Abstract

Equitable development is one of the pillars that lead to a golden Indonesia 2045. Equitable development in the aspect of education is the main key for a country to excel in global competition. Education is considered the most strategic field for realizing national welfare. Therefore, students' comfort in learning and ease of access to education must be guaranteed because this is the first step in helping to realize national welfare. Many factors can affect a student's learning outcomes, one of which is inadequate infrastructure. This research aims to explore the influence of infrastructure on student learning continuity. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data was collected using interview and observation techniques. The results show that infrastructure is indeed proven to affect student learning outcomes and in realizing equitable development in this aspect of education there are still challenges that continue to arise, such as lack of funding. Therefore, this study recommends that the central government can focus the state budget in terms of education budget to equalize access to education in Indonesia and realize the creation of national welfare and a superior golden generation.

Abstract

This article discusses the phenomenon of breach of contract in debt collection issues by taking a case study of breach of contract involving the Deputy Regent of Sidoarjo. Through conceptual review and tracing of specific cases, this article explores the legal and social implications of breach of contract in lending relationships. By analyzing legal approaches and related court decisions, the article aims to provide deeper insights into how the law handles contract violations and their consequences, particularly in the realm of governance. The implications of the findings of this article also discuss the need for honesty, responsibility, and fair law enforcement in maintaining public trust in legal institutions.

Abstract

in this fast-paced digital era, online concert ticket purchases have become a common practice among music enthusiasts. However, this convenience is often accompanied by a surge in fraud cases, such as concert ticket fraud and other digital transaction frauds. These crimes target individuals who are less vigilant or lack knowledge of digital security, and often occur on e-commerce platforms or social media. This research analyzes the law enforcement against digital transaction fraud, especially concert ticket fraud, and highlights the importance of law enforcement by authorized parties to ensure citizen compliance. Based on Article 378 of the Criminal Code (KUHP), fraud is punishable by a maximum imprisonment of four years. Law enforcement, according to Soerjono Soekanto, focuses on harmonizing values manifested in norms to create, maintain, and preserve peace in social life

Abstract

As a democratic country, Indonesia should uphold the principles of civil liberties, including freedom of expression, assembly, and access to information. However, in practice, various human rights violations persist, with the Indonesian National Police (Polri) receiving the highest number of public complaints, including forced dispersals, arbitrary arrests, intimidation, and violence against civilians. Instead of implementing reforms to address these issues, the academic manuscript and the Second Amendment Bill to the Indonesian National Police Law (Police Bill) grant expanded powers that potentially threaten democracy. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and critique the impact of the Police Bill on the expansion of police authority, particularly concerning internet access and cyberspace, and propose a reformulation of the bill that prioritizes democratic values. This study employs a normative juridical research method using statutory and conceptual approaches. The findings highlight concerns over the police's authority to conduct wiretapping, block, and terminate access to cyberspace without clear oversight mechanisms, which risks restricting civic space, enabling abuses of power, and disrupting democratic processes. Thus, revisions to the academic manuscript and the substance of the Police Bill are necessary to emphasize fundamental improvements and strengthen oversight mechanisms.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan tulang punggung perekonomian nasional yang memiliki peran strategis dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja, mengurangi kemiskinan, dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Namun, dalam praktiknya, UMKM sering menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap pengetahuan manajerial, pelatihan teknis, serta pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan pada UMKM melalui pendekatan terintegrasi berupa pendampingan intensif, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan penerapan prinsip-prinsip pengelolaan keuangan yang bijaksana. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan UMKM, pelaksanaan pelatihan tematik, serta monitoring dan evaluasi kinerja pascapelatihan. Kegiatan ini berjalan dengan baik dan mendapat respons positif dari peserta. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pentingnya legalitas usaha serta praktik pengelolaan keuangan yang bijaksana. Selain itu, program ini juga mampu meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial pelaku UMKM, memperbaiki sistem pencatatan keuangan, serta mendorong praktik usaha yang lebih adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model strategis dalam membangun UMKM yang tangguh, mandiri, dan berdaya saing di era ekonomi hijau dan digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji alasan ditolaknya gugatan perbuatan melawan hukum dalam Putusan Nomor 8/Pdt.G/2020/PN Psb di Pengadilan Negeri Pasaman Barat. Latar belakang penelitian ini berfokus pada pentingnya pemahaman mengenai dasar hukum dan elemen-elemen perbuatan melawan hukum yang sering kali menjadi alasan ditolaknya gugatan perdata di pengadilan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis secara yuridis alasan-alasan yang menyebabkan gugatan perbuatan melawan hukum ditolak oleh pengadilan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian yuridis normatif, dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang mengacu pada kajian dokumen dan literatur hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gugatan ditolak karena tergugat berhasil menunjukkan bukti yang lebih kuat terkait kepemilikan tanah, serta penggugat tidak dapat membuktikan adanya perbuatan melawan hukum. Selain itu, permasalahan terkait kompetensi absolut pengadilan juga menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education demands adaptation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning strategies, particularly in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), which must balance technological advancements with character development. This study focuses on describing Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers' perceptions regarding the challenges and opportunities of utilizing digital technology as a learning medium at the Darul Mukhlisin Islamic Boarding School (MAS). Through a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data was collected comprehensively using observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers. The results indicate that teachers generally have positive perceptions and believe technology can increase the effectiveness and appeal of learning through visualization of abstract material, expanded access to learning resources, and efficient evaluation. However, the reality on the ground reveals significant structural barriers, including limited device and network infrastructure, a digital competency gap among teachers, and restrictive Islamic boarding school policies regarding student device use. This study concludes that the integration of technology into Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) has not been optimal, and its success depends heavily on the synergy between teacher competency enhancement, adequate facility support, and adaptive institutional regulations to bridge digital innovation with Islamic boarding school values. ABSTRAK Transformasi digital dalam dunia pendidikan menuntut adaptasi strategi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), khususnya di lingkungan pesantren yang harus menyeimbangkan kemajuan teknologi dengan pembentukan karakter. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi guru PAI terkait tantangan dan peluang pemanfaatan teknologi digital sebagai media pembelajaran di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta (MAS) Pondok Pesantren Darul Mukhlisin. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, data dikumpulkan secara komprehensif menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam terhadap guru PAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum guru memiliki persepsi positif dan menganggap teknologi mampu meningkatkan efektivitas serta daya tarik pembelajaran melalui visualisasi materi abstrak, perluasan akses sumber belajar, dan efisiensi evaluasi. Kendati demikian, realitas di lapangan memperlihatkan adanya hambatan struktural yang signifikan, meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur perangkat dan jaringan, kesenjangan kompetensi digital antar guru, serta kebijakan restriktif pesantren terkait penggunaan gawai oleh santri. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran PAI di madrasah berbasis pesantren belum berjalan optimal dan keberhasilannya sangat bergantung pada sinergi antara peningkatan kompetensi guru, dukungan fasilitas yang memadai, serta regulasi institusional yang adaptif untuk menjembatani inovasi digital dengan nilai-nilai kepesantrenan.
