Abstract

The younger generation, including millennials, is an important component in national development. Generation Z can occupy important positions in the future. Therefore, the level of knowledge and awareness of taxes is strategic and important to understand. The lack of public tax awareness is caused by ignorance about taxation. Building tax awareness needs to be built from school. As one of these efforts, community service was carried out at SMK Islam Manba'ul Ulum Mayong Jepara. The obstacles faced were the lack of introduction and knowledge of calculating personal income tax and the difficulty in explaining material related to calculating Personal Income Tax to students. The form of the solution, based on a joint agreement with SMK Islam Manba'ul Ulum, was to provide training aimed at realizing Generation Z's tax awareness starting from students' knowledge and understanding of taxation, especially Personal Income Tax Article 21 in Indonesia, both in theory and practice, especially its benefits and applications in the world of education. The training was given to 75 students of class XI Office Management Automation using lecture and practice methods, through the stages of providing general tax introduction material, Income Tax material and practice questions based on real cases. The results obtained from this training are an increase in students' knowledge and understanding in working on PPh tax transaction case study questions, the percentage of participants with exam scores above KKM reaching 97%.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of the marketing mix (product, price, promotion, place) on the decision to study at the Balekambang Jepara Polytechnic, using quantitative methods on 30 student respondents, through multiple linear regression analysis, validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, test t, f test, and coefficient of determination, which shows that price has a significant influence on the decision to study, while product, promotion and place variables do not have a significant effect partially, but simultaneously, these four variables influence the decision to study with a contribution of 67.8 %.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality, and customer satisfaction on the level of customer loyalty in the Saudara Swalayan Jepara market. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, which is a type of research approach that uses numerical data collection to measure certain variables and analyze the relationship between variables with statistical techniques. The method used in this research is a questionnaire method distributed to 60 respondents. The population in this study were Customers / Customers of Saudara Swalayan. The statistical analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, correlation test, classical assumption test, and linearity test with SPSS application tools. The results showed that the price variable (X1) had a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y), while the service quality variable (X2) and customer satisfaction (X3) had no significant effect on customer loyalty (Y).

Abstract

This service aims to increase the creativity of MSME actors in creating more modern logos using the Canva application as a means of product promotion because a logo is a very important thing in starting a business. Logo design can also influence the formation of a product image. With a logo, it can reflect the identity of the product itself so that it is better known to many people. The method used in the training is the demonstration and practice method. The results of this activity are that the use of the Canva Application in creating logos is quite simple and easy to understand by changing fonts, changing color combinations, and adding text and product images using the main features, namely drag and drop, then continued with the implementation of practices carried out by MSME actors and can produce logos according to the objectives, namely more creative and modern logos.
