Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran work engagement sebagai variabel intervening pada pengaruh person organization fit dan person job fit terhadap turnover intention di PT.XYZ Sidoarjo. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 82 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan alat statistik SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa person organization fit tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, person job fit berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Work engagement berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama person organization fit, person job fit, work engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Dan secara tidak langsung person organization fit berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention melalui work engagement. Person job fit secara tidak langsung berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention melalui work engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasaan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada PT.X Sidoarjo. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 82 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan alat statistik SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Kepuasaan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Komitmen organisasi dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh budaya organisasi. Komitmen organisasi dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh kepuasaan kerja. Komitmen organisasi dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh organizational citizenship behavior. Sedangkan secara tidak langsung budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan secara tidak langsung kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh work family conflict dan work overload terhadap job performance dengan burnout sebagai variabel intervening pada pegawai puskesmas Wonoayu Sidoarjo. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 53 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan alat statistik SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Work Family Conflict berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap Job Performance. Work Overload berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap Job Performance. Work Family Conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Burnout. Work Overload berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Burnout. Burnout tidak berpengaruh terhadap Job Performance. Work family conflict secara tidak langsung berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap job performance melalui burnout. Work overload secara tidak langsung berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap job performance melalui burnout.

Abstract

When employee needs are met at work, job satisfaction will arise. Where job satisfaction is a state of happy emotions or positive emotions that come from an assessment of one's work or experience. With high job satisfaction, it will improve employee performance towards the organization where they work. Performance is the result of an employee's actions in carrying out the role given by the organization, both quantity and quality in accordance with the responsibilities given. For the Islamic banking industry, knowledge sharing is very important because it allows staff members to exchange knowledge, skills and experiences. By sharing ideas and knowledge the Islamic banking sector can stimulate innovation in its products and services that comply with sharia principles. This can help the banking sector to remain relevant and compete in the growing Islamic finance market. This study aims to determine the mediating role of job satisfaction on employee performance which is influenced by knowledge sharing and creativity value. This research is a quantitative study with SEM-PLS as a data analysis method with the Smart PLS 3.0 tool. Consists of 50 research sample respondents. The results showed that knowledge sharing, creativity value, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, knowledge sharing and creativity value have a positive and significant influence on employee performance of BSI Bank KCP Sidoarjo employees through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Belanja online telah berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, dengan platform e-commerce seperti Shopee menjadi salah satu platform dominan di pasar.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen di Shopee, khususnya kualitas iklan, harga, dan kualitas layanan.Pendekatan kuantitatif melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui survei online terhadap pengguna aktif Shopee. Analisis regresi digunakan untuk menilai pengaruh relatif variabel-variabel tersebut terhadap perilaku belanja online. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pengelola e-commerce untuk meningkatkan strategi periklanan, menetapkan harga yang wajar, meningkatkan kualitas layanan, dan meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas pelanggan di Shopee

Abstract

Human resources are one of the company's most valuable assets. The balance of human resources should not be taken lightly, because this is the first step in human resource planning to create quality human resources. This research aims to determine the effect of person job fit compensation and work environment on job satisfaction at PT. Dian Mega Kurnia. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this research is all employees at PT. Dian Mega Kurnia, totaling 120 employees. Based on the results of research conducted at PT. Dian Mega Kurnia, researchers know that there is a positive and significant influence of the compensation variable (X1) Person job fit (X2) and work environment (X3) on the job satisfaction variable (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji dan memahami pengaruh dari Viral Marketing, brand ambassador, brand trust, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada short live tiktok shop. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini seluruh masyarakat yang pernah membeli produk di live tiktok shop yang jumlah tepatnya tidak diketahui, dijadikan sebagai populasi pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini dengan melalui observasi dan menyebarkan kuisioner yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi software SmartPLS

Abstract

This study aims to determine and measure how much influence the work environment, rewards and punishments have on work loyalty of J&T Express Jemundo Expedition Employees, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study is a quantitative study using an explanatory research approach. The population of the study includes all employees of the J&T Express Jemundo expedition company, with a total of 123 employees. The sampling process was carried out using probability sampling techniques. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of observation and distributing questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. This study uses the SPSS analysis method. Based on the results of data analysis carried out on the four hypotheses in this study, it can be concluded that the variables of the Work Environment, Rewards, and Punishment partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee work loyalty.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of the work environment, communication, and motivation on employee performance at PT. Harapan Sejahtera Karya Utama's production department. Utilizing quantitative methods and a sample of 169 employees, data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 22. Results indicate that these factors individually and collectively influence employee performance significantly. Specific aspects such as lighting, security, clear communication, teamwork, achievement rewards, career opportunities, and a sense of belonging positively affect performance. The findings underscore the importance of creating supportive work environments and implementing motivational strategies to enhance productivity and product quality, ultimately benefiting organizational success and profitability. Recommendations include aligning job roles with employee abilities to uphold product quality and increase company profits. Highlights: 1. Abstract

This study investigates how social restrictions, online marketing, and product bundling influence consumer behavior in purchasing McDonald's products in Sidoarjo. Surveying 108 consumers, data were analyzed using SPSS 20 with various statistical tests. Results indicate that social restrictions have a mixed but not significant impact, while online marketing and product bundling both significantly and positively affect consumer behavior. The findings underscore the effectiveness of online marketing and product bundling strategies in engaging consumers and boosting sales during the pandemic. Highlights: 1.
