Abstract

Good service is queue-free. As a field related to operational management, many methods are used to reduce or even eliminate queues. Technology is one method used to eliminate queues. Mekarmukti Village, as a village with a large population, needs to use technology in mail services to eliminate queues. The aim of this community service is to implement WhatsApp Chatbot to increase efficiency in correspondence services thereby reducing queues in Mekarmukti Village. The method used in the service is training and practice in creating WhatsApp Chatbots. The service was carried out in Mekarmukti Village, North Cikarang. Chatbot training and practice participants are Mekarmukti Village officials related to services and correspondence. After carrying out training and practice in creating WhatsApp chatbots, queues were reduced in the service section. Apart from that, the public can access correspondence information within 24 hours via WhatsApp Chatbot. By carrying out this service, it is hoped that it will be able to reduce queues for sending correspondence.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) competency is one of the main factors that must be possessed by MSME business actors. Managing human resources is a skill that must be possessed by business actors. Apart from that, in facing business challenges in the digital era, MSMEs need to adapt to technological developments so as not to be left behind. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide knowledge about HR competencies in the era of digitalization to business actors in Bekasi Regency, especially North Cikarang. The method used in this community service activity is in the form of counseling and assistance to strengthen employee competency in this era of digitalization, especially the development of digital marketing so that in the future micro businesses have the potential to increase the profitability of their businesses. Human resource management in micro businesses has a specific goal, namely that participants in community service activities are expected to be able to adapt to current developments so that they can maintain the existence of their business and increase their business productivity. Implementation is carried out by providing materials, lectures, discussions/questions and answers and practice with business actors.

Abstract

Beternak Magot merupakan peluang yang menjanjikan saat ini. Perlu dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk UMKM Peternak Magot. Desa Mekarmukti sebagai salah satu Desa yang menggalakkan beternak magot pelu mengembangkan peternakan ini agar UMKM peternak magot berkelanjutan dan naik kelas. Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada peternak magot di Desa Mekarmukti, Cikarang Utara mengenai Penyusunan Standar Operasional Prosedur, Digital Marketing untuk pemasaran, dan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan menuju UMKM naik kelas dan berkelanjutan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian adalah dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Tim pengabdian masyarakat terdiri dari lima orang Dosen dari Universitas Pelita Bangsa. Peserta pelatihan adalah UMKM Peternak magot di Desa Mekatmukti, Cikarang Utara sejumlah 15 orang. Pengabdian berlangsung dari 7 sampai 13 Oktober 2024. Lokasi pelatihan di Aula Kantor Desa Mekarmukti. Salah satu hasil nyata dari pengabdian ini adalah dibuatnya Standar Operasional Prosedur dalam beternak magot. Hal ini bermanfaat untuk petani magot yang baru memulai dan memudahkan dalam proses peternakan magot. Evaluasi hasil pengabdian ini bernilai sangat baik. Saran untuk pengabdian selanjutnya adalah pendampingan dalam pengolahan magot pasca panen.

Abstract

The Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Kedung Waringin District Government, Bekasi Regency is currently actively trying to develop business potential by collaborating with MSMEs. Many MSMEs in the Kedung Waringin District area are currently still using manual/traditional bookkeeping management and administration and many errors are still found in bookkeeping so that it is difficult for the supervisory board to carry out its supervisory function. The purpose of this community service is to provide comprehensive guidance and counseling to MSMEs in the Kedung Waringin District, Bekasi Regency, with the hope that MSMEs in the future will be able to compete both in terms of product quality produced and in service quality. The method used in implementing guidance with counseling and at the same time conducting training by applying entrepreneurial management training, financial management and marketing management to MSMEs in the Kedung Waringin District, Bekasi Regency. The results obtained after carrying out this training activity are that the MSMEs have been able to manage their businesses (entrepreneurial management), and know financial governance (financial management) by using applications to achieve zero errors, and the MSME participants can apply the training knowledge they have obtained in marketing management (administration) in developing quality products (turnover) and effective and efficient services.space.

Abstract

MSMEs are the supporting pillars of the economy. MSMEs also have an obligation to protect the environment. With this role and impact, an analysis is needed regarding the role of MSMEs in Green Supply Chain practices that seek to reduce negative impacts on the environment. The purpose of this research is to find out how to implement the Cikarang MSME Green Supply Chain practices. In practice, Green Supply Chain includes the policies, practices and tools that organizations implement in the context of a sustainable environment. This research is descriptive research that describes how the Cikarang MSMEs Green Supply Chain practices. The sample were 100 Cikarang Manufacturing MSMEs. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using the Google form. The scale in this study is a Likert Scale 1-5. Data processing is done with Ms.Excel. The results of the study state that Cikarang MSMEs agree to carry out Green Supply Chain Practices in their business processes which consist of environmentally friendly purchasing, customer cooperation with environmental requirements, investment selection, and environmentally friendly design. By conducting this research, increasing the awareness of MSMEs to carry out business practices by reducing the negative impact on the environment.
