Abstract

Abstrak. Employee Performances are work results that can be achieved by employees in a company, in accordance with their respective authorities and responsibilities. One of the conditions that affect employee performances is the ability to resolve work family conflicts. This study aims to: 1) Find out how work family conflict works at PT Indoplast Footwear Indonesia. 2) Knowing how employee performances are at PT Indoplast Footwear Indonesia. 3) Knowing the magnitude of the effect of work family conflict on female employee performances in the production division of the sewing division at PT. Indoplast Footwear Indonesia. This research method is descriptive verification research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was obtained by probability sampling method. Data for the study population were 180 female employees and 64 female employees were obtained as the research sample.The results showed that the work family conflict of female employees in the production division of the sewing division at PT. Indoplast Footwear Indonesia has a significant effect on employee performances. The magnitude of the influence of work-family conflict on employee performance is relatively low at 25.4%. This means that the lower the work-family conflict, the higher the employee's performance. Abstract. Employee Performances merupakan hasil kerja yang dapat dicapai oleh karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan, sesuai dengan wewenang dan tanggung jawabnya masing-masing. Salah satu kondisi yang mempengaruhi employee performances adalah kemampuan untuk menyelesaikan work family conflict. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui bagaimana work family conflict di PT Indoplas Footwear Indonesia. 2) Mengetahui mengetahui bagaimana employee performances di PT Indoplas Footwear Indonesia. 3) Mengetahui besarnya pengaruh work family conflict terhadap employee performances wanita Bagian produksi divisi sewing di PT. Indoplas Footwear Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif verifikantif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan metode probability sampling. Data populasi penelitian sebanyak 180 karyawan wanita dan diperoleh 64 karyawan wanita sebagai sampel penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa work family conflict karyawan wanita Bagian produksi divisi sewing di PT. Indoplas Footwear Indonesia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performances. Besarnya pengaruh Work-family conflict terhadap kinerja karyawan relatif rendah yakni sebesar 25,4% Artinya semakin rendah work family conflict maka akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract. This research is related to how the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance at PT. Abbasy Cipta Mandiri. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of reward on employee performance partially, the effect of punishment on employee performance partially, and the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance at PT. Abbasy Cipta Mandiri simultaneously. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The data collection method in this study used questionnaire questionnaires. The subjects of the study used a sample of 61 respondents, the sampling technique with saturated sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained based on respondents answers to questionnaires distributed by researchers to employees at PT. Abbasy Cipta Mandiri. Data processing using SPSS Software version 25. The results showed that partial rewards did not have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abbasy Cipta Mandiri with a significant value on the t test of 0.725 greater than 0.05 while punishment partially has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abbasy Cipta Mandiri with a significance value on the t test of 0.030 is smaller than 0.05. And simultaneously both have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value on the f test of 0.021 smaller than 0.05. Abstrak. Penelitian ini terkait dengan bagaimana pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Abbasy Cipta Mandiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial, pengaruh punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial, dan pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Abbasy Cipta Mandiri secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket kuesioner. Subyek penelitian mengunakan sampel sebanyak 61 responden, teknik pengambilan sampelnya dengan sampling jenuh. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh berdasarkan jawaban responden terhadap angket yang dibagikan peneliti kepada karyawan di PT. Abbasy Cipta Mandiri. Pengolahan data menggunakan Software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa reward secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Abbasy Cipta Mandiri dengan nilai signifikasi pada uji t 0,725 lebih besar dari 0,05 sementara punishment secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Abbasy Cipta Mandiri dengan nilai signifikasi pada uji t 0,030 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dan secara simultan keduanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikasi pada uji f 0,021 lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

Abstract. This research is related to the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Raudhatul Muna in Tasikmalaya Regency, The purpose of this research is to find out how leadership is, how organizational culture is, how employee performance is, the influence of leadership on employee performance, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, and the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Raudhatul Muna simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data collection method in this research uses a questionnaire. The research subjects used a sample of 50 respondents. The sampling technique was saturated sampling. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained based on respondents' answers to a questionnaire distributed by researchers to employees at PT. Raudhatul Muna. Data processing uses SPSS software version 23. The research results show that leadership has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at PT. Raudhatul Muna with a significance value in the t test of 0.983 greater than 0.05 while organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Raudhatul Muna with a significance value in the t test of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. And together (simultaneously) both have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value in the f test of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Abstrak. Penelitian ini terkait dengan bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Raudhatul Muna di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan, bagaimana budaya organisasi, bagaimana kinerja karyawan, pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Raudhatul Muna secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket kuesioner. Subjek penelitian menggunakan sampel sebanyak 50 responden, Teknik pengambilan sampelnya dengan sampling jenuh. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh berdasarkan jawaban responden terhadap angket yang dibagikan peneliti kepada karyawan di PT. Raudhatul Muna. Pengolahan data menggunakan Software SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Raudhatul Muna dengan nilai signifikasi pada uji t 0,983 lebih besar dari 0,05 sementara budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Raudhatul Muna dengan nilai signifikasi pada uji t 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dan secara Bersama-sama (simultan) keduanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikasi pada uji f 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

Abstract. BPPD Kota Bandung, as a government institution, requires human resources support to ensure optimal public service performance. Leadership style and work discipline are key factors in measuring employee job satisfaction. This study aims to: 1) Assess the leadership style at BPPD Kota Bandung; 2) Examine employee work discipline at BPPD Kota Bandung; 3) Measure employee job satisfaction at BPPD Kota Bandung; 4) Analyze the impact of leadership style on employee job satisfaction; 5) Evaluate the impact of work discipline on employee job satisfaction; 6) Investigate the simultaneous effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee job satisfaction at BPPD Kota Bandung. The research uses a descriptive and verificative approach with data analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Probability sampling was employed, with 70 employees participating as respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire. The results indicate: 1) Leadership style is categorized as high, indicating effective application; 2) Work discipline is also categorized as high, showing proper implementation; 3) Employee job satisfaction is categorized as high; 4) Leadership style has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction; 5) Work discipline has a positive and significant impact; 6) Both leadership style and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction. Abstrak. BPPD Kota Bandung, sebagai institusi pemerintah, memerlukan dukungan sumber daya manusia untuk memastikan kinerja pelayanan publik yang optimal. Gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja adalah faktor kunci dalam mengukur kepuasan kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menilai gaya kepemimpinan di BPPD Kota Bandung; 2) Mengkaji disiplin kerja pegawai di BPPD Kota Bandung; 3) Mengukur kepuasan kerja pegawai di BPPD Kota Bandung; 4) Menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; 5) Menilai pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; 6) Menginvestigasi pengaruh simultan gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di BPPD Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah probability sampling dengan 70 responden pegawai. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Gaya kepemimpinan dikategorikan tinggi, menandakan penerapan yang baik; 2) Disiplin kerja juga dikategorikan tinggi, menunjukkan penerapan yang sesuai; 3) Kepuasan kerja pegawai dikategorikan tinggi; 4) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; 5) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan; 6) Gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai.

Abstract

Abstract. In the process, the business world must pay attention to the importance of human resource management (HR) for productivity. Of course, HR management must pay attention to the fairness provided by the company or organization and the facilities provided to its employees. The relationship between justice and the facilities provided for employee productivity is closely related to the theory of HR Management. This research has three main objectives, namely to partially determine the influence of reward and punishment on employee productivity, the impact of perceived organizational support on productivity partially, and the influence of reward and punishment, and perceived organizational support on productivity simultaneously. Kasum Cilacap Restaurant was used as the object of this research, and as many as 40 employees were used as subjects in this research which were then processed statistically with the help of the IBM SPSS Version 26.0 application. This research uses a regression test to find partial effects and an F test to find simultaneous effects. The results of this research indicate that there is a simultaneous influence of reward and punishment on employee productivity and perceptions of organizational support for employees. In addition, it was found that there was a partial influence on reward and punishment, and perceptions of organizational support on employee productivity. Abstrak. Dunia bisnis dalam prosesnya haruslah memperhatikan pentingnya manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) untuk produktivitasnya. Tentunya dalam manajemen SDM harus memperhatikan keadilan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan atau organisasi, dan fasilitas apa yang diberikan kepada karyawannya. Keterkaitan antara keadilan dan fasilitas yang diberikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan sangat terkait dengan teori Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Penelitian ini memiliki tiga tujuan utama yaitu mengetahui pengaruh reward and punishment terhadap produktivitas karyawan secara parsial, pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap produktivitas secara parsial, dan pengaruh reward and punishment, dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap produktivitas secara simultan. Rumah Makan Kasum Cilacap dijadikan objek dalam penelitian ini, dan sebanyak 40 karyawan dijadikan sebagai subjek dalam penelitian ini yang kemudian diolah secara statistik dengan bantuan applikasi IBM SPSS Versi 26.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi dalam mencari pengaruh secara parsial dan uji F dalam mencari pengaruh secara simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh secara simultan pada reward and punishment terhadap produktivitas karyawan, dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap karyawan. Selain itu, ditemui bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara parsial pada reward and punishment, dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract. Shopee is one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia that offers user-friendly features, various attractive promotions, and reliable services. The platform's popularity attracts numerous visitors, making it the preferred choice for online shoppers. This study investigates the impact of content marketing and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions among Shopee users in the fashion segment in Bandung City. The research employed a quantitative method using a survey approach. The study population consisted of Shopee users in Bandung City selected through a purposive sampling technique. A total of 100 respondents were surveyed using an online questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that content marketing significantly influences purchasing decisions partially, electronic word of mouth also significantly influences purchasing decisions partially, and both content marketing and electronic word of mouth collectively significantly influence purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace.

Abstract

This service is motivated by the abundance of natural resources owned by Cilentung Village, Pandeglang Regency. One of the main commodities is coconut where Cilentung Village is the top 10 supplier of coconuts in Pandeglang Regency. However, the utilization of coconuts has not been fully optimized by the local community because they only sell young coconuts to the city and the waste in the form of coconut fiber and shells is brought back to the village. So if left alone it will pollute the surrounding environment. The method of this service is a demonstration of the use of a pyrolysis machine to produce liquid smoke which has many benefits and high selling value. The results of the service stated that there was an increase in the skills of farmer groups by 84% and an increase in production by 85% because farmer groups can use pyrolysis machines to process coconut waste into derivative products in the form of liquid smoke.
