Abstract

The Depok City Government responded to advances in information technology by launching an e-app. Government application, Depok Single Window (DSW), in August 2018. Despite its potential to improve public services, DSW faces several obstacles such as lack of evaluation, decline in users, unpreparedness in handling complaints, and lack of socialization. This research aims to find out the Implementation of e-government in improving public services through the Depok Single Window application in Depok City, Furthermore, to find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of e-government. supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of e-government through the Depok Single Window application in Depok City, and to find out the efforts of the Depok City government in improving the implementation of e-government through the Depok Single Window application. Abstract

This study explores the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance. Qualitative descriptive analysis is used to identify problem patterns and relationships between concepts. Literature analysis supplements the research by examining relevant journals and articles. Findings demonstrate a significant positive influence of transformational leadership on employee performance, motivating employees to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction serve as mediators between transformational leadership and performance. Transformational leadership enhances performance by fostering increased commitment and job satisfaction. Employees who exhibit attachment to the organization and job satisfaction tend to perform better. Overall, transformational leadership positively influences employee performance, with organizational commitment and job satisfaction acting as mediators in this relationship.

Abstract

In recent years, the field of policing has undergone major changes especially in the digitization of systems and equipment used by the police as tools in crime investigation and prevention. The importance of proactive policing and prevention strategies in the digital age makes it possible to identify and prevent criminal activity before it occurs through the use of sophisticated analytical tools, intelligence roles and other digital tools. This descriptive research aims to find out how the implementation of artificial intelligence in policing in the current digitalization era? The results concluded that artificial intelligence has been implemented in various forms such as the use of artificial intelligence drones, super apps for all services and Automatic License Plate Recognition in Police tasks.

Abstract

This study examines publication trends on anti-corruption education in Indonesian universities using a bibliometric approach. Secondary data was obtained from scientific journals published between 2019-2024 and analyzed through software to extract metadata, manage references, and visualize conceptual links. The analysis has revealed a significant increase with a total of 989 publications and 9,167 citations, resulting in an average of 9.27 citations per publication. The academic impact index showed an h-index of 44 and a g-index of 75. The network visualization identified 6 main thematic clusters reflecting the shift from conceptual studies towards evaluating the actual implementation of anti-corruption education programs. The findings emphasize the strategic role of universities in building an academic culture of integrity and provide a basis for developing more effective anti-corruption education strategies and policies in the future.

Abstract

The development of rural areas through the application of the smart village concept is inseparable from the support of information and communication technology. Kutuh-Bali Village is a village that is able to understand the problems and able to organize its resources to solve existing problems and optimize its potential so that its residents feel comfortable, safe, and become an independent village in Indonesia. Qualitative research description with case study type, aims to determine the optimization of the use of village funds in Kutuh Village Bali to become a smart village with the application of smart governance components. By using multiple sources such as interviews, observations and the use of secondary data sources since 2020.  Research result the village fund obtained every year has been managed very well in a harmonious relationship between the perbekel and bendese adat and is used optimally by building a Village Information System (SID) part of the implementation of e-government which is a tool for the village to manage village data such as village administration, correspondence management, and village population data management. and the Siskeudes application as a fraud mitigation in the use of village funds, in accordance with the priorities of village development and based on village development priorities and based on village authority as a form of implementation of the Tri Hitna Karana philosophy.
