Abstract

This study aims to determine the interests and behavior of class XI students majoring in marketing at SMKN 1 Gowa in the academic year 2020/2021 after participating in the entrepreneurship program. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptive approach. In collecting data, researchers used observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with research subjects. Based on the results of the research conducted by the author, it shows that the interest and behavior that grows in students majoring in marketing at SMKN 1 Gowa include the desire (motive) to feel happy, attention and entrepreneurial motivation, the emergence of student discipline can be seen by the behavior of the participants. students who can manage their time properly, namely managing study time, time to produce products to be sold, and can get to school properly and not late, the emergence of self-confidence and optimism, task and result oriented, leadership spirit, future-oriented. Then the interest of students who have a desire in themselves to maintain their business and will develop in the future and be able to compete with other entrepreneurs.

Abstract

The student's decision to consume an item is also influenced by the student's personal characteristics. This research is a descriptive quantitative approach with survey techniques and online interviews using questionnaires filled out online using google form. There are five variables that are measured to determine the consumer behavior of students in buying fashion products, including: cultural factors, reference groups, roles and status, lifestyle, and learning. The population in this study were students of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University, batch 2019-2020, totaling 222 students. The sample amounted to 70 students. Based on the research data, it is known that the influence of cultural factors on the purchase of fashion products is 47.15%, the influence of reference group factors on the purchase of fashion products has a percentage of 72.62%, the influence of role and status factors has a percentage of 73.86%, the influence of style factors living has a percentage of 71.42%. And the influence of learning factors is 55.59%. So the role and status factors, reference groups, and lifestyle factors are more dominant that influence the consumer behavior of students in buying fashion products. Meanwhile, in simple linear regression analysis, the research results show that the research results prove that the variable that has a dominant influence on the fashion product purchase variable (Y) is the reference group variable (X2) where the regression coefficient value (β) is 0.368 it can be concluded that the reference group variable (X2) is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the variable purchasing fashion products (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Pemberian Reward Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik SMK Negeri 1 Makassar; (2) Pengaruh Pemberian Punishment Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik SMK Negeri 1 Makassar; (3) Pengaruh Pemberian Reward dan Punishment Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik SMK Negeri 1 Makassar; (4) Variabel yang Pengaruhnya Dominan Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Makassar yang berjumlah 142 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 59 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket/kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pemberian reward terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Makassar; (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pemberian punishment terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Makassar; (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pemberian reward dan punishment terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Makassar; (4) Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik adalah variabel punishment.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the contribution of entrepreneurial knowledge to the formation of Generation Z's entrepreneurial interest through self-efficacy. This study is a study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is all generation Z in class XI of SMK Negeri 7 Pangkep, South Sulawesi with a total of 131 generations with a purposively drawn sample of 57 people with several criteria. The data in this study were collected using questionnaires and interviews. This study consists of 3 variables consisting of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial interest, and self-efficacy. Data analysis used path analysis technique. The findings of this study indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the self-efficacy of Generation Z. In addition, there is also a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on the interest in entrepreneurship of Generation Z. Other findings indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant influence on Generation Z's entrepreneurial interest, and finally it was found that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest through Generation Z's self-efficacy.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana faktor literasi ekonomi, gaya hidup, dan faktor psikologis mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif guru SD di Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 98 responden. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumtif guru bersertifikat. Peneliti menganalisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa faktor literasi ekonomi, gaya hidup, dan psikologis semuanya mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif secara bersamaan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik literasi ekonomi seorang guru, gaya hidup dan faktor psikologis maka perilaku konsumtif dapat dikurangi dan dikendalikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether product quality and location in the Culinary Sector UKM in Simbang District, Maros Regency, influenced consumer purchasing decisions. This research includes quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 3,939 residents of Simbang District aged 20 to 39 years who were registered at the BPS Maros Regency, and samples were taken from 97 culinary business consumers in six villages in Simbang District. Data were collected by questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) product quality had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions in the Culinary Sector MSMEs in Simbang District, Maros Regency, (2) business location had a positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions on the Culinary Sector MSMEs in Simbang District, Maros Regency, (3) product quality and business location together have a positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions in the Culinary Sector MSMEs in Simbang District, Maros Regency.

Abstract

The ability to survive a family business during the COVID-19 pandemic is a very interesting concept to study, because almost every family business has difficulty maintaining its business in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, so based on this, this study aims to analyze and reveal the influence of entrepreneurship education in family towards entrepreneurial motivation, either directly, or through mediating the entrepreneurial attitude of family business entrepreneurs in the culinary sector during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is a non-experimental explanatory study on the culinary sector family business in Makassar City, South Sulawesi. The population in this study is 1,267 family businesses in the culinary sector, with a sample of 133 family businesses in the culinary sector. The findings of this study have succeeded in revealing and exploring that entrepreneurship education in the family has contributed to the formation of entrepreneurial motivation both directly and indirectly through mediating the entrepreneurial attitude of family business entrepreneurs in the culinary sector during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui situasi dan pengaruh sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap pendidikan anaknya di Desa Kareloe, Bontoramba, Kabupaten Jeneponto. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif karena didasarkan pada sampel sebanyak 93 responden dan 1.249 rumah tangga yang tercatat di Jeneponto, Kecamatan Kareloe, Bontoramba. Kuesioner pada skala Likert telah dikirim untuk pengumpulan data. Analisis dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat sosial ekonomi orang tua berpengaruh baik dan signifikan terhadap pendidikan anaknya di Desa Kareloe Kecamatan Bontorambe Kabupaten Jeneponto. Variabel-variabel ini memiliki hubungan yang kuat, dan ditunjukkan nilai 0,394. Berdasarkan batasan Tabel tabel, sig 0,05, dan nilai konstanta 17.510 dan t tabel 1,661 Artinya H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak, artinya status sosial ekonomi orang tua (X) sangat penting bagi pendidikan anaknya (Y). Hal ini menunjukkan bagaimana status sosial ekonomi orang tua di Desa Kareloe, Bontoramba, Jeneponto mempengaruhi pendidikan anak-anaknya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi dalam berwirausaha dan faktor dominan yang memengaruhi dalam berwirausaha pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis penelitian kualitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis penelitian fenomenologi. Penelitian fenomenologi bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana dampak wirausaha terhadap mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Makassar pada Fakultas Ekonomi Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi. Subjek penelitian adalah Mahasiswa Berwirausaha Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi serta teknik analisis data verifikasi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam berwirausaha adalah faktor keterampilan, lingkungan dan ekonomi. Dari ketiga faktor tersebut faktor keterampilan yang paling mempengaruhi dalam berwirausaha..Kata Kunci: Berwirausaha,Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi dalam berwirausaha
