Abstract

Abstrak Studi ini fokus pada perancangan dan implementasi sistem informasi booking room pada hotelier dengan tujuan membangun solusi yang efisien, handal, dan user-friendly. Sistem ini menggabungkan kemudahan penggunaan dengan aksesibilitas yang lebih luas, menghubungkan tamu dengan berbagai pilihan hotel, fasilitas, dan harga yang sesuai dengan preferensi mereka. Melalui sistem ini, tamu hotel dapat menelusuri informasi penting seperti jenis kamar yang tersedia, fasilitas yang ditawarkan, lokasi hotel, foto-foto kamar dan fasilitas, serta ulasan dari tamu sebelumnya. Selain memberikan manfaat bagi tamu hotel, sistem informasi booking room juga memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi manajemen hotel. Dengan adanya sistem ini, manajemen dapat mengelola inventaris kamar secara efisien, menjadikan proses reservasi lebih teratur, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional secara keseluruhan. Data yang terkumpul melalui sistem informasi ini juga dapat memberikan wawasan berharga dalam mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran, mengidentifikasi tren permintaan, dan meningkatkan kepuasan tamu. Namun, pembuatan dan implementasi sistem informasi booking room bukanlah tugas yang mudah. Setiap hotel memiliki kebutuhan dan tantangan operasional yang unik, sehingga sistem ini harus dirancang dan dikembangkan dengan hati-hati, mempertimbangkan semua faktor tersebut. Dengan studi ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi yang efisien, handal, dan user-friendly untuk membantu hotel memaksimalkan layanan mereka dan mencapai tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang lebih tinggi. In the ever-evolving digital era, technological transformation has had a significant impact on the hospitality sector. The process of booking hotel rooms has evolved from the use of telephone or direct visits to hotel locations to easy and fast online booking through information systems. The hotel room booking information system is an innovative platform that makes it easy for hotel guests to search, select, and book rooms in an efficient and effective way.This study focuses on the design and implementation of a hotelier room booking information system with the aim of building an efficient, reliable, and user-friendly solution. The system combines ease of use with wider accessibility, connecting guests with a wide selection of hotels, facilities, and prices that match their preferences. Through this system, hotel guests can browse important information such as the types of rooms available, facilities offered, hotel location, photos of rooms and facilities, and reviews from previous guests. In addition to providing benefits for hotel guests, the room booking information system also provides significant benefits for hotel management. With this system, management can manage room inventory efficiently, make the reservation process more organized, and improve overall operational efficiency. The data collected through this information system can also provide valuable insights in optimizing marketing strategies, identifying demand trends, and improving guest satisfaction.However, the creation and implementation of a room booking information system is not an easy task. Each hotel has unique operational needs and challenges, so this system must be carefully designed and developed, considering all these factors. With this study, it is expected to provide an efficient, reliable, and user-friendly solution to help hotels maximize their services and achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction. Abstract

This article aims to discuss the internalization of educational moral values ​​through religious extracurricular activities at SMP N 1 Bodeh for all. This study aims to analyze religious extracurricular activities at SMP N 1 Bodeh about educational moral values, to examine the strategies adopted in internalizing educational moral values ​​through religious extracurricular activities at SMP N 1 Bodeh, to investigate the implications of internalizing educational moral values ​​through religious extracurricular at SMP N 1 Bodeh.? The type of research was field research. The method used a qualitative. The findings of this study indicate that religious extracurriculars related to educational moral values ​​are the customs such as reading an asmaul husna, dhuha prayer, zuhr prayer, tahfidzul Qur'an ( tajweed, makharij al letters, imla' and memorizing the Qur'an) , the practice of tambourine keys, and studying scriptures (aqidatul lay, syu'aibul faith, akhlaqul banin), speeches and other activities such as mawlid al-nabi, pilgrimage, and other activities . The internalization strategy of educational moral values ​​through religious extracurriculars at SMP N 1 Bodeh, namely giving good advice through lectures, setting good examples, habituation, commemorating Islamic holidays, teaching about morals from the book of akhlakul ban in, aqidatul lay and syu 'abul faith. The internalization implications of the educational moral values ​​through religious extracurricular at SMP N 1 Bodeh are increased discipline, good morals, positive habits, increase in worship, and championships in the religious field.

Abstract

Konten kreatif dalam smartphone mencakup berbagai jenis konten seperti vlog, video tutorial, ulasan produk, unboxing, dan banyak lagi. Tren seperti penggunaan smartphone untuk fotografi, videografi, dan aplikasi kreatif juga telah meningkatkan minat orang untuk menjadi kreator konten. Selain itu, banyak juga konten edukasi yang diberikan melalui sosial media tersebut. Maka, tujuan dari dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dalam pembuatan dan pengeditan video menggunakan aplikasi Capcut sebagai salah satu pengenalan dan pengasahan keterampilan bagi santri dengan kami yang menjadi tutor dan fasilitatornya. Guna mengimplementasi dari aplikasi tersebut kami memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi dari kategori sosial media sebagai sarana berkomunikasi dengan khalayak tanpa batasan untuk mengedukasi dengan penyajian semenarik mungkin namun mudah dipahami oleh khalayak, contoh pengaplikasikannya adalah dengan membuat video pembelajaran ataupun video yang sifatnya untuk menghibur orang lain untuk disebarkan melalui sosial media masing-masing seperti YouTube, Whatsapp, Instagram, TikTok dan lain sebagainya. Mitra pengabdian masyakarat kali ini adalah Pondok Pesantren Dar Al-Faradis, yang berlokasi di Jalan Muslimat Komplek Harjosari Kidul, Kecamatan Adiwerna, Kabupaten Tegal, Jawa Tengah. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh mitra adalah para santri kurang mahir dalam penguasaan aplikasi membuat dan mengedit video yang saat ini belum dapat diterapkan secara maksimal untuk menunjang hard skill. Solusi yang diambil yaitu memberikan materi dalam pembuatan video dan mengedit video untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bagi para santri dalam menghadapi era 4.0. Pelatihan  ini dilakukan secara tatap muka atau luring di lokasi mitra. Mitra diberikan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan persepsi mereka mengenai kegiatan ini dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, memperoleh jawaban diantaranya: sangat puas, puas, sangat update, sangat setuju dan sangat berminat. Namun, masih perlu adanya perbaikan untuk pelatihan dimasa mendatang. Creative content on smartphones includes various types of content such as vlogs, video tutorials, product reviews, unboxings, and more. Trends such as using smartphones for photography, videography and creative applications have also increased people's interest in becoming content creators. Apart from that, there is also a lot of educational content provided through social media. So, the aim of carrying out this community service activity was to provide training in making and editing videos using the Capcut application as an introduction and sharpening of skills for students with us being the tutors and facilitators. In order to implement this application, we utilized technological advances from the social media category as a means of communicating with audiences without limitations to educate with presentations that were as attractive as possible but easily understood by the audience. An example of the application was by creating learning videos or videos that were intended to entertain other people to be distributed via respective social media such as YouTube, Whatsapp, Instagram, TikTok and so on. The community service partner this time was the Dar Al-Faradis Islamic Boarding School, located on Jalan Muslimat Harjosari Kidul Complex, Adiwerna District, Tegal Regency, Central Java. The problem experienced by partners was that the students were not proficient in mastering video creation and editing applications which currently could not be applied optimally to support hard skills. The solution taken was to provide material for making videos and editing videos to improve students' skills in facing the 4.0 era. This training was carried out face-to-face or offline at partner locations. Partners were given a questionnaire to get their perceptions regarding this activity and the results showed that overall, the answers included: very satisfied, satisfied, very updated, very agree and very interested. However, improvements still need to be made for future training.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the feasibility of using scientific publications as a substitute for traditional final assignments in higher education by applying the K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) algorithm. Traditional final assessments, such as theses, are widely used in evaluating students, but with the increasing availability of peer-reviewed scientific publications, there is potential to use them as a more dynamic and relevant assessment tool. This study uses a dataset containing scientific publications and theses, with features such as research quality, relevance, methodology, and clarity. This study applies the K-NN algorithm to classify these materials and determine whether scientific publications can serve as an effective substitute. The results show that the K-NN algorithm, using k=4, achieved 95% accuracy, successfully distinguishing between scientific publications and theses. However, some misclassifications occurred, indicating areas for improvement, such as incorporating additional features such as citation counts or peer-review scores. These findings suggest that scientific publications, if properly classified, can indeed replace traditional final assignments, encouraging critical thinking and engagement with current research. Future research should refine the feature set and explore other machine learning models to improve accuracy. The practical implications of this research are the potential to develop more innovative and relevant approaches to assessment in higher education, which are more aligned with modern educational practice.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is indeed very influential for the success of an organization, and an effective selection process is one of the keys to ensure that the selected human resources have motivation, ability in the company. By conducting a good selection process, companies can ensure that they get the right individuals for the available positions. Changing the selection process from a manual method to an online system through the official website will bring many advantages. These include increased efficiency in managing applicant data, expanding the range of candidate searches, and speeding up the selection process. At PT Federal Internasional Finance in the employee recruitment process still uses a manual system so a website is needed to facilitate the employee recruitment process to be more effective and efficient. In making this website using the waterfall method starting from the planning stage to the system maintenance stage. The results of this study are computerized acceptance of new employees, expected to be able to contribute to the company, especially Human Resources (HR). The process of accepting prospective new employees of PT. Federal International finance spends a long time, will have a direct impact on inefficient data which will cause inaccuracies in a data.

Abstract

Large Language Models (LLMs), as part of generative artificial intelligence, have brought significant advancements in natural language processing. However, numerous studies indicate that LLMs are not free from bias and potential discrimination, whether in training data or model design. This study aims to analyze the ethical and social responsibility issues in the development and deployment of LLMs, focusing on bias and its implications for social justice. The method employed is a narrative literature review of academic literature, policy reports, and relevant industry documents. Findings reveal that bias in LLMs is systemic and multidimensional, and current governance mechanisms are inadequate. This research recommends transparency, ethical audits, multi-stakeholder engagement, and participatory research approaches as mitigation strategies. Hence, future LLM development must prioritize not only technological efficiency but also justice, accountability, and inclusiveness..
