Abstract

This research aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between Time Management and Self-Regulation in Student Athletes at SMAN 8 Bekasi City. The various demands received by student athletes can require them to have good time management skills and good self-regulation in order to meet the demands and achieve the achievements they dream of. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method, with a total of 123 student athletes as respondents. The assumption test used in this research is the normality test with a significance of 0.200 (p>0.05) which means the data is normally distributed, the linearity test with a significance of 0.219 (p>0.05) which means there is a linear relationship, and the homogeneity test with significance 0.510 (p>0.05) means the data is homogeneous. The results of this research obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0.529 with a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05), which means there is a relationship between Time Management and Self-Regulation in student athletes at SMAN 8 Bekasi City and there is a positive relationship.

Abstract

The Relationship Between Parental Support and Sexual Behavior Trends in Adolescents in North Bekasi. This study aims to find out whether there is a relationship between parental support and sexual behavior in adolescents. The research method used is quantitative. Adolescence is known as adolescence is someone who grows into an adult or is known as the development of becoming an adult. When they enter adolescence, they should need to get more attention and supervision from their parents. One way is to put them in a good environment. The problem that usually occurs in adolescence is usually promiscuity. The results of this study obtained a correlation coefficient score of 0.403 with a significance level of 0.002 (p<0.5) which show that the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between parental support and sexual behavior trends in adolancents in the north Bekasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-control and celebrity worship in adolescent K-Pop fans. This type of research is quantitative with a correlation approach. This study uses adolescent K-Pop fans as research respondents. The sampling technique in this study was by using non-probability sampling and using the purposive sampling method. The number of samples used as respondents in this study was 122 respondents. Based on the results of the correlation hypothesis test, a correlation score of -0.318** was obtained with a significance value of p <0.01. The results showed that there was a weak relationship between self-control and celebrity worship and there was a negative relationship between self-control and celebrity worship, which means that the lower the self-control, the higher the celebrity worship, and vice versa, the higher the self-control, the lower the celebrity worship.

Abstract

Extramarital romantic and sexual behavior refers to intimate or emotional interactions involving a married individual and someone other than their spouse. Among employees in long-distance relationships (LDRs) with their partners, such behavior may occur in the workplace due to unmet emotional needs. Frequent interactions with colleagues of the opposite sex, emotional closeness, and eventual physical attraction can contribute to this phenomenon. It often arises from unfulfilled emotional needs and can lead to marital conflicts, relationship deterioration, and decreased work performance. A total of 153 employees who had previously engaged in or were currently engaging in extradyadic behavior participated in the study by completing a questionnaire measuring emotional needs. The collected data were analyzed using correlation statistical techniques.
