Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of business volume and own capital on profits at the Nurul Iman Dwiguna Cooperative. The research methodology used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling with a total census sampling technique. Data collection techniques use secondary data types. While the data analysis technique uses parametric with the classical assumption test, regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that the volume of business has an effect on profit. Own capital has no effect on profits. Business volume and own capital have a simultaneous effect on profit. Therefore, the variables of business volume and own capital need to be considered by cooperatives because they can affect the profits of the Nurul Iman Dwiguna Cooperative.

Abstract

Promotion is one of the variables of the marketing mix is very important that the company implemented in marketing their products. Without the existence of promotional products received less attention from consumers. Target promotion can be achieved if the company allocates adequate promotional costs and with the cost of the promotion is expected to help the company achieve higher sales volumes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion cost on the sales volume. Samples taken in this study was obtained from the financial statements PT.Kimia Farma Tbk. This study used a simple linear regression analysis method, t-test with 5% significance. The results of the analysis has been known that the cost of promotional effect on sales volume partially.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategic planning to realize an integrated financial information system in Pesantren Al-Ma'tuq Sukabumi. Through qualitative approaches and case studies, this study investigates the current state of financial management in Pesantren and identifies the main obstacles faced. The results of data analysis show that Al-Ma'tuq Islamic Boarding School faces challenges in fragmented financial management, with a financial management system that is not integrated, financial reporting processes that are carried out manually, and a lack of human resource competence. To overcome these obstacles, this study designed a strategic planning solution that aims to realize an integrated financial information system. This solution involves the application of good corporate governance principles to increase efficiency, transparency, and accountability in pesantren financial management. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the financial condition of pesantren and provide recommendations to pesantren managers, researchers, and the community to develop an integrated financial management system. In addition, this research is also expected to improve the quality of religious education and general education in pesantren and support the sustainability of pesantren in Indonesia.

Abstract

The implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program Policy is based on the Regulation of the Minister of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection number 8 of 2014 as an effort to fulfill the rights and protection of children in the world of education. The fulfillment of children's rights is a concept created by the Government as a strategy to determine indicators of children's rights in Child-Friendly Schools. Therefore, development and government resources are needed to support every effort aimed at ensuring the fulfillment of children's rights and protection. This study aims to determine the history of the Implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program Policy along with its supporting and inhibiting factors at State High School 2 Sukabumi City. This study used qualitative research methods and used Van Meter and Van Horn's theory with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The determination of informants was carried out using snowball sampling, with 14 selected informants. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data collection, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the Implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program Policy at State High School 2 Sukabumi City was to the variables in Van Meter and Van Horn theory but the policy resource variables have not been effective, which is still a lack of facilities and infrastructure in meeting the needs of children, especially health workers assigned to the UKS room to be able to help and serve students who need health services, So that in the future it is recommended that schools can improve facilities and infrastructure as well as services to students.
