Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine whether capital structure and profitability have an effect on corporate income tax partially and simultaneously. This research is included in quantitative research. This research was conducted from 2012 – 2021. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26 to process the data. The analytical methods used include descriptive statistical tests, classic assumption tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, determination tests and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the research and discussion, several conclusions can be drawn as follows: Capital structure and profitability simultaneously have a significant effect on the income tax variable at PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Partial capital structure has no significant effect on income tax variables at PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability partially has no significant effect on income tax variables at PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Operational costs partially have a significant effect on income tax variables at PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what the teacher's duties are and what competencies a teacher must have because the challenges of the   21st century demand many things so that the teacher becomes someone who has multiple roles. The method used in this study is the systematic review method. The results obtained are that in the   21st century, the role of a teacher is to renew the quality of learning, assist students in developing participation, make adjustments to personalized learning, emphasize project and problem-based learning, and motivate students to work together and communicate.

Abstract

Abstrak Sekolah merupakan lembaga yang bertanggung jawab menyelenggarakan pendidikan demi mencapai insan yang berilmu, bermoral serta memiliki karakter, bahkan lebih jauhnya sekolah juga diharapkan dapat mencetak generasi penyambung kepemimpinan yang nantinya akan menjadi penerus pemimpin dalam segala level. Minimnya pelatihan yang diutarakan tersebut, berimbas pada rendahnya pengalaman dan ketrampilan pada peserta didik sehingga mereka tidak memiliki motivasi serta tidak menyadari peran mereka yang begitu besar dalam menggantikan kepemimpinan. Keluaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat menanamkan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan dan memberikan pemahaman pentingnya menjadi penerus kepemimpinan sejak dini. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah memberikan pelatihan pentingnya kepemimpinan disertai dengan diskusi dan permainan yang memacu dan memicu stimulasi peserta khalayak sasaran. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam membentuk jiwa kepemimpinan khususnya pada pelajar Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Kuantan Singingi menunjukkan hasil bahwa khalayak sasaran memahami dan akan mengaplikasikannya setelah memngikuti pelatihan singkat kepemimpinan. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Kepemimpinan, Pelajar, Sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to increase students' interest in reading by developing augmented reality (AR)-based storybooks. This study is a development study using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The difference between this storybook and others is that it uses Augmented Reality technology, and students create their own stories based on readings that interest them, as well as design the story images using the Canva application. This research was conducted on second-semester students majoring in Information Systems at Pasir Pengaraian University. The development instruments used were media expert validation sheets, material expert validation sheets, and user response questionnaires. The results of the first validator’s validation were a score of 50, with a percentage of 80% in the “Suitable” category from 12 statements. Meanwhile, the second validator obtained a score of 49, with a percentage of 81% in the “Very Suitable” category from 7 statements. Furthermore, from the user response questionnaire, a score of 97% was obtained, with a category of “Very Suitable” from 11 statements, involving 10 students as users. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the augmented reality (AR)-based picture storybook media is declared very suitable for use as a literacy learning medium.
