servants (PNS) who were service recipients at the Lampung Province Personnel and Training Agency Office (Central Statistics Agency of Lampung Province, 2024). A proportional random sampling technique was applied, and the data were analyzed using multiple regression to test the partial and simultaneous effects. The independent variables were professionalism (X1), work culture (X2), and competence (X3), and the dependent variable was service quality (Y). Results: The findings show that professionalism, work culture, and competence positively and significantly affect service quality. Moreover, when tested simultaneously, these three variables significantly improved service quality, thereby confirming all the proposed hypotheses. Conclusion: The study concludes that professionalism, supportive work culture, and competence are crucial for improving public service quality in the Lampung Province Personnel and Training Agency. Limitations: This study is limited to cross-sectional data and a single agency, restricting generalization. Future research should apply longitudinal and comparative approaches across different government institutions. Contribution: This research provides theoretical evidence of the determinants of service quality in regional institutions and offers practical guidance for policymakers in developing training, organizational culture, and competency-building programs.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Hospital information systems have the potential to improve individual health outcomes, improve health care provider performance, and minimize costs. Improving the quality of health services is influenced by four main aspects, including other people, processes, policies and infrastructure. One of these aspects is realized by a hospital information system which is designed to make hospital business processes responsive, efficient and effective. In this thesis "Analysis of the Implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) on the Quality of Services at the Mesuji Health Center Hospital". The data collection techniques in this research are: In-depth interviews, FGD and Observation, based on information obtained after conducting in-depth interviews with patients regarding the Quality of SIMRS The outpatient waiting time is going well. The maximum outpatient waiting time is 60 minutes. So far there is no more than 60 minutes. Because service to outpatients is number 1. So far, there have been no complaints from patients using waiting time with SIMRS. The problem in the outpatient room that has occurred is the waiting time where the staff quickly prepares by first inputting the data manually then if there are no more disturbances it can be done using SIMRS. So, it doesn't hinder the waiting time process in outpatient care. Keywords: Hospital, Simrs, Outpatient Waiting Time, Quality  ABSTRAK Sistem informasi rumah sakit mempunyai potensi untuk meningkatkan hasil kesehatan individu, meningkatkan kinerja penyedia layanan kesehatan, dan meminimalkan biaya. Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan  dipengaruhi oleh empat aspek utama, antara lain manusia, proses, kebijakan, dan infrastruktur. Aspek tersebut salah satunya diwujudkan dengan sistem informasi rumah sakit yang dirancang untuk menjadikan proses bisnis rumah sakit responsif, efisien, dan efektif. Dalam Thesis ini “Analisis Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) Terhadap Mutu Pelayanan RS Mesuji Healthcare Center”.Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu: In-depth interview, FGD dan Observasi,  Berdasarkan informasi yang didapat setelah melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan pasien mengenai Kualitas SIMRS Terhadap Waktu Tunggu Rawat Jalan berjalan dengan baik Waktu tunggu rawat jalan maksimal 60 menit sejauh ini tidak ada lebih dari 60 menit. Karena pelayanan terhadap pasien rawat jalan itu nomor 1. Selama ini penggunaan waktu tunggu dengan simrs pasien tidak ada komplain dari pasien. Untuk kendala pada ruang rawat jalan yang pernah terjadi adalah waktu tunggu dimana staff dengan cepat mempersiapkan dengan cara menginput terlebih dahulu data dengan manual kemudian jika sudah tidak ada lagi gangguan maka dapat dilakukan dengan SIMRS. Abstract

Perkembangan sektor transportasi publik yang semakin dinamis menuntut perusahaan tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek operasional, tetapi juga perhatian serius pada pengelolaan sumber daya manusia guna menjaga kualitas layanan dan keberlanjutan organisasi. Dalam konteks ini, kepuasan kerja karyawan menjadi faktor kunci karena berkaitan dengan kinerja, loyalitas, dan produktivitas karyawan. Kondisi kerja tidak seimbang serta beban kerja berlebihan berpotensi menurunkan tingkat kepuasan kerja, khususnya pada perusahaan transportasi publik yang memiliki tuntutan kerja tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh work–life balance dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Damri Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori untuk menjelaskan hubungan kausal antarvariabel. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh karyawan PT. Damri Lampung, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner terstruktur yang disusun berdasarkan indikator-indikator variabel penelitian. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh parsial dan simultan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work–life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik keseimbangan antara kehidupan kerja dan kehidupan pribadi, semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan. Sebaliknya, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja yang berlebihan dapat menurunkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Secara simultan, work–life balance dan beban kerja terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Damri Lampung. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berorientasi pada keseimbangan kerja dan pengendalian beban kerja guna meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan di sektor transportasi publik.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the influence of good corporate governance—comprising institutional ownership, the board of directors, the board of commissioners, independent commissioners, and the audit committee—on financial distress, with financial performance as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020–2024. Research Methodology: A quantitative approach using secondary data from the financial reports of 15 manufacturing companies over five years (75 samples) was applied. Purposive sampling was used, and data were analyzed to test both the direct and indirect effects of corporate governance components on financial distress through financial performance. Results: The findings show that all corporate governance components simultaneously affect financial distress. Specifically, institutional ownership, the board of commissioners, and the audit committee negatively and significantly influence financial distress, both directly and via financial performance. Meanwhile, the board of directors and independent commissioners positively and significantly affect financial distress, both directly and through financial performance. Conclusions: Good corporate governance plays a significant role in shaping financial distress, and financial performance acts as an important mediating mechanism. Certain governance elements can either mitigate or exacerbate financial distress depending on their influence. Limitations: This study is limited to manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and focuses on selected governance indicators, excluding external economic or industry-specific factors. Contribution: The study provides empirical evidence on the role of corporate governance in financial distress and highlights the mediating function of financial performance, offering practical guidance for managers and investors to improve governance structures and enhance firm stability and performance.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines how business capital, financial management, and marketing technology affect MSME performance in Kotabumi, North Lampung, highlighting their strategic economic role and the challenges they face in sustaining and developing their businesses. Methodology: This research uses a quantitative survey approach by distributing questionnaires to MSME actors. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of business capital, financial management, and marketing technology on MSME performance. Result: The findings indicate that business capital, financial management, and marketing technology positively and significantly influence MSME performance, both partially and simultaneously. This result highlights the essential role of capital accessibility, managerial financial capability, and the effective utilization of marketing technology in enhancing competitiveness and sustainability. Conclusion: The study concludes that strengthening financial resources, improving financial literacy, and optimizing the use of marketing technology are crucial strategies for MSMEs to improve performance and sustain growth. Limitation: The research is limited to MSMEs in Kotabumi, North Lampung, and uses a survey method with a relatively small sample size, which may reduce the generalizability of findings to other regions or contexts. Contribution: This study highlights how capital, financial management, and marketing technology jointly enhance MSME performance, offering valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners to design targeted empowerment strategies that strengthen local economic resilience.
