Meranti district community consists of a variety of ethnic groups, including Melayu, Tiong hoa, Minang, and others. One of the tribes that still exists in Meranti district is Asli Tribe. Asli Tribe has numerous arts that flourish and develop in their culture. The art that exists in Asli Tribe is Joget Bontek dance, Joget Bontek is a dance of joy and entertainment that is usually performed at wedding receptions, circumsicion ceremonies, welcoming guests, and others. Joget Bontek dance is comprised of dance movements, floor patterns, music, dynamics, themes, makeup and costumes that combined, make Joget Bontek dance become more interisting. To obtain accurate and precise data, the author uses analysis descriptive method using qualitative data. Data collection techniques in this research using non-participan observations, guided interviews, documentation using camera to take photographs and recordings of Joget Bontek dance in an effort to strengthen the research results obtained from secondary sources.

Aims:: Knowing the factors associated with the practice of early complementary feeding with the nutritional status of infants aged 7 to 23 months in Sipayung Village, Cipanas District, Lebak Regency. Method: A cross-sectional design was used for quantitative and analytical study. A purposive sampling method was used to choose 51 mothers with babies between the ages of 7 and 23 months as the study sample. A questionnaire was used as the study tool. The square test was used to look at the primary data. Result: The single-variable study showed that 82.4% of infants had good nutrition and 72.5% of those who were given MP ASI did so correctly. The bivariate analysis showed that there was a link between the number of times MP-ASI was given, the age at which it was first given, how often it was given, how consistently it was given, and the infant's nutritional status (p value = 0.000). Conclusion: The practice of giving MP-ASI has to do with how well babies ages 7 to 23 months are eating. Mothers of babies should always pay attention to how, how often, and how much they feed their babies as they get older. This includes the form, frequency, and amount of food. The mother of the baby can also regularly weigh her child at the posyandu

Salah satu bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses politik adalah pemilihan umum (pemilu). Sistem pemilihan umum merupakan salah satu instrumen kelembagaan penting di dalam negara demokrasi. Partai politik merupakan bagian dari sistem demokrasi dan partai politik memegang peranan penting dalam terwujudnya kehidupan demokrasi. Partai politik juga memiliki tanggung jawab untuk memajukan kesejahteraan rakyat dengan mengadvokasi kepentingan mereka dan menjadikannya sebagai kebijakan publik. Dalam perkembangannya partai politik dipandang sebagai media yang cukup representative dalam menentukan kebijakan publik. Semakin populer suatu partai maka makin meningkatkan elektabilitasnya menjelang pemilihan umum dengan tujuan memenuhi kriteria keterpilihan dan popularitas yang tinggi. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan elektabilitas adalah melakukan kampanye. Penelitian menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner kepada 150 responden. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan alat statistik menggunakan program SPSS, memperlihatkan citra partai dan kampanye berpengaruh positif terhadap niat untuk memilih calon legislatif.

Kelurahan Kambo merupakan salah satu lokasi wisata yang ada di kota Palopo. Hal ini mendorong berdirinya sejumlah UMKM di berbagai sektor baik perdagangan, kuliner maupun jasa. Pelaku UMKM belum memiliki keahlian dalam Menyusun Laporan keuangan yang baik sehingga sulit untuk mendapatkan pinjaman modal untuk mengembangkan usahnya. Karena itu sangat diperlukan usaha untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan literasi mengenai pentingnya penyusunan laporan keuangan dan meningkatkan skill /kemampuan para pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Kambo Kota Palopo dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan khusunya yang berbasis android. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah Asset Based Community-Driven Development (ABCD) yang meliputi 5 tahapan yaitu Discovery, Dream, Design, Define dan Destiny. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah 15 Pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Kambo. Adapun bentuk kegiatan berupa pelatihan interaktif, dan pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan digital berbasis android menggunakan aplikasi Si APIK BI. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi digitalisasi pasar tradisional dalam mendukung pengembangan UMKM lokal di Pasar Talang Padang. Pemilihan topik ini penting mengingat peran pasar tradisional dalam perekonomian lokal yang semakin terancam oleh modernisasi. Metode yang digunakan mencakup observasi, wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan, dan pelaksanaan bazar UMKM yang melibatkan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan dan transaksi, dengan 15 dari 36 UMKM yang berpartisipasi tetap beroperasi setelah bazar. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya digitalisasi dan kolaborasi antara stakeholder untuk keberlanjutan pasar tradisional di era digital. Oleh karena itu penguatan strategi pemasaran digital sangat krusial bagi keberlangsungan ekonomi lokal.

The financial behavior of civil servants is often influenced by lifestyle and social environment, as well as low financial literacy. This study aims to understand the relationship between these factors and financial behavior. The research used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires to 100 civil servant respondents, which were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results showed that lifestyle has a significant positive effect on financial literacy and financial behavior. The social environment also contributes significantly to financial literacy and financial behavior. Financial literacy serves as a mediator that strengthens the influence of lifestyle and social environment on financial behavior. This study concludes that improving financial literacy, which is influenced by lifestyle and social environment, can improve the financial behavior of civil servants. Therefore, it is important for civil servants to adopt a more responsible lifestyle and improve access to and understanding of financial literacy.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak manajemen pemasaran politik dan investasi terhadap perekonomian, dengan fokus pada pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Melalui analisis literatur dan studi pustaka, penelitian ini membahas lebih dalam tentang bagaimana faktor-faktor politik, termasuk stabilitas politik, kebijakan publik, dan intervensi politik dalam institusi ekonomi memengaruhi kinerja ekonomi suatu negara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pemasaran politik yang baik dan kebijakan publik yang konsisten mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan, sementara ketidakpastian politik dan intervensi politik yang tidak stabil dapat mengganggu stabilitas ekonomi suatu negara. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya reformasi kebijakan politik untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi jangka panjang dan stabilitas finansial, dengan adanya investasi maka pertumbuhan ekonomi negara akan meningkat karena banyak para investor yang akan ber-investasi. Modal-modal dari investor tersebut nantinya akan ditujukan untuk proses produksi, sehingga akan menghasilkan barang dan jasa yang tentunya dapat digunakan oleh seluruh masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi perlunya sinergi antara manajemen pemasaran politik yang stabil dan berkelanjutan dengan kebijakan investasi yang berorientasi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi, untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

This study investigated the effectiveness of the Multi-Representation Discourse (DMR) learning model in improving students’ mathematical problem-solving skills and self-confidence. A quasi-experimental pretest–posttest control group design was applied to 55 students selected through cluster random sampling from a population of 194. Data were collected using observation sheets, problem-solving tests, and self-confidence questionnaires, and analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics. The results revealed that the DMR model was effectively implemented and significantly enhanced both mathematical problem-solving abilities and self-confidence compared to conventional instruction. Beyond its practical effectiveness, this study contributes to the theoretical discourse by demonstrating the value of multi-representation integration in mathematics learning, and provides empirical evidence that discourse-oriented strategies can strengthen both cognitive and affective outcomes. These findings underscore the potential of the DMR model as a pedagogical innovation for advancing mathematics education.

This study aims to determine the market share of Minimarkets and Grocery stores in Palopo city today as well as on the state of Equilibrium. The data analysis used in this study is Markov chain analysis. The Makrov process in this study is used to determine the selection of shopping places for future periods depending on the selection of shopping places in one previous period, as well as to forecast the rate at which a brand will gain or lose customers. In addition, Markov chains are also used to determine future equilibrium conditions. The results show the Market Share of shopping places in Palopo city today is as follows: Grocery stores (68%) then Indomaret (14%) and alfamart (10%). Next in line is Alfamidi (10.%), and finally other places (3%). In addition, the predicted market share of shopping places in Palopo city in the future is: Grocery stores (60%) then Indomaret (17%) and alfamart (8%). Next in line is Alfamidi (5.%), and finally other places (11%). The results of this research can be used by the government as a basis for making policies on permits for the establishment of minimarkets in Palopo City
