Tennis is a sport that has a high level of skill complexity. Therefore, increasing mastery of punch techniques especially the forehand groundstroke and the backhand groundstroke techniques is essential. The purpose of this study is to examine the level of forehand and backhand groundstroke skills of students of Physical Education, Sport, Health and Recreation (PJKR) department, Health science Faculty, Jenderal Sudirman University (UNSOED), using block and random practice training method. Research employs experimental methods. The research sample is 2017 class male students of PJKR FIKES UNSOED using the purposive random sampling technique. The research instrument employs Dyer Tennis Test, with a validity of 0.85 and a reliability of 0.90. Moreover, data analysis uses a prerequisite test consisting of normality and homogeneity tests and hypothesis testing applies t test with a significance of 0.05. The results is random practice method has better effect compared to block practice method in improving the students forehand groundstroke and backhand groundstroke technical skills.

Seminar ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru-guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Ujung Kota Parepare dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka melalui pengelolaan kelas inklusif dan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa PPG Prajabatan Matematika FKIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare bekerjasama dengan KKG Gugus IX Wilayah II Kecamatan Ujung Kota Parepare. Metode yang digunakan adalah seminar, diskusi, dan tanya jawab dengan narasumber ahli. Hasil seminar yang diikuti oleh 70 guru menunjukkan adanya partisipasi aktif dan antusiasme guru selama seminar menunjukkan motivasi tinggi untuk mengembangkan keterampilan pengelolaan kelas inklusif. Materi yang disampaikan berupa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi disertai dengan contoh-contoh kasus serta strategi penerapannya di kelas.

The phenomenon of many types of statutory regulations being formed, there is the formation of a number of policy regulations. The main issue related to policy regulations is the issue of accountability and supervision. Because its formation is based on "free" authority, this policy regulation is vulnerable to abuse even though the accountability mechanism is not clear. The problems are: (1) What is the existence of policy regulations related to legal force and the implications that arise from their implementation? (2) How is policy regulation carried out to ensure that there is no abuse of power? This research uses normative legal research methods. Research results: The existence of policy regulations (beleidsregel) was formed not based on attribution or delegation authority from the Constitution and Laws, but was formed on one's own initiative (discretion) in order to resolve the government administration problems faced. Policy regulations are not statutory regulations and are not directly legally binding. The unclear status of policy regulations has the implication that the supervision carried out over them is still not optimal because there are no explicit regulations regarding the supervision mechanisms that can be carried out. To clarify the scope of supervision of policy regulations, there needs to be a revision of Law no. 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration so that supervision of the use of discretion is not only aimed at decisions and/or actions of Government Officials but also includes supervision of the use of discretion which results in policy regulations. Apart from that, a monitoring mechanism through the judiciary must be sought where the Supreme Court must have consistency in its decisions and provide criteria related to policy regulations that can be tested to control them so that they are not misused. This service aims to increase the creativity of MSME actors in creating more modern logos using the Canva application as a means of product promotion because a logo is a very important thing in starting a business. Logo design can also influence the formation of a product image. With a logo, it can reflect the identity of the product itself so that it is better known to many people. The method used in the training is the demonstration and practice method. The results of this activity are that the use of the Canva Application in creating logos is quite simple and easy to understand by changing fonts, changing color combinations, and adding text and product images using the main features, namely drag and drop, then continued with the implementation of practices carried out by MSME actors and can produce logos according to the objectives, namely more creative and modern logos.

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas peran peran kepolisian dalam penanganan dan pengendalian Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku pada hewan ternak di daerah yang dinyatakan daerah tertular wabah, khususunya di Kabupaten Kubu Raya serta kendala yang dihadapi dan langkah startegis dalam mengatasi kendala tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui studi lapangan dan data sekunder melalui studi kepustakaan. Analisa data dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif yuridis dan kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan temuan bahwa peran kepolisian dalam melakukan penanganan dan pengendalian PMK pada hewan ternak melalui “Operasi Aman Nusa–II” khususnya di Kabupaten Kubu Raya dengan melakukan pengawasan rutin untuk memastikan kepatuhan pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi menyangkut kendala geografis dan kendala keterbatasan jumlah personil. Langkah strategis yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengefektifkan peran Bhabinkamtibmas serta berkoordinasi dengan Dinas Perkebunan dan Peternakan Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Tulisan ini menelaah tentang implementasi pelayanan validasi sertifikat di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kubu Raya beserta kendala yang dihadapi dan upaya yang dilakukan Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kubu Raya agar validasi sertifikat sesuai data tekstual dan spasial.Penelitian dilakukan melalui dengan studi kepustakaan untuk mengumpulkan data sekunder maupun melalui studi lapangan untuk mengumpulkan data primer. Analisa data dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif yuridis dan kualitatif. Sebagai temuan penelitian diketahui bahwa implementasi kegiatan validasi sertifikat tanah Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kubu Raya ini diawali dengan memvalidasi data elektronik pertanahan dan dilanjutkan dengan mencocokkan data fisik di lapangan. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah berkaitan dengan jumlah petugas, kondisi data tanah yang tidak ideal serta pemilik tanah tidak menguasai atau menjaga tanda batasnya. Agar validasi sertifikat tanah sesuai dengan data fisik dan data yuridis, beberapa upaya telah dilakukan oleh Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kubu Raya. This research will focus on coordination between public prosecutors, especially at the Sanggau District Prosecutor's Office and the Sanggau State Storage House for Confiscated Goods in storing evidence that is still being used in the judicial process along with the factors that influence this coordination. Research was carried out through literature studies and through field studies. The data source in this research uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive juridical and qualitative methods. The results of the research show that coordination between the Sanggau District Prosecutor's Office and the Sanggau State Storage House for Confiscated Goods in storing evidence is carried out by entrusting confiscated items which are used as evidence in criminal cases to the Sanggau State Storage House for Confiscated Goods when the Sanggau District Prosecutor considers this to be the case. necessary. The factors that influence coordination between the Sanggau District Prosecutor's Office and the Sanggau State Confiscated Property Storage House in storing evidence lie in the limitations that both agencies have in managing evidence in the form of confiscated or confiscated objects. Penelitian ini akan difokuskan pada koordinasi antara penuntut umum, khususnya di Kejaksaan Negeri Sanggau dengan Rumah Penyimpanan Barang Sitaan Negara Sanggau dalam penyimpanan barang bukti yang masih digunakan dalam proses peradilan beserta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi koordinasi tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan melalui dengan studi kepustakaan maupun melalui studi lapangan. Sumber data dalam peneltian ini dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Analisa data dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif yuridis dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa koordinasi antara Kejaksaan Negeri Sanggau dengan Rumah Penyimpanan Barang Sitaan Negara Sanggau dalam penyimpanan barang bukti dilakukan dengan menitipkan barang-barang sitaan yang dijadikan barang bukti dalam perkara pidana kepada Rumah Penyimpanan Barang Sitaan Negara Sanggau manakala pihak Kejaksaan Negeri Sanggau menimbang bahwa hal tersebut perlu dilakukan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi koordinasi antara Kejaksaan Negeri Sanggau dengan Rumah Penyimpanan Barang Sitaan Negara Sanggau dalam penyimpanan barang bukti terletak pada keterbatasan yang dimiliki oleh kedua instansi dalam melakukan pengelolaan barang bukti yang berupa benda sitaan atau barang rampasan.
