Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze internal and external factors that influence the business development of PT. Halalfroz Indonesia; analyze the company's position that influences the business development of PT. Halalfroz Indonesia; formulate appropriate business development strategy alternatives for PT. Halalfroz Indonesia; determine business development strategy priorities for PT. Halalfroz Indonesia. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary sources. The analysis methods used are the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSP matrix. The results of the study show that there are 18 key internal factors and 16 key external factors. Based on the weighting and ranking results, the IFE matrix score is 3.009, and the EFE matrix score is 2.897. Based on the IE matrix, PT. Halalfroz Indonesia is positioned in quadrant IV, which is growing and being built with an intensive and integrative strategy. Based on the results of the strategy priority analysis using the QSP matrix, it shows that PT. Halalfroz Indonesia's main priority strategy is to form a research and development team and strengthen human resources to be adaptive to new and old competitors.

Abstract

Model Navier Stokes Kortewege merupakan model yang mendeskripsikan aliran fluida termampatkan dengan mempertimbangkan konstanta kapilaritas ( ) yang dikenal sebagai konstanta kapiler. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan keberadaan operator solusi sistem persamaan resolvent model Navier Stokes Kortewege dengan syarat batas slip di half-space berdimensi 3  khususnya pada kasus koefisien  dan . Dalam mencari operator solusi sistem persamaan resolvent tersebut dilakukan beberapa langkah, seperti melakukan reduksi terhadap sistem persamaan resolvent tak homogen, kemudian dilakukan transformasi Fourier parsial terhadap sistem persamaan resolvent homogen untuk memperoleh persamaan diferensial biasa yang lebih sederhana. Sehingga, diperoleh operator solusi .

Abstract

Agriculture is an important component of the Indonesian economy and makes a significant contribution to national Gross Domestic Product (GDP). However, the poverty rate among farmers is still high, which shows the need for a more in-depth study of farmer welfare. This study focuses on Kediri Regency and Probolinggo Regency in East Java, areas known for their agricultural contributions. The aim is to assess the welfare of farmers in Kediri Regency and Probolinggo Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires and interviews. The analysis used is the Farmer Exchange Rate (FER), which is determined by comparing the Price Index Received by Farmers (It) and the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib). The results show significant differences between the two districts, Kediri experienced an increase in FER of 0.48%, while Probolinggo experienced a decrease in FER of 2.87%. This finding is important because it reflects differences in the welfare and economic conditions of farmers in Kediri and Probolinggo. Factors such as government support, adoption of modern technology, and seasonal changes were identified as influencing these outcomes. Strategic recommendations include increasing productivity through technology and starting programs targeting young farmers. This effort aims to improve agricultural effectiveness and the overall welfare of farmers in the region.
