Abstract

In an effort to improve the welfare of the fishermen community, PT. Pertamina RU II Dumai created the Minapolitan Village CSR program. However, in the implementation of the program there are still problems, First, the Minapolitan village development program has not made the right contribution to the results desired by the TUNA fishermen group. The second problem is that the form of assistance provided for the Minapolitan Village Program often fails and does not generate any profit for the Tuna Fishermen's Group. The aim of the research is to analyze the Development of the Minapolitan Village CSR Program Model PT. Pertamina RU II Dumai to the Tuna Fishermen Group. The research method uses qualitative methods. The findings on the Leadership indicator are implemented, the Proportion of Assistance indicator is quite implemented, the Transparency and Accountability indicator is Enough Implemented, the Area Coverage indicator is implemented, the Planning indicator is implemented, the Stakeholder Engagement indicator is Enough Implemented, the Sustainability indicator is not implemented enough, and the Real Results indicator is quite feasible. The conclusion of this study is the development of the Minapolitan Village CSR Program model by PT. Pertamina RU II Dumai for the Tuna Fishermen Group is more maximized on indicators that are quite implemented and not implemented.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat tentang pelatihan pembuatan pupuk kompos kotoran sapi-daun sawit pada kelompok peternak BIKAWANHAR di Desa Teratak Rendah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengaalam secara langsung bagi masayrakat anggota kelompok peternak BIKAWANHAR dalam mengolah kotoran sapi dan limbah daun kelapa sawit menjadi pupuk kompos. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan kegiatan dan berlangsung di Rumah Kompos kelompok peternak BIKAWANHAR di Desa Teratak Rendah. Sebanyak 20 orang peserta yang ikut pada kegiatan ini didominasi oleh peserta berjenis kelamin laki-laki (100%), dan juga berada pada rentang usia pekerja awal 25-34 tahun (8 orang/40%); kelompok usia paruh baya 35-44 tahun (7 orang/35%); dan kelompok usia pra pensiun 45-54 tahun (5 orang/25%). Kegiatan pelatihan ini berlangsung dengan metode ceramah (25%) dan demo pembuatan kompos (75% dari kegiatan). Bahan baku pembuatan kompos pada kegiatan ini adalah 200 kg kotoran sapi, 25 liter urin sapi dan 50 kg daun kelapa sawit. Pada kegiatan ini, peserta menunjukkan respon yang sangat positif yang dibuktikan dengan tingginya antusias peserta untuk mengajukan pertanyaan pada kegiatan demo berlangsung (15 pertanyaan).Kata kunci: Kompos, Sawit, Pelatihan, Teratak Rendah, PengabdianABSTRACTCommunity service regarding training in making cow manure-palm leaf compost for the BIKAWANHAR breeder group in Teratak Rendah village aims to provide direct experience for members of the BIKAWANHAR breeder group in processing cow manure and leaf of oil palm into compost. This activity was carried out for 3 months and took place at the Compost House of the BIKAWANHAR breeder Group in Teratak Rendah Village. A total of 20 participants who took part in this activity were dominated by male participants (100%), and were also in the intial working age ranking of 25-34 years (8 people/40%; middle age group 35-44 years (7 people/35%); and the pre-retirement age group 45-54 years (5 people/25%). This training activity took place using the lecture method (25%) and a compost making demonstration (75% of the activity). The raw materials for making compost in this activity are 200 kg of cow dung, 25 liters of cow urine and 50 kg of oil palm leaves. In this activity, participants showed a very positive responses as evidenced by the high enthusiasm of participants in asking questions during the ongoing demo activity (15 questions).Kata kunci: Compost, Oil Palm, Training, Teratak Rendah, Community service

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the role-playing method in improving students' understanding of the story of the prophet at Safinatussalamah Junior High School, Danau Paris District, Aceh Singkil Regency. The role-playing method allows students to actively participate in learning by playing the characters in the story of the prophet, so that they better understand the content of the story, the moral message, and the values contained in it. This study uses a quantitative approach with a Classroom Action Research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, comprehension tests, and student satisfaction questionnaires on the learning method. The results showed that the role-playing method significantly improved students' understanding of the story of the prophet. Students became more active, motivated, and able to remember and apply the values taught in their daily lives. Thus, the role-playing method can be used as an effective learning alternative in Islamic religious education

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that the education process so far has not been fully successful in developing Indonesian people with character. In fact, some say that education has failed, because many school graduates or graduates are skilled at answering exam questions, have intelligent brains, but are mentally and morally weak. Education has an important role in instilling faith, patience, independence, discipline, responsibility, creativity and noble character. Surah Al-'Ashr contains several pillars of education which can be used as guidelines by students and educators in carrying out the daily learning process. This research is library research (library research), namely research carried out in libraries or museums on existing materials in the form of books, magazines or other documents. The primary data source for this research is the Al-Qur'an Surah Al-"Ashr, then Tafsir-Tafsir Al-Quran related to the discussion raised by the author. The relevance of Surah Al-'Ashr to education is that in this verse there are characters that students must have, including the character of faith, charity.saleh and patience. Sentence fragment "dinner in the morning" Surah Al-'Ashr explains that if a person has a religious character or has faith in himself, then he will avoid the losses described in the second verse. Students must be instilled with the character of faith from an early age, such as the character of faith contained in Q.S Al-'Ashr. Next is the character of doing good deeds. Good deeds are good works that are beneficial for oneself and others based on Islamic law and are sincere for the sake of Allah SWT alone. Many of today's students are smart in the academic aspect, but lack good morals, such as very rarely carrying out the pious deeds contained in Surah Al-'Ashr. So it is appropriate for today's students to imitate the character of doing good deeds in Surah Al-'Ashr. Then the patient character. This patient trait must be possessed by an educator. Because the task of an educator is not only to teach knowledge, whether in the form of theory or difficult numerical formulas, but also to always give advice or give advice to students about the truth and to be patient in doing so. Educators should not feel fed up or bored in giving advice to their students, educators must have extra patience in the educational process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse how the modernisation of Al-Qur'an memorisation methods affects both the comparison of traditional and modern methods on students' learning motivation, memorisation effectiveness, and long-term memory resilience at MTs Swasta Jabal Lubuk Raya. This research method is descriptive qualitative, or often known as postpositivistic, artistic, and interpretative research. Data collection instruments were observation, in-depth interviews, and document review. Data analysis using the flow of activities as proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data display and conclusions, drawing, and verification. The technique of sharpening the validity of data in this study is to use triangulation techniques. The results of this study are the modernisation of memorising the Qur'an with modern methods is significant to student learning motivation, especially in Gamification of learning to increase engagement and ease of access to increase the spirit of learning and improve the speed of memorisation to be higher and the existence of variations in memorisation methods according to student learning styles. While memorising the Qur'an with traditional methods has a significant effect on the effectiveness of student memorisation, especially in the quality of tajweed that is more guaranteed, and the memorisation process is more methodical, as well as a deeper understanding of the context of the verse. So it can be concluded that traditional Qur'anic memorisation methods and modern methods each have advantages and limitations. Therefore, the integration of both methods, i.e., combining the strengths of traditional methods and the convenience of modern technology, can produce more optimal results. This combination allows students to get direct correction from the teacher while utilising the convenience of self-learning with technology, thus increasing memorisation effectiveness and long-term memory retention. It also provides time flexibility for students without compromising the quality of teaching and learning.

Abstract

Tantangan lingkungan semakin meningkat seiring dengan degradasi sumber daya energi, lingkungan, dan pangan yang terus berlanjut. Eksploitasi sumber daya alam tak terbarukan serta ketergantungan pada energi fosil memperparah kerentanan ekosistem dan mempercepat perubahan iklim. Provinsi Riau menjadi salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yang menghadapi permasalahan lingkungan serius akibat deforestasi, kebakaran hutan, serta dampak sektor industri dan transportasi. Dengan kontribusi Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) terbesar kedua di Sumatera, Riau menghadapi dilema antara pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pelestarian lingkungan. Pemerintah Provinsi Riau merespons tantangan ini melalui kebijakan "Riau Hijau" yang tertuang dalam Peraturan Gubernur No.9 Tahun 2021, dengan fokus pada pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang berkelanjutan dan penggunaan energi terbarukan. Selain itu, konsep ekonomi hijau diterapkan untuk mengurangi dampak negatif pembangunan terhadap lingkungan sekaligus mendorong kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi implementasi kebijakan Riau Hijau yang didasarkan pada keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan oleh Edward III. Empat indikator yang bahas secara garis besar telah menunjukan keberhasilan dalam implementasi kebijakan. Akan tetapi, tantangan komunikasi kepada masyarakat, sumber daya manusia dan finansial yang belum stabil, serta kosistensi dan komitmen yang harus selalu dijaga menjadi faktor-faktor yang mengganggu keberhaslan implementasi. Dengan evaluasi dan perbaikan yang berkelanjutan akan menjadikan program ini menjadi model pembangunan hijau di Indonesia

Abstract

Abstrak Sekolah merupakan lembaga yang bertanggung jawab menyelenggarakan pendidikan demi mencapai insan yang berilmu, bermoral serta memiliki karakter, bahkan lebih jauhnya sekolah juga diharapkan dapat mencetak generasi penyambung kepemimpinan yang nantinya akan menjadi penerus pemimpin dalam segala level. Minimnya pelatihan yang diutarakan tersebut, berimbas pada rendahnya pengalaman dan ketrampilan pada peserta didik sehingga mereka tidak memiliki motivasi serta tidak menyadari peran mereka yang begitu besar dalam menggantikan kepemimpinan. Keluaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat menanamkan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan dan memberikan pemahaman pentingnya menjadi penerus kepemimpinan sejak dini. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah memberikan pelatihan pentingnya kepemimpinan disertai dengan diskusi dan permainan yang memacu dan memicu stimulasi peserta khalayak sasaran. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam membentuk jiwa kepemimpinan khususnya pada pelajar Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Kuantan Singingi menunjukkan hasil bahwa khalayak sasaran memahami dan akan mengaplikasikannya setelah memngikuti pelatihan singkat kepemimpinan. Abstract

The Al-Ayyubiyah dynasty was a dynasty after the Fathimiyyah dynasty which had a Sunni sect with the first sultan Shalahudin Yusuf Al-Ayyubi, a Kurdish tribe from Azerbaijan who migrated to Iraq. His father was Najmuddin Bin Ayyub, a governor of Tikrit who moved to Mushol then to Damascus. Najmuddin and his brother Asadudin Shirkuh became commanders of Mahmud Zanki, the ruler of Seluk, in Syria at that time. It has been mentioned above that the last ruler of the Fatimid dynasty was Al-Adhid who succeeded the previous caliph. When Al-Adhid became caliph, a very cruel incident occurred, namely when Al-Qais became vizier at that time, Ibn Raziq, Al-Adhid murdered Ibn Raziq and not long afterward Sawar succeeded in replacing the new vizier. This incident could cause jealousy from other parties, at that time Dhirgam was also aiming for the position of vizier too, with his full strategy Dhirgam succeeded in defeating Sawar so that Sawar was forced to flee to Syria

Abstract

Community service regarding training in processing cow urine into liquid organic fertilizer in Teratak Rendah village aims to provide direct experience to the community of Teratak rendah village in processing cor urine. This activity was carried out for 3 months and took place at the Teratak rendah villagecompost house. A total 20 participants took part in this training activity, all of them were male, 50% had elementary – Junior hight school, 60% were adults and were working productively. The raw materials for this activity use 25 liters of cow urine, 1 liter of tumeric water, 1 liter of ginger water, 4 liters of rice washing water and 4 liters of coconut water. With a total volume of 35 liters material. During the community showed a positive respons and this was proven by the many questions from participants during the activities.
