Abstract

Introduction: Education is a faciliting process of learning, or ocassion of knowledge, ability, value, faith and also incluides the method of education. To reduce maternal mortality rate with 55/100.000 nv and decrease to 218/100.000nv, IMR 44/100.000 Ib, NMR  22/1000 nv in Timor- Leste. Objetive: To know the factors that influence the clinical pratical ability during training at the school of Midwife the Faculty of Medicine Health Science UNTL, in the year 2021. Method: This reseach method uses quantitative analytical methods and cross sectional approximation. Instruments used to collect questionaire data. Analyze this Univariate,Bivariate data and use chi-Square statistics. Results and Discussion: The factors of clinical pratical ability are 30 (78.9%) with p-value (0.000). Students who have minimal atittude and ability are 20 (100) with p-value (0.000). Students who have motivation study and minimal skill are 17 (67.7%) with p-value (0.098). Students who have emotional and minimal skill are 25 (100%) with p-value (0.000).Students who have intellectual capacity and minimal ability are 25 (100%) with p-value (0.000). Conclusion: This study indicate the factors that have an influence on clinical pratical ability are influence students experince, students atittude, sdendents motivation, students emotional and intellectual capacity students

Abstract

Introduction: Alcoholic beverages kill over 3 million people worldwide each year. Based on the mortality rate caused by alcohol, it exceeds that caused by Human Immunodeficiency Virus, Tuberculosis, and Violence. Alcohol-related mortality includes liver diseases, cancer, violence, and drunkenness. Alcoholic drinks pose a global problem for communities worldwide. Objective: The Knowledge for student  age 15-19 about impact alcohol consumption for the function reproduction to student class 11st. Method: This research method is a Descriptive Qualitative method The research was conducted in the General Secondary Education of 5 de Maio Becora, Christo Rei Subdistrict, Dili Municipality, Timor Leste. The total sample size is 270 people from classes A, B, C, and D. The independent variable is not specified. Results and Discussion: According to the results of this research shows that the majority of young people are less information about health and this is a point that contributes to the case of non-communicable diseases because alcohol contains a chemical which is a major cause of health. Human knowledge is very important to lead us to live a healthy life. Conclusion: From the results of the research showed that 8 young people have less knowledge about alcohol that many people consume in their lives, damage the heart, drugs that have a negative impact on health, face running, headache, what is not satisfying when there is no knowledge, damage people and bad impact on health 2 is the knowledge about alcohol that makes lanu and destroy the mind.

Abstract

Introduction: HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) weakens a person's immunity. AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome) is a group of symptoms and infections that develop due to weakened immunity caused by HIV. Objective: To understand the knowledge and attitude of 11th grade adolescent students aged 15-19 years old about HIV/AIDS at Colégio São Miguel Arcanjo Vocational High School Method: This research used qualitative descriptive and exploratory approaches. Sample on this research is Female and male students aged 15 19 years old from 11th grade at Colégio São Miguel Arcanjo Vocational High School in Dili who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Result and Discussion: Based on the total number of respondents, 12 people participated in the research, 7 of whom did not have knowledge about HIV/AIDS, and 3 of them had outdated knowledge. Regarding signs and symptoms of HIV/AIDS, only six respondents have no knowledge about the ways of preventing HIV/AIDS. Nine respondents have no experience accessing information about HIV/AIDS in media. Ten respondents said that they are influenced when their friends or colleagues do drugs or have casual sex. Seven respondents have not received information on how to keep a safe distance from HIV/AIDS transmission from their parents or family. Conclusion: Based on the research results, most adolescents lack balanced knowledge about HIV/AIDS.
