Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Disdukcapil Kabupaten Magelang. Responden penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 78 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif survey. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa kuesioner yang dibagikan dengan teknik sampel jenuh serta data sekunder dari dokumen dinas sebagai pendukung. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi lonear berganda dengan software IBM SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t hitung 2,277 > t tabel 1,995 dan nilai signifikansi 0,026 < 0,05. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t hitung 4,936 > t tabel 1,995 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Kemudian, profesionalisme dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai f hitung 17,609 > f tabel 3,116 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini memberi implikasi bahwa profesionalisme pegawai yang semakin baik dan lingkungan kerja yang diciptakan semakin kondusif, maka akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Disdukcapil Kabupaten Magelang

Abstract

The main issue faced by our partners is regarding the skin drying method for livestock feed raw materials. Until now, the applied drying method still relies on sunlight exposure. Many consider this method inefficient in terms of time and energy usage. The drying process takes several days. During the rainy season, drying becomes challenging, requiring repeated sun-drying for cassava skins to achieve thorough dryness. Production costs also increase. Moreover, there is room for improvement in the marketing process to boost the partner's business turnover. As a solution, the partners have adopted the use of a rotary dryer machine to replace the sunlight-based drying method. The partner's skills in using the rotary dryer machine and in marketing their products through digital marketing methods have also improved. According to our calculations, the partner's revenue target of 12,000,000 per year can be achieved. One of the supportive factors for implementing these activities is the partner's high level of cooperation during the execution of this service. This is evident through their timely attendance at events, contribution to the provision of cassava skin test materials, assistance with equipment shortages, and so forth.

Abstract

Regulation of the Governor of Central Java Province Number 53 of 2019 is one of the prerequisites in developing tourism villages in regencies/cities in the Central Java region. Implementation of these regulations is carried out by creating a classification of Tourism Villages periodically every 4 years to determine the range of values used as a reference, including determination, management, development, guidance, and supervision of the tourism village; provide guarantees of legal certainty in the management of tourism villages; and basic determination of government financial assistance for the management and development of tourism villages. This paper analyzes the implementation of regulation and its challenges by focusing on Tuksongo village.  This research uses a descriptive-qualitative research methodology. Findings show that based on the self-assessment on tourism village development, Tuksongo Village belongs to second category (developing) on the classification, which can be developed further to third category (developed) through improving several indicators: tourist attraction, accessibility, preservation and conservation of the environment, urban space planning, and village networking. Abstract

The Organic Village Program is an innovation program of Magelang City in overcoming waste and food security problems that has been established since 2013. However, the number of organic villages in Magelang city has decreased. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Organic Village Program in Magelang city through the MSN-Approach model. The method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. Informants in this study are the Department of Environment, Department of Agriculture and food, facilitators, administrators and members of Sari Makmur Organic Village. The data analysis used by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana is an interactive data analysis model consisting of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Organic Village Program is quite good. In the mentality approach, the government has been supportive and proactive. Meanwhile, in the participants, there was a decrease in the responsibility of carrying out daily pickets. In the system approach, including regulation, cultural values and organizational structure and functions are good. In the networking approach, including aspects of strategic partnership, synergy, and mutualistic symbiosis are quite good, the obstacle lies in synergy where the skills of participants in this program are still limited.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pengalaman siswa dalam menghadapi pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap kemampuan berbicara Bahasa Inggris. Lingkungan belajar yang mendukung diyakini dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa, namun bagaimana pengalaman siswa dalam lingkungan tersebut masih belum banyak dieksplorasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi pada sejumlah siswa dari berbagai latar belakang sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang belajar dalam lingkungan yang mendukung cenderung merasa lebih percaya diri dan termotivasi untuk berbicara dalam Bahasa Inggris, sementara siswa yang berada dalam lingkungan yang kurang mendukung menghadapi tantangan lebih besar dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara mereka.

Abstract

This study explores trends and research patterns related to the development of tourism villages in Indonesia through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach guided by the PRISMA method. Focusing on the 2022–2024 period, the research maps out key themes, research methods, and stakeholder involvement. An analysis of 153 articles reveals the dominance of qualitative methods aimed at exploring local social and cultural contexts, with research distribution heavily concentrated in Central Java, West Java, and Bali. While these methods provide in-depth insights, the lack of quantitative studies creates a gap in providing measurable data. Furthermore, stakeholder involvement indicates limited participation from the private sector, higher education institutions, and media. Dominant research topics include development management, community engagement, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. The findings highlight the need for research in marketing, digital innovation, and the impacts of development. Additionally, the study underscores the importance of diversifying research methods, conducting studies outside Java and Bali, and fostering cross-sector collaboration to support the sustainability of tourism villages. This research provides an academic foundation to inform policymaking and identifies open research opportunities in the field of tourism village development

Abstract

                Verdict verstek is a decision rendered by a judge in a civil case when the defendant is absent without a valid reason at the first hearing even though it has been properly summoned. However, in practice, not a few defendants feel disadvantaged because they do not get a fair opportunity to defend themselves, so they file an opposition to the decision. This study aims to analyze the legal aspects of the mechanism of resistance to verstek decisions in civil cases in Indonesia, including the legal basis, requirements, procedures, and obstacles faced in its implementation. This research uses a normative juridical method with a statutory approach, and reviews several relevant court decisions. The results of the study show that opposition to a verdict is regulated in Article 124 HIR / Article 125 RBg which gives the defendant the right to file a verdict within 14 days of being notified of the verdict. Concretely, it was found that many challenges were rejected because they did not meet the deadline, were not supported by sufficient evidence, or because the reason for the defendant's absence was not considered valid by the court. In the judicial process, judges have an important role in conducting legal discovery and applying substantive justice through ex officio authority. Thus, the resulting decisions are not only oriented towards legal certainty, but also protect the welfare of the community and consider aspects of social needs. The Indonesian judicial system is expected to treat every justice seeker with respect and fairness as a whole human being through the verzet mechanism and the active role of judges.
