Abstract

Study This is study quantitative aiming? For see How contribution liquidity , ownership managerial , and free cash flow that has an impact to policy debt with asset structure as variable moderation.Data used? For study This is report finance annual sector trade, services and investment listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The purposive sampling method was used For gather sample research consisting of 33 samples. The results of the research This show that (1) liquidity influential negative No significant to policy debt (2) ownership managerial influential positive significant to policy debt (3) free cash flow influential negative significant to policy debt (4) asset structure as variable moderation capable strengthen influence variable liquidity, ownership managerial, free cash flow against policy debt.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial behavior on the success of culinary MSME businesses in Kedaton District, Bandar Lampung City. The background of this research is based on the important role of MSMEs in the local economy, amid the challenges faced in the competitive food industry. The methodology used is a quantitative approach with data collection through a closed survey to 37 respondents of MSME owners who operate for more than one year and have branches. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software, with multiple linear regression results showing has a positive and significant influence on business success. Innovation is the most dominant factor in increasing business success, with an R² value indicates that 58.5% of business success is influenced by these three variables. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of increasing creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial behavior to achieve success in the culinary business.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) melalui penguatan usaha ekonomi produktif. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM meliputi keterbatasan manajemen usaha, rendahnya literasi keuangan, serta kurang optimalnya strategi pemasaran. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan melalui pendekatan partisipatif berupa pelatihan, pendampingan, dan praktik langsung yang meliputi penguatan manajemen usaha, pengelolaan keuangan sederhana, serta pengembangan strategi pemasaran produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola usaha secara lebih produktif, yang berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan dan keberlanjutan usaha. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan UMKM dalam rangka memperkuat ekonomi masyarakat.
